Since this place is conveniently located near me, it's an easy place to take my car to get clean. The girls at the counter are usually pretty pleasant. They issued me a punch card so after my 10 visits, I get one free! Love it! I was never really sure of the proper procedure but I would go in to pay first. Then I just drive my car to the 'starting line'. The gentlemen usually working there are very gracious and quick about coming over to greet me. From there it's about a 5-10 minute wait for completion. There are plenty of seats to wait either inside or out to watch the finishing touches. After it goes through the wash, they thoroughly dry it off and dust the entire inside. Every time my car is perfect again with not a speck of dirt or water spot. I recently used the drive thru service and the machine tore my mirror off the vehicle. The management at Bison Investments (owner) doesn't think the mirror is their fault. Their onsite manager even told me that the same incident happened to another vehicle EXACTLY the same year and model as mine, 2020 GMC Sierra. They were efficient in the way the workers arranged the cars as each car got its turn to get the once over. But so many basics were ignored on my small pickup that I cannot recommend this place for a car wash. They did not clean the bed part of my pickup, they did not clean the interior windows or the windshield, and they neglected to clean underneath the seats. My truck is one of those work trucks that has plastic floors so it's pretty easy to clean. In fact, I figured out how easy it was to clean because I ended up finishing the job for these people. Next time I will save the $18.99 plus tip and do this myself. read more

Is this the BEST car wash spot ever??? No, but for the price and convenience it is well worth it. This location is one block from my apartment so it makes life less difficult. The highest tier for EXTERIOR ONLY wash cost me $11. I also opted $15 for an exterior hand waxing/buffing. My car needed a wash badly. I had just driven from San Francisco area to Las Vegas, then Las Vegas to SoCal, then SoCal to Las Vegas. My car looked like it had just been through Operation Desert Storm. In addition, my car looked like a mass grave for bugs and it had been caked on by the unforgiving Las Vegas heat. I didn't expect much from this wash because lets face it... its a gas station car wash. After going through the machine car wash, a team of workers went to town on my car. They wiped down every nook and cranny of my car. I saw one of the techs really working hard to get all the caked on brake dust off my wheels. Then one of the guys went at it with a buffing machine and some wax. They waxed the roof and wiped down some of the interior panels... even though I only paid for an exterior wash. When I got the car back it was squeaky clean. It had a mirror like finish and the paint felt smooooth. I will definitely come back again whenever I need a wash. read more

It's now 50 minutes since I got out of my car. It's sitting, water spots drying, not getting worked on yet. I only stopped here because my gym is next door. And this is why I stopped coming here. Slow. And I mean SLOW. Working on cars that came in after me, but because they're newer and more expensive, they grab those first. I'm doubting my car will be far from correctly done though in honesty, it was so dirty anything is an improvement. But, that's no excuse for doing what I paid for. Although this is not close to my house, I come here because it's really close to where I volunteer at the Ron Paul HQ. They have a pretty huge selection of goodies in various sizes - Good. Lots of Mexican versions of pop (Coke, Sprite, etc) which my family is obsessed with. Problem is, they're not very cold because they sit in an ice bucket rather than a fridge. - Meh... I don't drink pop so it's w/e to me. They sell spicy lime Cheetos. It's like the best junk food ever. Spicy! Lime! Cheeto form! - Good. Terrible job. I paid 45 to have my sons truck washed and vacuumed I was very specific regarding what I wanted they did a terrible job. When I opened the back passenger door it was still dirty inside the windows were not clean it was not properly wiped down inside, I specified asked for the dog hair to be vacuumed out it was not. I was then told by the manager it would be an an 30 dollars and an extra 45 minutes to remove the dog hair terrible customer service. read more

Okay yes, I know that writing a review for a gas station/convenience store seems odd, but this place is really great! I don't think that I've ever been to a cleaner, more well stocked convenience store. I haven't visited the bathrooms there yet, but if they are as nice as the store, then this place really is a winner! I was quite impressed with their selection of snacks and beverages, and their coffee center was amazingly clean. Usually, you'll see splashes and crumbs, but every time I've visited, everything is spic and span. I got my car clean today(7/1/22) at the car wash on 1420 Paseo Verde, and did not leave happy in the slightest. When I dropped my car off, I expressed several times that the under carriage of my car was red from the amount of dead crickets and that it needed to be extremely deep cleaned and I offered to pay the extra amount, however the employee blew me off, saying "we deal with bugs all the time and we will get them all off". I expressed once again that it needed to either be taken through the car wash multiple times or hand done and if costed more at then I would pay more and the same employee told ignored my statement and said to go inside and pay there. After waiting 15-20 minutes, a different employee came with my keys and said it was done. We explained to the two who dried the car that it was supposed to be have the undercarriage cleaned and asked if it was, the two stared at us with a blank face and said uh.. we don't know if it did or not and walked away. When we looked at the car we could see bugs all over not only the undercarriage but the hood, the mirrors, the windows and the front grill. This truly looked like a 8 dollar car wash that I payed 25 dollars for!!! And when you go to the pit stop website this location doesn't even show up!! read more

This is the absolute worst place to get your vehicle washed. Not only did they do a horrible job the first time (the interior looked like no one even attempted to clean it) but after I brought it in for the "free" wash they gave me after I complained they damaged both sides of my car. Multiple scratches are up and down the sides of my vehicle, in the exact same spot, which leads me to believe that their machine scratched it while going through the wash. My husband is there right now trying to figure out how they are going to remedy this situation, although after reading other reviews it doesn't seem like they care much about customer service. Items stolen from my car during car wash I took my car this past Sunday (8/6/17) around noon for a standard car wash. I left two BWW gift cards totaling $75 under the armrest and when I looked - later - they were gone. I returned to the Chevron and spoke to a vert young 'manager' about the incident. I had little hope that anything would be found and - of course - no one knew anything about this incident. I knew, going in, it would be my word versus their word but I was still disgusted at the thought of one those 'kids' were going through my things, looking for something of value. I should mention that this happened to me one other time about 6 months ago with a different vehicle. On that occasion, a simple emergency kit (jumper cables, etc) was stolen. At the time, I thought that I'd simply misplaced the items. But, it then occurred to me that they went missing after the car wash. Listen, leaving valuables in the car is never a good idea. I accept responsibility for being trusting of those items for the short period of time that the car was not in my possession. But, at the risk of being mean, this is a good example of why some of those people will never achieve more in life than just washing someone else's car. read more

Took my car here 10/15/17 and paid for the $21 wash and gave the guy a $5 tip because everything looked very nice and done as expected. Got in my car and drove approx. 8 minutes back home. I reached for my door handle to get out and there was no handle there! it had been completely broken off!!!! I immediately rolled down my window and opened the door from the outside and found the broken off piece in the door side pocket. Now I'm a big guy and my thigh touches the door when I'm inside and the door is closed so there is NO POSSIBLE WAY it fell off! There is a chrome coating on the handle and it's very stiff so the handle had to have been torn off. I immediately returned to the store which took maybe 10 more minutes and went inside to seek a manager. The girls at the counter went out and got the guy that took my order and I asked him if he remembered me and he said "Oh yea you were just here" and I said I have a broken car door now and showed him the piece that was broken off and he said "that was definitely there or we wouldn't have been able to get out" so he then goes and gets the manager over the finishing/drying guys (His name is Dana) he comes over and I explain to him what happened and show him, he then says there is no manager here right now but I'll get some pictures and take your number so they can call you back and cave me his managers (Cameron) business card with his phone number (which is the gas station main number). I waited till I was off work on 10/16 to hear from someone and no one ever called me, so I went up after work to find someone to talk to and guess what? Cameron had already left for the day. Great! So now later that evening another manager named David calls me and listens to what I had to say and he said they would look through the video cameras of the wash area to see if anything happened and ask the employees who worked that shift what happened and someone would get back to me by 10/19. So, on 10/19 I get a call from David and he informs me that they looked through the video and asked around and no one knows anything and he didn't see anything out of the ordinary and didn't see anyone put my broken handle in the pocket of the door and that since I left the property they couldn't do anything for me. I was livid, I said well, can I come up and you can show me the tapes and I can look and see what happened, and he said, no that's against company policy! I said well I'd like to speak to someone who can show me what happened to my vehicle and he said I'll have someone call you. I bet you can guess that no one has called me! Just like other people who have left reviews of this place damaging their vehicles, I would recommend never going to this place to get a car wash, gas or even a bottle of water. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! For the past 6 months this place has gone downhill. They don't care anymore. I've been going here for 5 years, no more. I took my car to this car wash yesterday. checked in at 4:30. The only car in que to be washed. There were 6 cars on the other side being dried etc. At 5:00 my car came out of the washing part. Odd. I was told it's because out of the 6 employees, 1 can drive. At 5:25 I asked when the interior was going to be cleaned, the outside had already air dried by this time with spots. He replied, about 30 minutes. The guy sitting next to me said he'd been there 2 hours. I asked a couple of others waiting and they'd all been there for at least an hour. I asked to speak with the Manager, I was told it won't do any good, he's worthless. At 6:03 my car was done. I wasn't getting it detailed, just simple wash and interior. I asked about the age of 2 of the workers and was told they were 13 and have no motivation. Is that even legal? After 1.5 hours the windshield hadn't been cleaned, the console hadn't been cleaned and the entire car has water spots from sitting there too long. And no apologies, just a lot of laughing. I should have checked Yelp before I went there. The low marks are telling. Just had my car washed there and they cracked the windshield. After 30 minutes of "examining the film", which by the way they did not offer to show; I was told that the manager would call me. Now the car was inspected prior to wash and there was no crack; but when it came out there was a crack. All the car wash folks examined it and determined that one of the hand brushes was slammed down on the windshield upside down. Still the manager decided to call me and try to lie his way out of it and tell me that a rock chip caused the crack. Really? Then he wanted me to tell him who said that. Lovely example for our youth. Either way it's an insurance claim, just man up already. Now instead of me taking my 4 cars there I will go elsewhere and hopefully encourage others to do the same. read more

I had my car washed today (9/02/21) at 1:55 pm. The cashier who rang up my "Classic Wash" asked another employee why it was ringing up $20 instead of $15, to which the employee said "the prices went up...a few minutes ago". Really? Who raises prices by $5 in the middle of the day...sketchy. Also, several of the car detailers have their masks pulled down under their noses..which is fine outside the cars, but when wiping inside of someones car it should be worn correctly. If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for a $45 dollar car wash and tipped the guys. My car got scratched and dented. The estimated repairs came out to $900 and a week to complete. My contact was the corporate assistant manager, Brandon. They didn't want to pay for the damages or a rental car and it took over a month of me calling once a week to get something done about it. They didn't even comp the car wash or give me any future car washes, not that it matters but shows what kind of customer service they give. I tried to contact someone higher in corporate and no one ever contacted me back while I had to keep chasing to people down. HORRIBLE experience. I've been going here for a couple of years now, and was somewhat satisfied with the exterior service. Interior folks need retraining or something. Car always came back clean....except for the for the cup holders. They were never clean. Car usually was still dusty. I'm giving 3 stars (and not less) because of the way they handled a recent incident. While in their care, my car was hit by a truck that fell off the wash belt and went back into my car. The truck's tailpipe left a square hole in my front bumper. The folks there instantly called me and got me the incident report. After I got a damage estimate, they called me almost daily to keep me up to date on the check processing. They paid the full amount of the damage and gave me no run around. read more

But recently, my dad bought his car here and he said that they put way too much armor oil on the dashboard and steering wheel.
