When you do ask a question or need help, employees often seem bothered or inconvenienced. The expectation appears to be that customers use self checkout, which is fine, but it also feels like staff want to interact as little as possible. While their coupons and rewards can stack and be beneficial, I mostly keep my visits to a bare minimum, due to the poor customer service. I stop in only when I need something quick because the stores are close, convenient, and small enough that I can get in and out easily. That said, if CVS does not currently offer new hire and ongoing customer service training, they really should. Improving how customers are acknowledged and assisted would go a long way for both customer loyalty and overall work culture.

It is 100 per cent the performance of the pharmacy that contributes to this score. If you want to put a face to corporate indifference, it is the pharmacy manager Whitney Lorigan. She is the epitome, of rude and indifference to customers, some staff who have left, and store employees. Arrogant but not talented, and indifferent to everyone around her. The friendly pharmacy staff have left, and only the jerks and brand new employees remain. This pharmacy does not always call when meds are ready, and you can show up 15 minutes before their lunch break to pick up your meds, and they will tell you that they have to break for lunch soon and you have to come back after their 30 minute lunch break. They close the shades when they go to lunch, and they open up behind a wall of invisible shades. They are the epitome of laziness, and rude corporate attitude.. They have an arrogant attitude but absolutely NO customer service skills. The pharmacy had a sign at the counter that asked customers not to be rude, and give the employees a bad time. The pharmacy needs to look in the mirror if they want to see the core of their poor performance scores, and see who it is that is at fault for their poor scores. Oh well, I guess CVS pharmacy on Bradshaw could get luck, if Whitney Lorigan's boyfriend, husband, or girlfriend, buy her a Personality for Christmas so she can enjoy the Holidays, like everyone else.
