Do not use this car wash. I took my car here yesterday and they broke my windshield. I went back and made a report. The manager finally returned my call in regard to the report denying responsibility. I know for a fact my windshield was not broken when I brought my car and it had an 8 inch crack sprouting from a spot where it looks like someone dropped something on my windshield. Two problems: gas is expensive and car wash is terrible. And expensive. I bought a tank of gas (usually $40 or so for a fill-up of premium), and it was over $50 here. I had time to kill and wanted a nice car wash, so pulled back to the back to get in line. The car wash was $18 after the 10% discount for buying gas. They would include wheel brite, polish the rims, vacuum, clean the windows inside and out, and do the outside. The wheels had lots of smears of old brake dust on them where the guy didn't wipe it off all the way. The interior had crap on the floor where the vacuum missed. The windows all had smudges on them because they didn't actually wash them with window cleaner, just wiped them with a rag. The wash took 40 minutes, and there were 2 cars in front of me. I'm embarrassed to have taken my car to a car wash in the first place instead of washing it myself, but this is too much. read more

I've been coming to this car wash off and on and I am always happy with their service. Today I had my car washed and it after they finished I noticed that one of the (carpet) mats had old gum stuck to it so I asked one of the guys if they knew how to remove it. Tuyen Took the car mat out and very carefully and meticulously removed the gum which I thought would never come out. He went above and beyond what he had to do and did it with a smile. I'll always ask for tuyen but all the guys were so cordial. I'm really happy I came here today! Keep up the great work guys!! read more

The worst customer experience ever, went there are 11:20 pm said hi twice no one answered although there was a guy and a woman there, went back to the counter to pay, the guy was rude, I asked for a Marlboro menthol and he was like talking to me like an idiot what he doesn't understand that if he is rude I can be even more rude but i choose to be nice to everyone and thats a mistake with this kind people, worst experience ever, someone was saying that they are rude to non Asian then I believe this should be treated as racism, though about going back to speak to the owner but from previous reviews Owner is said to be rude as well. read more

They refused to refund me my service and ask me to read their policy before we do the car wash. They said it's none of their responsibility for this accident. I only come here when I'm out of time and out of gas, and that seems to be pretty often these days. I always tell myself that I need to pick a different pump because the one I choose doesn't have the lock. But I always forget, and end up having to hold the pump the entire time. I know...never leave your valuables in the car, but my fingers were swollen and I took my wedding ring off and left it in my center tray while doing errands. I forgot to tell hubby when we traded cars the same afternoon so he can get my car washed. There was no trash or dirt in the tray, just my ring and a splenda packet so I know they didn't vaccum it up. They stole it. We are devastated. We had been going there for awhile despite bad reviews but I guess that means nothing. We tried to go back to see if it "turned" up and they seemed to take it as a joke. No help or sympathy at all. DONT LEAVE VALUABLES IN THE CAR! They stole all of my dollars bills and change adding up to about 12 dollars maybe more out of the little compartment in my car!!! It's the principal more so than an actual loss...I watched them take it through the waiting area and they still denied it when I confronted them. I gave them a final chance to even fess up without any problems and they still denied...so I called the police and I pressed charges. I had been there plenty of times before and had no issues but also no valuables in the car! Now I just wish I would have read the reviews. I don't know how this place got someone to give it two stars. The gas is the most expensive in the bay area because tax payers fill up the local fleet of Outreach cars. They charge what they want because they have this captive audience (who worked that deal?). If you happen to get there around shift change time you get the added benefit of waiting 20 minutes to get a pump. The Milpitas traffic cops also love this place and you better be on your Ps&Qs getting in and out of here or your fill up will cost you an extra $200. The only good thing is that (during the non-shift change hours) you can use the gas pumps for general parking and go to Starbucks. Don't worry about blocking someone from getting gas, if you do block someone you are doing them a favor anyway. read more

I don't know why reviews aren't better here! I paid $9.95 for the express car wash because I needed something quick and clean during my afternoon errand run. My car had so much dirt and dead bugs built up from weeks and weeks of commuting to work. These guys cleaned my little car so that it was a nice, pearly white after they were done. They even had to spray extra stuff on it to wipe off all the dead bugs, which took a little wait and was a little embarrassing. But I gave them a big tip for their fantastic service! They even complimented me on my cute car. Will definitely be back in the future, hopefully with less dead bugs for them. read more

I wasn't happy about my $8 Express wash, but I decided to give them a second chance with a more expensive wash. I'm glad I did! Although it wasn't "as good as it gets," they shampood my carpets and wiped almost everything down. My only complaints were that the "wiping down" was very selective. They missed quite a few spots. I always say I will never come back, but sometimes I'm forced to come here for one reason for another. One positive about this place, its location and they have a starbucks inside. On the other hand much more negatives to come. First of all, their gas is super expensive compared to other locations. In a way I guess its hard to complain since its THEIR business and they can charge whatever they please, but i firmly believe the yelp community should know how overpriced their gas is before coming here. Next is how they never FIXED the air machine. After reading through some reviews it looks like i wasn't the only one having problems with their 1 DOLLAR air machine that DOESN'T work. It is fact as of this dated review that the air machine has a hissing noise and won't accurately gauge what your current psi level is. Also to add insult to injury the PSI reader on the hose is chipped off. After spending 1 dollar and finding out it was a piece of crap i didn't even bother trying to get my money back. This Chevron is a wallet rapist. This is where all the racers use to meet up a few years ago. If gas is $2.30 at South Park Victoria (about 2.5 miles away), this station is $2.70. The only plus side to this station is that it's the only Chevron in Milpitas that can pump diesel. It has a car wash station too. So if you're super rich, a tourist, ignorant, careless with your funds, or you drive an 80s Mercedes diesel car, this is your spot. read more

So I just got my car washed 2 days ago... and then last night some rabid sprinklers decided to COVER it in nasty water spots. I am insane about caring for my car, but this place is right next to work so I ran over to get a quick wash at lunch to remove the water spots. Even with bringing them a perfectly clean car, they still managed to do a lackluster job. I swear my wheels came out WORSE looking than when the car went in! Luckily I had some towels in the car to spend a few minutes finishing where they slacked off. Definitely going somewhere else next time I need a wash in a pinch. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!! AVOID THIS PLACE! You will lose your faith in humanity if you come here. So I had to make an emergency stop in here because of a flat tire. I parked in a parking space and went in and asked the counter guy if he can help me change a tire. his answer." Um i'm the only one here. Do you have AAA?" I'm thinking are you serious? there is no one here! All i need is for you to help me for 10 minutes top or ask for someone. which btw the car washes were open and there was plenty of people around. By far, the worst experience I've ever had at a gas station. I pulled in to pump gas. I was about to go on a long trip so I wanted to make sure I had enough. I spent a total of $30 dollars on the pump. However, one of my friends went inside to go grab some napkins for her coffee. The person working there, he was an Asian guy with like a red swelling in one of his eyes, came out yelling at her. He was accusing her of stealing coffee from the store and when in reality she just went in to get napkins. He then began cursing at her and saying "you need to tell me when you grab napkins" and calling her a "mother ******". He continued to scold her when I approached him and told him that she just went in to get napkins and that I just spent 30 dollars pumping gas. Apparently he didn't care because he continued to yell and curse at her and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. My friend finally had enough and threw the 2 napkins she grabbed at him and then walked away. I didn't realize that chevron was so stingy with napkins. I had an accident at their facility and the staff was very co-operative. I made the payment not realizing that the insurance may cover it. But manager Thuy Dong was very helpful. She returned me the charges over actual damage. It was hard to get reimbursement from the insurance since I already paid. But the manager took time to provide all the all the documentation I needed to submit to insurance. I am happy that I got all my money reimbursed from the insurance. So overall the response and service was beyond my expectation. read more

Came here for a carwash. I can't believe how rude some of the employees are. Excuse me for picking the express carwash because I'm actually in a rush?! I asked one of the employees to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. He rudely retorted, "well, what do you think?; if you don't leave the keys here what do you expect?" And snatched my keys from me. Umm, I'm sorry, but I wasn't unwilling to leave the keys. I literally couldn't hear what he said. Definitely not coming here again for a carwash. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have worked across the street from this Chevron Gas Station for 6 to 7 years and they've stayed the same this whole time. They are terrible and should have close up a long time ago. Gas here is overpriced and usually 20 to 50 cents more a gallon than any other gas station in at least a 10 mile radius. Their pumps are constantly out of order. Card sliding stations at the pumps are either debit only, credit only, or none. When you hit yes for a receipt there's a 50% chance it will print inside the machine instead of spitting out the slot. I dread talking to employees because they are dumb, slow, rude, don't speak English or just don't want to work. If you tell them something is wrong at their gas stations, they just wave their hand at you to shoo. Don't try to ask for air because it ain't free. I will ask for them to turn on the air and they ask for $2.00 or to buy fuel. Whenever I buy fuel I tell them to turn on the air and they won't. They said I never bought fuel and I tell them I just did. I show them the receipt, I tell them to check camera footage, but they still want me to pay up $2.00 for air. Whenever I'm desperate for air in one of my tires, I pay, but I tell the next person waiting to hurry up and use it while it's still running or they will charge you $2.00 too. Their car wash sucks. The first guy doesn't talk at all and just waits for to point at the car wash you want. You wait 1 hour to 2 hours for your car to be done and they will take longer if you don't pre pay them tip. They also will occasionally talk bad about you in Vietnamese and not give you your car keys back. Prepaying tip doesn't change this behavior either. The car wash isn't that great and I've seen customers yelling because their car got damaged in the car wash. Of course all the employees deny responsibility. One time their pumps weren't working properly. It took 10 minutes to fill one gallon into my vehicles tank. I asked other customers if they were having the same problem and they confirmed they were. I went inside and asked the employee if they received any complaints and he said no. When I told him the issue he said he just checked the system and it's perfectly fine. So he basically lied about receiving no complaints. I asked him, "I thought you just said you didn't receive any complaints." I received no answer back. I told him there is a serious problem with the pumps. He told me once again the system is fine and it will take until Monday to have a vendor come out to fix anything. I told him he should close the gas station right now and they shouldn't be open. He told me nothing was wrong and to leave. The new thing at their gas station is you can't use your chip card inside even though there system has a slot for it. They made me use credit today and wouln't allow me to use debit. They also make me enter in my 3 digit CCV security code on the back of my Visa debit card. I don't feel safe giving them this code at all. I refuse the other day and they pointed at a bogus looking piece of paper on the counter saying I have to at it's a government issued notice. You alos have to watch out for spills and trash. There are always gas spills and trash everywhere at this gas station. They also tend to open later than their posted time and close earlier than they are supposed to. This place is very convenient for me, but I try to avoid it as much as possible. I suggest you do the same. If you do go, please file a complaint or write another review. I don't know what it takes to get a place like this shutdown. It's independently owned and a couple complaints to Chevron Corporate might help a little. read more

Really awful service. I asked (and paid for!) a full hand wash and hand dry, and my car still came out with water stains, and er, markings of other varieties as well. After the guy finished drying it off, I pointed out a particularly noticeable mark on the back door, and the guy claimed it wasn't dirt and there was nothing he could do. I scratched it lightly with my fingernail, and of course it came right off - yet somehow, he couldn't be bothered, and continued with about 30 more seconds of superficial wipedown, taking care to avoid the exact mark I had pointed out.
