By far the worst place to get a car wash. I'm sitting here for over an hour and have seen at least 8-10 cars who were behind me finish. I finally said something to the manager and he gave me some BS about the wait and how the girl inside should have told me. I told him what does that have anything to do with all of the other cars going ahead of me? He had no response. I even pointed the cars out and no response. DO NOT GO HERE. Get rid of the manger who was working this Sunday because it's clear he doesn't care about your customers. Plenty of other options in the area. Oh and this place charges at least 40-50 cents more a gallon of gas. It's a rip off. read more

Giving this place a 1 star is even too high! This place has the worse customer service! The manager was verbally yelling at people and yelling at workers! The manger was being disrespectful to me! This is unacceptable! You are better off getting your water hose and washing your own car! Worse car wash I ever been to! They took 2 hours to wash my car! I was waiting 1 hour and I noticed that they did not even vacuum my car yet! They also left a ton of wet spots! I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN! Spend your money somewhere else. Remember if even the manager is rude then that tells you about this place! I will be contacting the better business bureau! read more

The inside of my car wasnt vacuumed the way it should be, my boyfriend had to ask for a towel so he can wipe down finger prints on the front of my car and on the windows as well, black stains on the inside werent wiped down, although it was only $18.99 its not worth to spend your money on something you can do yourself for free. It could be that is all young kids working including girls, everyone seems tired and without a drop of energy, definitely need to get a better staff thats full of energy and could clean cars the correct way. All in all i will never come back to this car wash if it means im only throwing my money in the trash. Also the african american woman that was the register was extremely rude. Yelling saying " I SAID HELLO" After i had smiled at her, right after i told her " i smiled at you" she put her hands up and said " OHHHH BIG DEALLLL" not sure what that was about i laughed at the confusion read more

Ok, so I've been here a few times to get my car washed and they've done a great job each time. But recently, my dad bought his car here and he said that they put way too much armor oil on the dashboard and steering wheel. Seeing what they did to my dad's car....I'm probably just gonna stay away from this place from now on to avoid any future problems. read more

Requested Ultra Wash ($19.99), above Classicwash ($14.99) difference was cleaning the marking in and out of door area. But I wanted seat cleaning. So I got Detail. Service value pak ($44.99). Arrived at 7:17am. Its 8:25am. They parked my car and took cared of two other vehicles after my car was parked. Than another qp minutes till someone really started to work on my vehicle. There are all older gentlemen, as seen in picture. Appears all the younger ones are at the greeting area. The older gentlemen really take their time. The keyword, "pit stop" is no longer what I thought it was before. I havent been here for almost 5 years, Asian live on the other side of town now, but their service has appear to be disconnected. My seats were sopose to be cleaned and not so soaked. Its soaked. Not even a good feeling damp. I know.it wont be dry. But if I could go home, I could use my wet/dry vac to dry it better. As for cleaning. I did my walk.around. I could clean the Mark's I asked to clean better. I still had to clean my dashboard of stuff. I will go elsewhere for my carwash and detail cleaning. I only came here.because.i had great service.before. Now, its not managed correctly. Finished at 8:30am read more

Chevron - Un sure how to rate this place for their car wash and detail service - Convenience Stores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

They only have one star because I have to give them a star or it won't let me write the review. I wish I read the reviews. I'll never go again and will be getting a refund. I was there today. My car was busy for nearly 4 hours, yes I went to lunch but I saw it being parked before in the sun before having a dessert across the street. I paid 74.99 before tax for a detailing: to have the seats and carpet vaccumed and shampooed and all the plastics and vinyl's detailed. It was disgusting. They didn't move the seats to vacuum. It was not vacuumed well before it was washed...and guess what? I took it through a quick terrible's wash before I came, half their job was done for them. And yet there is still debris on my carpet. There is still dirt in the cracks. There are still liquid marks on the vinyl. I could have done a better job at a coin operated self-wash in half the time. There were red paint streaks on my back right bumper. No damage thankfully, but they either ran into my car or backed it into something. They didn't vacuum the weather stripping. This is disgusting. I am embarrassed and ashamed for them. read more

Well, I went here to get my van washed since I travelled through a few states. Their was some sand on it. So I took it to thus place and the little woman said sorry sir we don't do big vehicles because it is going to ruin here machine. She told me that with a vary bad attitude. So I was tried and left and was going to talk to the manager about this. When I got home, I told my parents about it. They told me that so girl told them that they can't do their vehicle because it had a rack on the roof. I will not recommend this place to anyone or even stop their for gas. I have told all of my coworkers not to come to this place. So far 400 will come to this place, 889 of my family members will be going there. read more

This has got to be the absolutely best non hand car wash in the city. They pay attention to every little detail and they are super friendly. The monthly unlimited wash plans are a bargain! read more

I have found this car wash to be a suitable replacement after Lakeside Carwash closed. They are pretty quick and do a nice job. They have a comfortable waiting area, and if you want you can buy food in their mini mart. Be sure to get their "Pit Stop Card" to earn free washes. read more

Easy access from Soutbound Stephanie, uncrowded gas pumps, a clean store, and service with a smile. Gas prices ain't the lowest but they don't fleece you either. In short...it's a good place to get your gas and other c-store things you might need. (I need to try their car wash next time!) read more

Not only was the staff friendly and professional, but they did an AMAZING job cleaning and detailing my car. After a trip to Mt. Charleston, my car was covered in mud in addition to the kid mess from my boys. My husband and kids play ice hockey. No matter how many times I've cleaned, steamed and had it professionally cleaned before, it always had a lingering hockey smell. I, long ago, succumbed to the fact that it just wasn't going anywhere. The Pitstop crew worked some voodoo magic and the smell vanished! That alone was completely worth the trip out to this location. My car is as clean as the day we drove it off the lot, probably even cleaner. They have great waiting areas indoor and out for your comfort and convenience. You guys will definitely be seeing us again! read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is always pleasant and my car is clean no matter what car wash option I choose! Even the drive-thru is great for quick cleaning. If I find any smudges or something not clean good enough, I just point it out to them and it's taken care of. The only issue I've come across is tipping. I'm puzzled. About a month ago, I was told at the vacuum station, that tipping is no longer "shared". Meaning, if you tip the finisher, they do not share with the staff that start the process at the vaccums. It's doesn't make sense! Why would I have to tip for both areas? Isn't there a portion of the car wash price, which I believe is reasonable, that could be set aside for their employees? Maybe 40 cents per car for 15 or so employees, that's only $6? So if you have 60 cars per day, that's $24.00 tip per employee a day! That would be fair to all employees! Could "help" with quality of work issues too. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I bought the most expensive car wash thinking they would actually Do what the y claim comes with that package. When I got my car back, all the stains and dirt on the doors and leather on the backseat, were still there. I had to ask the guy to borrow his sponge to wipe them off!!!! The cup holder was never vacuumed. And the inside of the back window, was never touched. All the streaks are still there! Don't waste your time and money at this place. Those teenagers are too busy chatting and doing a crappy job. You are better off going to the $5 car wash and get better results for what they do. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I took my Mercedes e350 here last week. I paid 99.00 for a full detail! When i got my car i noticed the passenger side seat was all the way forward. When i tried to put it back in place the motor just made noise but the seat would not move. I spoke to Cameron, the manager, who was very kind and helpful. He eventually forwarded me to Tracy Gutcowki, she was AWFUL. I explained my seat was working before the car wash and after it's BROKEN. I took it to Mercedes and it was discovered that when the workers cleaned and vacuumed they did not pick up a tennis ball. A bright green, easy to see, ball! And they forced the chair to move when it would naturally have stopped per the sensor system, breaking the motor. I had Mercedes call Tracy - she REFUSED to pay any part of the damage they caused. It is 1100.00 for them to repair it. I dropped off a perfectly working car, paid for the most expensive detailed car wash, was given back a broken car. Do NOT trust this place! Do so at your own risk!!! read more

I like to bring the car here to get a wash. I also like Chevron gas so I like this place. 1. Car wash - priced like all others, you know for the full service it will be 17.99. They have cheaper ones, yet they only do the basic for the cheaper ones. I like everyone that does it. You can tell that when the car is turned over to you, a manager or supervisor has been the final person in the car. They do a great job except never for the front windows. They spend time on it, however, I think the chemical they use or the towels leave a smear that after a few hours goes from being totally clean to totally smeared. I always have to wipe it again. 2. The soda's - Great priced soda and huge fountain service. You can get almost any soda you want here. 3. Small Sandwich Shop - never ordered one from here, but the smell is wonderful. 4. Clean bathrooms - Need I say more. 5. Nice wait room - Clean, TV, plenty of space. Check it out. read more

I had driven from Florida, through New Mexico, Arizona, and other dusty states inbetween. My car was SO dirty, you couldn't even tell what color it was anymore. I was staying at the hotel across the street, and saw this car wash out my window. I saw how the kids working there hustled and were doing such a good job. The next morning, I pulled in and got the cheapest car wash they offered. They do everything from wash, to wax, to interior, etc. But, it was a rental car and I only wanted the exterior washed (had it been my car, I would have gone for the works). The guys sprayed something on my wheels, and I went through the machine. When I came out the other side, more workers were waiting to wipe down any water still on my car. They have an awesome assembly line there. I couldn't believe it was the same car. After this great washing, I think the car even ran better. Excellent place with hard-working kids. I was SO glad I saw them out my window - I like a clean car. The basic wash was really cheap - and WELL worth it. read more

I used only chevron gas for my cars. car wash is decent compared to another places. But the staff from store (not from car wash) needs drug test. They know nothing and they don't care about costumers. In 90% fuel pumps don't have recipes and you have to go inside because they are bunch of lazy losers. They don't even know what is "weeder root" :) Owner of Bison Investment should take care about his stations, and I know he got some places in this city. read more

I've been here a few times and my car came out good enough. Today, there were a bunch of teenagers washing the cars. Most of them are more interested chatting and looking at their phones than cleaning the car. Only one kid was really working. Not impressed. Paid $20 for a job I could have paid $10 for. If they will hire young kids, they need a supervisor watching what they are doing. A waste of my time and money! read more

Went through the express car wash, went pretty fast, nothing too much to expect from a gasoline car wash.... only complaint is that the charge description on my debt card says :Bison Investments, henderson NVUS. I was referred to Chevron Pit Stop on 1420 Paseo Verde by a coworker. First time I went there I got the $20 car wash. They did an ok job on the exterior. They "did not" vacuum or wipe down the interior. I gave them a 2nd chance today and it was a repeat of the 1st visit. They "did NOT" vacuum or wipe down the interior. I will never go back to this place again. I tried calling it went straight to voicemail. I tried there website, it gave me an error and wouldn't submit my complaint. I guess its so they don't have to address any of the customer complaints. Never Again!!! read more

One of the cleanest gas stations/convenient stores I go to! Conveniently located on Stephanie and 215, aka between my work and home (always a plus)! Never again. $50 for a full detail with seat cleaning. As you can see from the pictures, I obviously have a dog which is the need for routine car detail. However, after asking them to take a couple of extra minutes on the vacuum, they come out with what looked like nothing had been done. I pointed out several location where protectant had been smeared on the vinyl without actually wiping down the vinyl first. When I pointed it out the response was "I don't see anything". The second time I went here for a wash/vacuum, the did not vacuum the trunk. When I asked about it I was told "we don't do trunks unless asked. So today I open the trunk and ask for a vacuum. Was it done? Nope. When I also pointed this out at the end I was told "we don't do trunks". As well, left grease marks on seat and a line in door jam (pics). Get it together people! Now I will have to redo what I just paid $50 for. Never again! Cameron was the so called manager on duty and had more interest in making excuses that just fixing the problems. Poor work, poor customer service, and poor management. Don't waste your money. You can get a mobile detail that will come to your home and do a better job for this price. I would give it negative stars if I could. read more

Went in for gas and decided to buy a car wash at the pump where it prompts you if you want to purchase a car wash. I chose the ultra wash which cost $11 and when I pull up to the vacuum area the attendant says the package I bought is for exterior only. Since I wanted a vacuum I had to go in and pay an additional $8.99 for the ultra package which includes the interior? So after getting what felt like scammed, I then proceeded to wait like 35 minutes for my car wash because the car washers were all working in first gear. Bad management and deceiving ordering policy gets this business a 1 star rating. They do have a nice self serve coffee station though... read more

He is great all around and welcomes me in a friendly way each time. The basic plus cost me 18.99 before tip. You can always find something they could of wiped better but I'm not that picky for 18.99. BEWARE TAKING YOUR CAR TO THE CAR WASH. Lock up all belongings because the people they decided to hire will steal things out of your car. Two things of importance to me were taken out of my center console. I go to that car wash once a week, sometimes twice if it rains. I pay for the supreme wash which is $27.99 plus tax and tip $10 dollars every time. And they have the nerve to steal sh** out my car. Not a good look and they will be confronted. read more

I'm not sure how a business can justify charging $27.99 for a car wash when they don't vacuum the back seat, wipe down the exterior or interior after the wash, and let your truck sit for 10 minutes after being finished while they work on the truck ahead of it. The employees are jovial and act like they're at home with friends while obviously not working. What a terrible place. Fire everyone and get employees who actually work. read more

I came here at 9:30 pm to throw my trash from my car and was harassed by (Freddy)Fredrick . He came outside and wanted me to move my car to the front of the store to use a specific trash can. He proceeded to stare at me from the window calling co workers to also stare at me and acting like he was calling someone . Before I left I saw him standing out side and asked for his name and he refused to tell me and gave me the name "Freddy" Fredrick. I've contacted pit stop but still have not heard from them .
