8pm at 7-Eleven on 07/11. Same thing last year.
    Melissa T.

Today, on 07/11, we came in for their highly advertised "Slurpee Day," where each customer gets a free small slurpee. Arriving at 8pm, we were not greeted, and the store was uncomfortably warm. Despite the influx of customers coming in for slurpees, both machines displayed "Sorry, slurpee machine is out of order". A total of six dispensers. What are the odds? When I asked an employee if the machines were genuinely down or just turned off to avoid giving out more free slurpees, he barely made eye contact and continued cleaning, confirming they were out of order without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I had four disappointed children who had eagerly anticipated this special all day. Even if we wanted to buy a slurpee, we couldn't. The same thing happened last 07/11 when we came in at 7pm, with the same excuse. Frankly, I believe the owner is just being cheap, turning off the machines to avoid distributing free slurpees. This experience completely disregards customer loyalty, and we won't be returning to this 7-Eleven.

Having children has many benefits, one being that they keep you up to speed about trending events (events that most adults do not have the bandwidth to follow). On July 11 (which happened to be a toasty 110 degrees), I was elated when my son asked me if we could visit the local 7-Eleven to obtain a free Slurpee (the date 7/11 is National 7-Eleven Day). It has been decades since I last "celebrated" 7-Eleven day; therefore, I was curious about the kind of crowd that we would encounter. As we approached the parking area of this 7-Eleven we could see a line protruding from the entrance. My initial thought was that we find a less busy location; however, we observed that the line was quickly dissipating. Three minutes later, we were being greeted by a friendly employee who poured small-sized Slurpee's of the respective flavors of our desire. Sadly the employee was thrown off-guard by my son and I not only greeting her, but thanking her for the service provided. I say this not to boast, but to gently remind folks that we are never too cool or busy to acknowledge & thank someone who is providing customer service. Thank you 7-Eleven Elk Grove Boulevard!

You don't find too many 7-11s these days but I love running into them. Nothing like a 7-11 slurpee. This place was easily accessible off the freeway. Clean and friendly staff

I went to 7-Eleven for Free Slurpee Day, excited for a cold treat, but both machines were down with "OUT OF ORDER" signs. This isn't the first time--last year was the same story. It's so frustrating when they can't get their act together for one of their biggest promotions. The workers need to stop lying. They are just being lazy. This may raise concerns about the company. Bad service like this makes it hard to trust they'll actually deliver on their promises.

HORRIBLE. I was coming from a road trip yesterday wanted some taquitos and a Slurpee, come to find out THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER ARE NOT WEARING A MASK TO SERVE THE FOOD. They obviously think that with a plexi screen it's all safe, but me being a germophobe and havent gotten the vaccine just yet, I refused to get food from here because of this reason. But regardless, if you're working with food considering our world's circumstance wear a damn mask. I would've asked them to put on a mask before handling my food, but it was already in the rotisserie top to cook. This really isn't okay with me especially me knowing that I work in a restaurant or with food in general I'd want to make sure my customers feel like they are being fed HEALTHY and not contaminated food. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED

Service is good. Ocasionally, the cigarette price is not updated. But I believe it is a honest mistake, typical small business error.

Don't go here!! They sell your credit card info. I used atm here then had 4 unauthorized charges. I passed info to fraud unit.

The site is a little clunky to navigate (it keeps opening a new window when I want to select more items to add to my cart) but nothing I cant figure out. Yelp doesn't show it, but the hours are a little off- friday is pick up only. (And when I finish my box, Friday can't come soon enough!)

What…read moremakes it even more unique is that it's a sourdough base...it's buttery with a little more interesting flavor than ordinary croissants. Of all the croissants in the Sacramento area, this one from Mellobun is one of my top contenders for best in the city (favorite is Julian's in Folsom). The salt bread is a new discovery for me and the sourdough base also makes it stand out from traditional Asian salt breads. It has a nice crust and delicate interior that is fluffy and just the right saltiness. The Korean cream cheese was too sweet for my palate but it's always fun to try flavored versions of classic Viennoiserie. I was expecting a more savory cheese bread but this is definitely a sweet + onion flavor. Customer service is very responsive. The baked goods were a little late from scheduled pick-up and the bakery texted me to confirm new time; was missing a croissant in my box and the team quickly refunded for the correct amount of goods.

They are owned and run by Journey Church, which is why they are in a Church building and it gives lowkey church lobby vibes. The Coffee here is excellent, I personally love the one and one, which is an espresso shot and a cortado for around $4. Service is kind, informative, and helpful. Parking was confusing, didn't realize it was in a church and there wasn't really obvious signage from the parking lot that you're in the right spot. I had to look at the other review pictures to be like okay, I am here. Interior is cute and modern, but lacking that lived in feel I prefer for coffee shops. Service was quick. The coffee itself seems to lean towards biblical (lol?) food items. Think olive oil, dates, tahini, honey. I got the Tahini Einspanner because how fun, I can get some tastes of tahini and date but the whip and syrup didn't mix well into the drink despite me aggressively trying so it just lasted like a $7 plain latte. I almost had to bite the whip because it was so thick. Seems like they're using quality ingredients so the intention is there, the executions needs some refinement.

My favorites things about this place is they serve tasty drinks, has a lovely relaxing ambience & is group & date friendly. Kids love their popcorn chicken and fries 4.5/5 stars (I like to wish I can eat their Viet taro rice cake, hash brown nuggies & beef balls. ). A few things I've love about T% on Big Horn.. The ambience is so comfortable & relaxing. The lights are soft & pacifying, the acoustics are not super loud for my aging ears, even when it's packed with people. I love how conducive it is to conversation when im on dates or when I'm on 1-1 meetings or even with a group of 6 people. The chairs are padded, comfortable for my aging bones. Seating is from 2-6 seats. In the colder months there's heaters & chairs outside which is nice aesthetically, ambiencey & for that patio like feel. I love that they open relatively later than usual and most boba spots (10am-10pm, Mon-Sun). I can usually modify my drinks to low or no sugar, light ice, and modify my milks because I'm a modifying my drink type of gal. One super cute thing I love about T% is that will decorate for most holidays. I love the decor for Christmas which includes a huge tree, for Valentines a giant bear & heart & an interesting looking telephone, for Chinese New Year some dragon decor. The service is awesome. They answer all my questions, and even help me when I can't find stuff on their self order kiosk, which is also convenient to get my order in. The manager lady is sweet, has adorable style & she works alot, maybe that's why the spot is running so efficiently & smooth. I haven't had a go-to boba place in the past ever, but since the beginning of the year I have one now. Love me some T%! I'd like to try the other location on EG Florin sometime too. Highly suggest!
