Really nice customer service but last time I used the car wash (today) it was SO POOR that I may as well have not even done it. Was in a hurry so I didn't check the car out before I left, got home & saw it, went out w/ a wet towel because I thought it was just my bumper that didn't get done.... until I noticed the side of the car was also as dirty as when I entered the wash. Not ok. The positive: I called & talked to a manager who was very nice, apologetic & readily agreed for me to come back & get a new code. A hassle, yes, as it shouldn't have been so badly done in the 1st place, but at least she wants to make it right & was very courteous about it. read more

DO NOT BUY DIESEL HERE!!! Terrible experience. I collect grocery points so I can maximize my discount as advertised by Chevron. Diesel is incredibly expensive here in TO so that extra .20 cents on a 27 gallon tank is something worth waiting for. Except when the pump decides to break after two gallons and the manager refuses to offer your .20 per gallon on a different pump. You only get so many grocery points and it does matter if you use it for 2 gallons or 27 gallons. Once it's gone it's gone. Terrible customer service. read more

I have been filling up my gas tank for several years at this station. First it was the USA station then the speedway and now Chevron. I had an encounter with the store manager this morning Ray who was extremely rude and uncooperative. The store has been out of medium sized cups for 3 weeks and I used a large cup and filled up halfway and she said I would have to pay for a large drink. I ended up wasting the cup and putting it in a small cup. She said that all her employees do not know how to do their job and that she is the boss. This will make coming to your gas station almost impossible because of the rotten attitude of your manager. She also was not wearing her math properly her nose was exposed. read more

My family has been using this Extra Mile Chevron station for years. On 10-27-11, I had a very rude encounter with a clerk named Gayan. I had trouble with my card authorization at the pump due to a recent address change so I went inside. When I approached Gayan, he was mumbling into his headset phone and I wasn't even sure he was speaking to me. He finally made eye contact so I explained that my card needed to be authorized inside. He has a very heavy Pakistani or Far Eastern accent and I couldn't understand what he said. I started to swipe my card and he sighed and rolled his eyes in front of all the customers and said "No, you have to go outside to remove the pump handle from the fuel tank". I said nothing but left and removed the handle and then returned inside to the counter. I asked quietly and politely if he was the owner and he said "no, why?". I stated that he was rude to talk down to a long time customer. Instead of apologizing, he actually said that "I don't listen very well and that it was my fault". (I am in my 40's and have no difficulty with my hearing). As politely as I could, I stated that he only repeated the instruction twice and that I unfortunately had difficulty understanding his accent to which he sarcastically said "thank you, I didn't know that!!" I calmly told him that I would not patronize the station anymore and he replied: "Good, we don't want to encourage customers like you anyway!" He was arrogant and rude to a customer who has never shown any animosity over years of patronage. NEVER AGAIN. There is an AM PM fuel station opening up across the street. I hope it humbles the Chevron Extra Mile station. read more

I really can't understand how this place is still here, the about 70% of the time charge almost a dollar more than everyone else. Everytime I drive by, I just get mad. I am guessing they get a lot of Amgen business with corporate cards, as no one in thier right mind would pay that much. Poor customer service. I regularly buy gas and a carwash here, since their robotic wash is usually one of the better facilities in this town. Today the wash was malfunctioning. Cashier Sal gave no warning about this before I took my car in. Side sprayers were inoperative (system appears to have sprung a leak), soap spray was weak and thin, and a high pressure sprayer was failing to rotate consistently. After going through the wash, I went back into the shop and told Sal that I had experienced problems with the car wash. His response was a blank stare. So I asked him if he was aware of the problems or he needed me to explain them. Then I enumerated the issues encountered. Sal responded with silence. So I asked for a partial refund or a replacement wash code that I could use at a future date. Sal's response was that he could do nothing and I would have to come back after 2, to talk to the manager. Really!? I asked him if it would be preferable for me to do a chargeback and let them process the paperwork for that, but Sal had nothing useful to offer. I told him to take down my name and number and have his manager call me. On the subject of their gas prices -- contrary to the review by Jason C, I usually find that this station's gas prices are not $1 more than others in town. He is likely confusing this station with the nearby Chevron on Wendy Dr near Wendy's, whose prices *are* routinely outrageous. This Chevron station is often 20-30 cents/gal more than the Arco across the street. I suspect this is partly because the Chevron now gives a 20 cents/gal discount when you buy a carwash from them, so they have inflated the gas prices somewhat to cover that discount. read more

Worst prices in town, they always have their prices almost $1 more than other gas stations within 5 miles. I have no clue why people would buy here. The Arco about one mile away had 87 gas for $2.59, this has station had the 87 at $3.39....what a rip off read more

I've had some horrible experiences here. The worst was when the gas station attendant would not allow me to use an ***official*** Chevron corporate coupon I received from USC a few years back for going to a football game. He swore at me, called me a racial epithet, and told me to get out of the store. I complained to Chevron corporate, and they did absolutely nothing (no apology, no offer to rectify the situation, no feedback). Since then, I *never* go to this station and pretty much avoid Chevron (despite the cute cars). Avoid this one, at least, at all costs. read more

ABSOLUTELY do not use your credit card at this station. For the third time, my chevron account has been compromised with fraud. I rarely use my card and only at this station for gas! Once again, I see foreign charges on the card. This is the third time I will have to cancel my account. Again, THIS IS THE ONLY STATION where I use this card. I will be visiting the manager (if I can find one). This IS NOT a safe place for credit card transactions. read more
