This location had plenty of stations available to vacuum. Just afternoon it started to get quite busy. But if you get here before 12 PM, and maybe after the lunch rush, there's lots of spots open. Quick Quack is definitely built for speed and convenience. I went pretty early in the morning and there were no lines at all, which made the whole process super quick. The place was very clean and well organized, and I also noticed they had lots of vacuum stations available afterward. One thing I appreciated was that they even had rags available if you wanted to do a quick spot dry or touch up a few areas yourself after the wash. That said, it's a very different experience compared to Monty's, which is still one of my personal favorites. At Monty's they prep the car before it goes through the wash and then hand dry it afterward, which gives it more of that "hand wash meets car wash" feel. Quick Quack feels more like a fast and efficient exterior wash, while Monty's focuses more on the little details. Helpful tip: if you want a quick in-and-out wash while you're already running errands, Quick Quack is a great option. If you're looking for more hands-on attention to detail, Monty's is still hard to beat. Final verdict: both worth visiting depending on what kind of wash you're in the mood for.

The detail was a wash and carpet cleaning, light interior wipe down and no seats touched. paid $110 This was steep compared to the place I usually go and get full service for $120, which includes exterior wash, interior thorough cleaning, carpets washed and my leather seats wiped down and treated. There's a whole different crew in here than I've seen before, but I am really happy with them from start to finish. That's thanks to Rafael, who was really scheduled for his break, but decided to cut into it by helping me first, while Gabriel was attending to another customer. I didn't even mind waiting, because Gabriel was so nice, but Rafael was awesome. I almost waited til I had time to take it out to Roseville Infiniti, where I would need to go for any warranty related service, but I am so glad I came here instead. I am very pleased with this crew, and I've purchased and serviced many cars here since this placed opened. I especially can't wait to get my car washed through the free car wash. I do wish that they still offered to vacuum and wash the car for us with our service because I'm 73 this year, and have health issues that makes it very difficult for me. The waiting area is comfortable, and they have a vending machine now, with snacks and special drinks, even though the service does not require a long wait. Looks like coffee and a water dispenser is provided for customers. I was in and out in no time! Thank you Rafael and Gabriel!

Fast forward to my monthly renewal and my brother convinced me to cancel Quick Quack and join their family plan instead. No regrets at all! Higher quality, lower cost! I will say Quick Quack was convenient because they have locations everywhere, while there's only one Monty's in the area. But honestly, it's worth it. I've only been through the wash once so far, but customer service immediately stood out. They had someone at the gate helping with check in, then another employee guiding drivers onto the track. I especially appreciated the mirror hanging above the tracks to help self guide. Quick Quack definitely did NOT have that, and sometimes the employees there weren't the best at guiding which caused scuffs on my wheels before. The employee guiding cars in also did a pre-spray with two different sprays and actually took his time walking all the way around the vehicle instead of only spraying the side he was standing on like Quick Quack usually did. It definitely helped get all the bug guts off. Then when exiting, they had two employees towel drying the car, one on each side. Loved that! Quick Quack definitely didn't offer that level of attention to detail, and my wheels have never looked shinier. So glad I made the switch! I'll try the self vacuuming next time and see how it fairs.
