I can't stress how inconvenient/convenient. This location is. Although this is the closest gas…read morestation to me it is always a pain to get gas here. There's always a bottleneck and you wind up having to circle as it's always busy. I've also had plenty of issues in which, after using the credit card Swiper here suddenly I wind up having fraud on my credit cards, despite not using the cards elsewhere. This location doesn't do deals on their beverages if you're running in for a quick soda, energy, drink, or whatever as well. My recent visit I tried to input my Vons number number and the price was lowered. However, after swiping my card, selecting a grade and pulling out the pump and about to issue gas, the pump requested I talked to the cashier. When I notified the cashier issue, he wouldn't help me inside and insisted me using the pump. When I tried to demonstrate what I wanted to do, he was very persistent and would not allow me to enter the rewards. When I asked, I wanted to use my rewards points, the clerk was adamant. That's not how it's gonna work. To me that's the final nail on the coffin. I don't want to go to a gas station where I have more issues than anything else. Plenty of other nearby gas stations if you're not able to go to Costco when you need to do a quick gas fill up

I would never in a million years get gas at a Chevron but this location has a really inexpensive…read morecar wash I do, unfortunately, have to hit up every once and a while when the dirt is getting grimy. It's $7, $8, or $9 depending on which level of wash you'd like. You get out, pay the guy inside, bring the receipt number to the car wash check in box, enter your number and sit back in your car ready to relax while the machine does it's thing. The wash itself is pretty standard and generally gets all the essentials (bird poop, ash, dust, tree droppings, etc.) off your paint. The drying process is pretty lame always leaves your windows with water bubbles on them but if you bring a towel you can dry them yourself after you pull out of the wash. The wax job is shiny but definitely not top A Game material - It works for me! I'd recommend visiting this wash if your close in town and looking for a cheap rinse off. Would not get gas here, and would definitely advise bringing your own towel to wipe down your mirrors after. Don't forget to leave your windows shut for at least 30 minutes after the wash if you don't want window stains!

The additional benefit of this gas station over others is that they have a very reasonably priced car wash on the premises. This makes things convenient, especially in the rainy/winter season, when cars get dirty, and need a quick wash, but don't justify a full service hand car wash.

As I'm finishing up filling up my wife's car, two of the clerks are making fun of my wife's car while talking to a patron outside. I approach the clerk as he is walking towards my car and asked why am I being charged $.20 higher? The sign on the road appears to indicate /imply there is a cash discount, but I'm informed it's actually if you buy a car wash. Considering I'm driving and it was rainy I didn't realize it until afterwards, which is a shame as I would have avoided. However, the fact the clerk then proceeded to walk over to my car to double check what make & model is my wife's car is deeply disturbing since I'm very tall and my wife drives a small compact car. Afterwards, he started chuckling and laughing with other people nearby. Just horrible customer service. Even when I came inside, either the owner or someone was filling up the cigarettes and couldn't even be bothered to help me even though he was a few feet away yet another clerk had to come over to take my money. Just bad attitude all around here. I understand this is a gas station, but the fact two other yelp reviews also have given it One star means you should absolutely avoid this location at all cost whether it's for car wash, grabbing items from the convenience, store or even buying gas! Customer service is a big deal and the location itself looks modern, clean and plentiful for items. But that still doesn't make up for horrendous customer service

COSTCO GAS STATION @ SIMI VALLEY…read more I was driving up to see a friend, so my friends and I had to stop at this Costco for gas. This Costco gas station is definitely a lot smaller than some of the other Costco locations I've been to, especially compared to a lot of the ones in San Diego. There are only two pumps on each side, whereas a lot of gas stations I'm used to in San Diego have three or four pumps on each aisle. However, the line actually wasn't super long, even though we came on a Saturday afternoon, so getting gas was still pretty quick and easy! I've never really been to this area before, but I actually really liked how lively the area around Costco was. There were a lot of restaurants nearby, including a BJ's and a Mexican restaurant right next to Costco, so there are definitely plenty of options if you want to grab something to eat. Gas was around $5.50 for regular and about $5.90 for 91 when I went. Overall, I'd definitely recommend stopping at this Costco gas station if you're in the area! It's super easy to get to right off the freeway, and even though the gas station is smaller, our experience was quick and simple.
