This gas station has more product and amenities than most places. It's newer and clean-looking. There's an abundance of fresh fruit for a snack if you want to avoid the usual junk snacks. Also, it's the only gas station I know of that has wine tasting. I get the impression that they want to be the one-stop shop for the neighborhood. Yes, they are located just off a busy off-ramp for Hwy 99. (Yes, you can often see a lot of interesting clientele in the weird, late hours.) . Staff is extremely friendly! The place is pretty clean, the surrounding neighborhood is nice, and the store itself seems a little larger than other places I've visited. The bathrooms are clean from what I have seen as well. ****The only reason I gave this place a 4 stars is because of the gas pump itself. The gas pump kept stopping every $.50 and I had paid in cash for $20! So you can imagine how tedious it was to keep starting the gas pump. This is the newer gas stations in town. I have driven by it many times but never needed gas until now! So with newer comes with gadgets! The gas pumps has live tv streaming so you can pump gas and watch the news!! This particular station has the normal hot foodies for sale as well as the little "fruit market", chips, candy, coffee, fountain drinks, bottled drinks, and so on. They also have a McDonald's, Subway, Wine & Spirits, and a Big Kahuna Yogurt in the same parking lot. Overall...great place with options. Super nice employees. Super clean. For a large company and still charging a DEBIT FEE of .35 for using a debit card and NOT ACCEPTING credit cards merits losing one star!! read more

As a healthcare worker sometimes I get my coffee free or a large water for .50.. this place gets no better. This one star is just cause I had to. 10/3/2022 pumped gas here early this morning at 7:29 am. According to my receipt, but i was here at 7:20am. getting some gas. The worker here short black guy knock on my window and asked me to pay for their other customer's pumped gas. He made it seemed like I stole the gas from one of their customer who's not even on the number station where I was pumping gas and I even inserted my credit card. I was confused about what he's asking me. He should have just approached me and say that he is so STUPID or DUMB that he made a mistake by charging my bill to their other customer, because he is so fucking lazy to look over if his customer's car is parked at the right pump number! ,because of his idiotic ways and laziness my day was ruined and I was late to where I'm going. That is unacceptable!! I will be checking my bank and if I was double charged, I will go back to this ampm location. DO NOT GET YOUR GAS HERE IN THIS LOCATION. If you happened to forget . Seriously, this was the best life experience I've ever had in my entire life. Originally I left my credit card my iPad and some important information and documents out of business office. On my way back to work and I noticed I didn't have any of that with me except for myself own and my purse which should contain my credit card but didn't because I put in my iPad case. I rushed into the gas station with a handful of of change that I found in my car so I can pay for as much as I possibly could only to find that beautiful Apple Pay logo on their sliding door! I asked the staff member if they accepted Apple Pay for gas and they were friendly and told me yes. Seriously I'm like a kid at Christmas. The reason for saying that today I could not imagine being stuck in this 108° temperature without any gas in my car only have to walk to a gas station pay for a guest tub and then walk all the way back to my dad overheated non-gasfield car. Visited this place today and very disappointed because the employees are not enforcing the mandatory mask law to stop the spread of Covid 19. They have a sign on their door to wear a mask yet several customers were going in and out of the stores without wearing a mask and employees didn't seem to care. In fact some of the employees are not wearing mask or have their mask just hanging around their ears. read more

The African American male that worked on 6/7/22 at 1:50am was very rude. I just turned 21 not too long ago so I decided to make my first purchase as an adult. I picked out my items and I give the guy my ID. He started questioning me about where I was from because I had an out of state license. I explained that I wasn't from there and that I had lived there for 2 years with family, he then says "nah this is too close" then gives me my ID back. Most disgusting bathrooms I've seen in a very long time. Grimy, smelly, filthy. Every corner and stall wall needs to be pressure cleaned.

Here we are still trying to beat covid, so many small business are closing and employees laid off right before the holidays BUT Arco doesn't require masks inside and employees have an option to wear them. Although there's a pretty sign at the door enforcing them. There were 3 customers and 2 employees not wearing them. One employee actually hugged one of the customers that wasn't wearing a mask. When I asked, the answer was only required within 6 feet. This disabled vet can't risk it so will be getting gas and shopping elsewhere. So many community people shop there, you'd think they would care. They're definitely not in the fight with us. They should act as a company regardless of the owners opinion on masks. This is a review for the car wash. One of the better car washes in the area. I go for the $8 lower end wash which still includes an initial pressure wash and a soap scrub, including the wheels, by the car wash attendants. The air dryer is also one of the better ones in the area. Not a touchless wash. Highly recommended. read more

Their selection is good, but they do not accept credit, and there is a debit fee if you're paying with card. Very lame. The pumps are also nice and new, but it seems like they pump really slowly, which is annoying. My biggest gripe about this place is the fact that they only accept cash, or you will incur debit fees. read more

This gas station is big and always clean. The staff is always friendly. There is a mini produce section. They have a McDonalds, Subway, Wine Shop, & Yogurt shop within the gas station. My kids love stopping to get an Icee. My husband and I enjoy stopping and getting a coffee. read more

Normally I would rate this location 5 stars! In my neighborhood, clean store and friendly employees! Just now, my husband swipes his debit card and it automatically says declined! I immediately receive a text from our credit union for any transaction over $100! Arco not only declined my card but charged us $100 plus a $1 fee....and we received NO gas!!! WTF! I immediately went inside to talk to the manager. Basically, he could do nothing and said it will automatically correct itself! I know the business and how it works. My credit union will take care of me. I want to warn you to use caution with your ATM at this location on Sheldon Road. Can you imagine that this happens to anyone and that's all that was in their account? And they needed diapers or something? I also failed to mention that this is the second time this has happened to me? That transaction never corrected itself but I went back two days later for my $25! Outside speakers don't work so when you need to talk to someone you have to go in...pumps down for 2 days just last month now several more pumps out....and the station isn't even a year old yet.
