I can't stress how inconvenient/convenient. This location is. Although this is the closest gas…read morestation to me it is always a pain to get gas here. There's always a bottleneck and you wind up having to circle as it's always busy. I've also had plenty of issues in which, after using the credit card Swiper here suddenly I wind up having fraud on my credit cards, despite not using the cards elsewhere. This location doesn't do deals on their beverages if you're running in for a quick soda, energy, drink, or whatever as well. My recent visit I tried to input my Vons number number and the price was lowered. However, after swiping my card, selecting a grade and pulling out the pump and about to issue gas, the pump requested I talked to the cashier. When I notified the cashier issue, he wouldn't help me inside and insisted me using the pump. When I tried to demonstrate what I wanted to do, he was very persistent and would not allow me to enter the rewards. When I asked, I wanted to use my rewards points, the clerk was adamant. That's not how it's gonna work. To me that's the final nail on the coffin. I don't want to go to a gas station where I have more issues than anything else. Plenty of other nearby gas stations if you're not able to go to Costco when you need to do a quick gas fill up

A compete customer service disaster. An older man came out of the store as I prepared to enter the…read morecar wash. He asked me for the code to start the car wash process, I read it to him, he kept putting in the wrong code; I handed him the receipt with the code and he still couldn't enter the correct code. He started to give conflicting instructions regarding leaving the manual transmission in gear and releasing the brakes, which I did; then he contradicted himself. He had all along been speaking with a raised tone of voice as if I was a bad child, but at this point he was shouting at me. Other customers in the gas station turned to see what all the commotion was all about. If he had. not come out to where I was waiting, I would have gone through the car wash without difficulty. I said I would not be back, he said he was glad. The point is, however, that even if I had been doing things incorrectly and not following his instructions, he should not be raising his voice and making a commotion. The customer is not always right, but still deserves to be treated civilly. I don't know if this older man was an employee, in which case he should be trained properly; or if he was the owner, perhaps he should find another business in which rudeness is acceptable.

As I'm finishing up filling up my wife's car, two of the clerks are making fun of my wife's car while talking to a patron outside. I approach the clerk as he is walking towards my car and asked why am I being charged $.20 higher? The sign on the road appears to indicate /imply there is a cash discount, but I'm informed it's actually if you buy a car wash. Considering I'm driving and it was rainy I didn't realize it until afterwards, which is a shame as I would have avoided. However, the fact the clerk then proceeded to walk over to my car to double check what make & model is my wife's car is deeply disturbing since I'm very tall and my wife drives a small compact car. Afterwards, he started chuckling and laughing with other people nearby. Just horrible customer service. Even when I came inside, either the owner or someone was filling up the cigarettes and couldn't even be bothered to help me even though he was a few feet away yet another clerk had to come over to take my money. Just bad attitude all around here. I understand this is a gas station, but the fact two other yelp reviews also have given it One star means you should absolutely avoid this location at all cost whether it's for car wash, grabbing items from the convenience, store or even buying gas! Customer service is a big deal and the location itself looks modern, clean and plentiful for items. But that still doesn't make up for horrendous customer service

So what makes the difference between a good and bad experience? The employees! We had the pleasure and displeasure of getting checked out by Brian and Sam. As I was placing the items on the belt, one item accidentally hit Brian's hand as it toppled onto his side and he gave me the dirtiest look ever! Like dude, relax and don't be such a dick! Sam on the other hand was so pleasant! He was playing with the kids, helped us put our stuff on the belt and was courteous and friendly the whole time. It doesn't stop there! We ordered a half and half pizza before going in, they said, "it'll be ready in 20 minutes" so we think ok, it'll be ready by the time we come out. WRONG! We finish our shopping, head to the food court, yet I'm met with another asshole with an attitude who says "it'll be ready in 20 ..." like WHAT?! So then I asked him to give me whatever is ready and then comes another dirty look acting like I'm asking him to reinvent the wheel! I've been to this Costco many times and this has been the worst experience so far! What did you guys do to your employees today, @Costco?!?
