There's always a bottleneck and you wind up having to circle as it's always busy. I've also had plenty of issues in which, after using the credit card Swiper here suddenly I wind up having fraud on my credit cards, despite not using the cards elsewhere. This location doesn't do deals on their beverages if you're running in for a quick soda, energy, drink, or whatever as well. My recent visit I tried to input my Vons number number and the price was lowered. However, after swiping my card, selecting a grade and pulling out the pump and about to issue gas, the pump requested I talked to the cashier. When I notified the cashier issue, he wouldn't help me inside and insisted me using the pump. When I tried to demonstrate what I wanted to do, he was very persistent and would not allow me to enter the rewards. When I asked, I wanted to use my rewards points, the clerk was adamant. That's not how it's gonna work. To me that's the final nail on the coffin. I don't want to go to a gas station where I have more issues than anything else. Plenty of other nearby gas stations if you're not able to go to Costco when you need to do a quick gas fill up

Buyer Beware at this car wash! After buying gas last week, I…read morewent to drive my car into their car wash. It was an old style car wash that just had a single tire guide rail on the left that would grab your car tire and pull it forward. I immediately was leery. I should've trusted my gut instinct. The store operator actually came over to help guide me between the left tire rails. I was following his directions and I could feel my tire rub, so I stopped the car and said something wasn't right. He told me to keep moving forward. As I did, I heard a plastic crunching sound. I stopped and got out of the car and sure enough the rails had completely smashed my front left wheel hubcap! The operator acted perplexed with an oops look on his face. He refused to take responsibility when he was the one guiding me into the rails. He pointed to a sign on the wall that said they are not responsible for any damage. He also refused to give me the name or contact info of the store owner. He proceeded to get on the phone and speak in a Middle Eastern language with somebody who was likely the owner, and then came back to me and said he was not allowed to give me their contact info. They refused to take any responsibility for the damage. Even though it's only a $60 hub cap, they have lost my fuel gas business for evermore, which will be worth much more to them over time than the $60 hubcap that they should've taken responsibility for. They have ZERO customer service and accountability! Buyer beware!

As I'm finishing up filling up my wife's car, two of the clerks are making fun of my wife's car while talking to a patron outside. I approach the clerk as he is walking towards my car and asked why am I being charged $.20 higher? The sign on the road appears to indicate /imply there is a cash discount, but I'm informed it's actually if you buy a car wash. Considering I'm driving and it was rainy I didn't realize it until afterwards, which is a shame as I would have avoided. However, the fact the clerk then proceeded to walk over to my car to double check what make & model is my wife's car is deeply disturbing since I'm very tall and my wife drives a small compact car. Afterwards, he started chuckling and laughing with other people nearby. Just horrible customer service. Even when I came inside, either the owner or someone was filling up the cigarettes and couldn't even be bothered to help me even though he was a few feet away yet another clerk had to come over to take my money. Just bad attitude all around here. I understand this is a gas station, but the fact two other yelp reviews also have given it One star means you should absolutely avoid this location at all cost whether it's for car wash, grabbing items from the convenience, store or even buying gas! Customer service is a big deal and the location itself looks modern, clean and plentiful for items. But that still doesn't make up for horrendous customer service

COSTCO GAS STATION @ SIMI VALLEY…read more I was driving up to see a friend, so my friends and I had to stop at this Costco for gas. This Costco gas station is definitely a lot smaller than some of the other Costco locations I've been to, especially compared to a lot of the ones in San Diego. There are only two pumps on each side, whereas a lot of gas stations I'm used to in San Diego have three or four pumps on each aisle. However, the line actually wasn't super long, even though we came on a Saturday afternoon, so getting gas was still pretty quick and easy! I've never really been to this area before, but I actually really liked how lively the area around Costco was. There were a lot of restaurants nearby, including a BJ's and a Mexican restaurant right next to Costco, so there are definitely plenty of options if you want to grab something to eat. Gas was around $5.50 for regular and about $5.90 for 91 when I went. Overall, I'd definitely recommend stopping at this Costco gas station if you're in the area! It's super easy to get to right off the freeway, and even though the gas station is smaller, our experience was quick and simple.
