We just walked out and the elderly man working at the register was so rude to my husband and I. We simple asked for a bag and he was so rude asked us to finish paying first and I asked him why he was being so rude we were just asking for a bag and he answered don't worry about bag I will ask you if you need one after you're done paying. He was so angry I don't understand why first of all we are paying customers second of all we were very nice to him.. I will never return to this business, very disappointed! read more

Horrible service, stop by to get three propane tanks filled... said they can't do it because there's only one person working there. I said so you have the fuel you advertise that you have propane, but you can't give anyone the propane... like an episode of Seinfeld. In March this gas station increased their dump fees from $8 to $12 because of "inflation". I used to stop here after a weekend of camping because I could dump, buy propane, and fill up diesel. That's a big sale for them to win based on convenience. This place is price gouging on the "convenience" so feel less motivated to stop up here. read more

I visited Conserv to dump my RV for the first time on Monday. I was unsure about the water faucet (had a small issue) and went in to ask about it. The staff there were very quick to check it out and show me what I needed to know. When finished they were ready to put on a new valve to solve the small problem for good. Filled up with diesel at one of the lowest prices I have found in our area! Place inside and out is squeaky clean and everyone I spoke with was pleasant. Update 6/10/18: No propane if they are understaffed. Such a bummer that you have to call ahead to make sure you can utilize their services. We arrived at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon for a propane refill and we were told: "Come back at 3:30 when we have more staff to help you." Otherwise a good pit stop on our way out of town with the trailer. They have propane, a dump station, water, air, gas, a car wash, and plenty of food options including a Subway, Thrifty ice cream, and a McDonalds within walking distance. read more

Older gentlemen with an attitude, seems as if he doesn't enjoy working there, customers are waiting as he's conversing with coworkers on the subway area. Should have better customer service in my perspective, try and communicate with customers and make them feel welcomed. Me as a business owner definitely think gas stations like these should definitely have a connection with customers ! read more

The gas prices are good and they're clean but don't use the car wash. The water stinks like it's been recycled too much and the vacuums don't work well, in this case they don't suck! So gas up but skip the wash. read more

This is a nice, clean gas station with plenty of pumps, parking and a Subway inside. Plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from. All of it right next to the freeway. The people there are always welcoming and friendly. The store and restrooms are cleaner than most eateries I've been to. On top of a propane tank refilling station and RV dump station, they also have free air and water for your car. Not sure why people are really hating on a gas station. read more

This place provides fuel for my significant other automobile, which in returns allows me to drive to work and when completing that task I am reward with compensation. The convenient store aspect of this location is what makes it a convenient store. There's a Subway located inside which to be honest if I get really desperate I will grab a little pin sandwich...but the smash hit of this place is they offer Thrifty's ice cream. The staff is a heterogeneous group of people and provide a super friendly demeanor. Only downside on this location is the college students that are constantly doing donuts throughout the property. 5.0 - Will buy gas again. Also not new owners dawg. read more

This is the same location where the Shell station was for at least 10 years. The station has new owners: Conserv Fuel. The pumps, car wash, convenience store and Subway are all still here and work the same way, so there's no big difference there. However there are a few big negatives. One is Conserv Fuel is not the cheapest station in town, despite the off-brand name. In fact, our previous Shell at this location had more affordable gasoline. We asked the management about the high prices several months ago, and they said they would be more competitive soon, however they are still higher than several major brands in Moorpark, including Shell and 76. Two is Conserv Fuel will offer a "cash" discount, however who wants to deal with the added hassle of walking from the islands, waiting in line for the cashier and coming back for change? Three is how the previous Shell offered Ralph's discounts of up to 20 cents per gallon. Conserv Fuel doesn't honor these so you get no break... I will give this particular station credit for their convenient location and cleanliness, but that's about it. read more

I normally come here and never have an issue. Went there today (9/10) to wash and vacuum my truck. After the wash I attempted to use the vacuum but it didn't work. I went inside to let the cashier know but all he could say was "I don't know what to tell you". He said that repeatedly after I asked if there was anyone else that could help me. Customer service was horrible. There was no sense of trying to resolve the issue or trying to find an answer to fix the problem. He just blew me off. Pretty disappointed with this place. read more

Love this place! Gas prices are great and it's right off the freeway. Friendly service, and they have just about everything!

I stopped to get gas and use the restroom. Attendants were polite and wore masks BTW. I was impressed and delighted that the restrooms were very clean. It surprised me; especially after using an ARCO one in Atuscadero earlier that day. Yuck. read more

Cash attendant Don is kind of a jerk. Paid for the deluxe car wash, didn't get all the gunk out of my car the first time. Asked the cashier Don if I could go in a second time and he refused saying that's the car wash I paid for. It wasn't a big deal that he said no it was the way he said it that made it clear he hates his job. Really bad customer service which is unfortunate since I've been going to this gas station for almost 10 years now. Will try to avoid coming here in the future. read more

This place sucks-went to get fuel and propane for my RV and the attendant told me to get the fuel and let him know when I was ready for the propane fill. 10 min later he goes on his break and I'm unable to get the propane fill. Apparently they aren't intelligent enough to state they will be taking a break and uninterested enough to take care of their customers. I hope this place goes out of business. read more

Showed up early on a Saturday- station relatively quiet. Made my purchase and said I needed to fill a propane tank. He said go wait outside and I'll send someone very soon..... 20 minuets later no one ever came out. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired! read more

They have been understaffing this location lately. It's near impossible to get propane without having to come back. The only reason I'm giving this review 5 stars is that the employee Ryan went above and beyond to help me get propane. He pushed his lunch back in order to pickup the slack from the understaffing burden that the owners have put on their employees. Thank you for the great customer service Ryan! read more

I go into the food mart at least once a week, and the older gentleman that works here takes off his mask as soon as he's not helping a customer behind the register. Then, as you approach the counter, he only puts his mask on half way (not covering his nose). I generally like this gas station a lot, but this employee's lack of awareness with wearing a mask properly is not okay. read more

Don is a very mean guy and gets mad for literally everything. Mitchell is a little nicer but still mean and mad dogs me when I do anything. I am very polite and they don't respond when I ask nice things such as how was your day to try and make their day better. The hispanic worker is super nice and deserves a raise. Don needs to be more polite and courteous to his loyal customers. The worker with the tattoos is also very nice and respectful. The newer young lady is very nice too. Conserv fuel can be very fun or a pain depending on the employees. read more

I get my gas from the pump and the prices are fair; however, going inside the store is always a nightmare. Went for a simple lotto ticket and the cashier clearly saw I only had a card out, as I was paying for other items, and was told AFTER they only take cash for lotto tickets. Then he pointed to the only sign in the whole store that was tapped to the check out that had all my stuff on it. Anyways had to pull out cash from their ATM to pay for my stuff. Paid a nice $2.75 charge to do that. Should have just left but didn't. Anyways, I know nothing will be done but I'm thinking I'll just start going back to Costco for gas and using the liquor store off Campus and Princeton. Cooler guys and they seem to be a bit more intelligent. Or maybe they value customers more don't want to do them dirty. read more
