I decided to top off my tank here, even though the price of gas is little bit higher than average. Well, we have several reasons for that. First, it's right next to the ramps for Hwy 237. If you're going to sit in commute traffic, you better have gas. Second, it's in a high tech business park. So, they assume you have money to spend on car washes and jacked up prices. I picked up a pair of sunglasses to show my toddler (note he was not messing with anything) and she told me we were not allowed to touch them. I explained we were just browsing and he wasn't even making a mess. She kept saying "you buy" and trying to pressure me into buying them. I asked her if what if I wanted to try on the sunglasses and she kept saying I'd have to buy it to touch it. I became extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave. This California Lottery retailer is violating Lottery retailer rules by refusing to payout legitimate lottery winning tickets under $599. Lottery rules specify which reasons retailers are permitted to refuse to payout, such as a ticket not scanning or validating properly, or not enough cash on hand. They'll be teller must give you the reason. This retailer claims that they just simply do not ever pay out any winning tickets. That was their reason given. My sister asked for the air pump to be turned on so that we could pump air into our flat tire. The attendant told her that they could not and that we had to pay two dollars, even though the sign literally shows California state law on the pump. We waited for my boyfriend and father to arrive for help. They helped us patch the tire and then requested for air again. The attendant still refused to provide air. We obtained our own pump and then started pumping air into the tire. The sprinklers then happened to turn on. My boyfriend got an umbrella to block the sprinklers and then sprinklers then conveniently happened to stop. The attendants at this station are incredibly rude and unhelpful. please go to another gas station. This gas station seems new and updated, but the tap to pay never works. When you insert your debit card in the machine it gets stuck in the machine and the screen doesn't respond and you have to spend a couple minutes there trying to pull it out. after getting it to work and my payment went through and it took my loyalty rewards for me to be able to get $.20 off a gallon the pump never started. I went in and he had me pay all over again and put in my Safeway number again And my $.20 rewards didn't pop up because I just did it on the kiosk outside and he just said oh well and was shaking his head offering no explanation. also pretty expensive here read more

If I could put a zero star on this worst car cash place that I have ever been to in my life, I would do so. I made it very clear upon arriving that I need to remove the dead bugs on my bumper and wind shied. I was assured by a lady at the front entrance that they can handle that. After the wash is done, I still see a lot of dead bugs on the bumper and windshield, plus water dripping here and there. I asked one of the workers in the back tolend me a towel to wipe them off myself. I was refused angrily with some foreign language that I don't understand! No one back there spoke any English. I walked to the front entrance again to find the same lady - she was the only person who could speak English. She tried to explained to the boss of the workers but she said they just won't do it and she didn't understand why either. The boss of the workers got very bad attitude, yelling at me aggressively in some foreign language. I called the number on the receipt but it didn't help much either. That person answered the phone spoke some English but he kept saying they won't lend towel to any customer. In my countless number of car wash experience in the past 30 years, there has never been any issue either borrowing a towel to wipe off stuff myself or simply asking car wash worker to wipe off some missing spots. Not sure where these workers came from and how they adopted such bad attitude and rude service format. Simply not acceptable in the US. Not sure if these workers are legal aliens. The cheapest employees with the $5 minimum credit card charge as well as trying to charge for air after paying for gas I had to show the worker (an older Asian man at the time) the online CA law for him to just mumble and turn on the air and not even attempt apologizing. My review is for the overall convenience of having everything in a one-stop shop. The McCarthy car wash was probably the best car wash that I've had. You normally get a rushed job, not very detailed at this type of car wash, but this was not that. They have hand washing detail work before you go through the automated car wash. So I woke up and on my way to work noticed my tire needed air, so I googled a gas station nearby that was on my way to work in SF and this popped up. I go inside and ask for $5 in quarters so I can run the machine (it takes 6 quarters and I don't have a tire pressure checker so if the time went off before I could finish I didn't want to have to walk all the way back inside and wait in line I'm already running late to work). The guy ony took 2 of my dollars and said he didn't have enough quarters (proceeds to jingle the quarters in the drawer AFTER he gave me my change - there was more than $5 for sure). I said ok can I have 1 more dollar in quarters for a total of 12 quarters (because God forbid I need more air on my way home from work or to work if I didn't make it). He then keeps my $1 and says he'd turn the machine on. When I asked him for the quarters instead he refused, THEN tried to keep my dollar after I asked for it back since he wouldn't give me the quarters. He refused at least 3 times I had to hold up that I only had $2 left before he would give me back my dollar. And on top of all this he started yelling so I started yelling. So embarrassing I am so glad no one else was in line. Avoid this place is a scam and they're rude. Upon returning to my vehicle it wouldn't hold air, so I pulled forward slightly and low and behold there is a nail. So glad I didn't just let him swindle me out of $1.50. But - before you go through the attendant sprays down the bugs and crap on your windshield and hood, and the s soaps and rinses the entire car with high powered hose. It worked wonders after a trip through the Central Valley with windshields that wouldn't come clean with the wipers and cleaning fluid. So I would highly recommend. I went in to get interior and exterior clean and it was done in an hour with two guys. They have a seated wait area which was fine. My issue came at the end. I was on the phone when they told me it was done. I gave them a tip and started getting into the car. They interrupted me saying I needed to tip more, how they worked so hard and did such a great job, etc. I felt extorted for the demand. I went to this gas station several times to cash my lotto tickets. Depends who is working at the counter they might cash your ticket. Well, yesterday evening there was a tall Asian man with glasses that as soon as I pulled out my tickets in a loud voice "I cannot cash your lotto ticket. There is not enough money in the drawer". I said but my winnings is only $15. People purchase gas or snacks in here all day I am sure there is enough for $15. So, then he starts saying, "I cash your ticket then give you the money and then you just put it back in the machine to buy another lotto ticket and so I lose on cash and we have to pay lease on the machine. The lottery gets the money. Ok, I said, then maybe your gas station should stop selling lotto tickets! I left angry and will be contacting the California Lottery to let notify them of this gas station. Review on the station only. Came here in my moms car. Diesel. I pulled up to the SE most pump and proceed to fill up. I notice how the pump is really slow. How slow? Literally 15 minutes for just over 14 gallons. (We timed it.) It's about 58 degrees out, so I go back inside the car to stay warm. We keep on looking at the pump to see how many gallons we are at. Finally at a tick over 14 I say forget, it's close enough and I'm not waiting any longer. Well the pump didn't auto stop. There must've been close to a gallon of diesel that overfilled, down the side of the car, onto the floor, all the way to the other side of the car. (See photos) I go inside to tell the cashier and maybe he wants tag the pump or at least put down some powder to dry the fuel and clean the spill. He couldn't have been less interested. This is the worst gas station I've ever been to in my life, I am a traveling nurse that's been vaccinating Santa Clara California for the last 2 1/2 months. I come all the way from Michigan ....
