I went to the gas station to get lottery tickets. Unfortunately, we didn't win the lottery. It's a bummer. Overall, they provided great customer service. Nice to have so many gas station options within our neighborhood. Welcome to Elk Grove.

Clean , nice , big but bathroom was tiny and they only had one for such a large station. No urinal so the men are peeing all over the seat. I also wasn't treated very nice / friendly by the staff but whatever. Make sure you know what way you are heading out as you pull out of the station because you have some oneways

The worker on the left is the one always there being extremely rude, racist, and honestly makes you feel very uncomfortable when I go

Honestly I'm shocked how this gas stations has a 3.5 star review, you might see this review and think I'm just tryna get a snack i don't really care, but when you go there it just makes you mad how you standing in the aisle and trying to get your snack and are automatically accused of stealing they watch the cameras like hawks acting as if your gonna steal, me and and cousins have been there multiple times being eyed down and it's every time the same 2 workers we always end up having to defend ourselves I'm telling y'all don't go there if your tryna protect your peace.

I honestly don't know why people give this particular ARCO & AM/PM bad reviews.... The ones near my area aren't the best. THIS spot is wayyyyy better in all aspects compared to the ones near me! Everything here is so damn clean and organized. Their cashier was really nice while letting me know where the restroom is. I'm not a big fan of Arco's gas, BUT like I said.... 5 stars goes towards this place's cleanliness, organization, customer service and also... great selection of random snacks. Even their fast food seemed NOT old/stale....but hella fresh. What more can you ask for in a regular ARCO with an AM/PM? Just get your damn gas, get your food, Lotto, etc. and GTFO. Done! read more

So this particular ARCO is right up the street. So close. You know I normally go elsewhere when I need gasoline, but when I am rushing, I will go here. It's very easy to go to. The people here dont mind i walk in and pay at the register. They let me be and give me my receipt. Its a clean place. The workers are nice and you can buy whatever you need here for convenience. Its a cool place. read more

A very nice neighborhood gas station! If you plan right, you can be be in and out quickly at the gas pump and miss the busy crowd. Inside their convenience store, they provide ample selections of things. You can find large selections of drinks. Soda, energy drinks, milk, coffees, water and more! Hungry??? They have sandwiches, chips, donuts, candy and more!! They've got lottery tickets, oil, windshield washer fluid and such as well. Clean bathrooms is a bonus! Overall, a nice addition to the neighborhood!!! read more

SCAM ALERT be careful when using their pumps it gets glichy they will scam you on charges saying you used the pump when it is not working i was charged twice! I have all the receipts proving it and the manager lied said he had servallence haha! Tej will not credit it and said i used both gas transaction how could I when i filled up. BEWARE check your transaction with this station. Freaken cheat I will never go there again. read more

Honestly, idk what the fudge the dude on duty at 12am was on but I've waited 21 years to finally be able to buy my own items such as blunt wraps and alcohol. At 12:06am my friends and I walked in and picked up some items, one of which was a can of Jack Daniels cocktail drink thing. I picked up a few food items and then went to check out. Todays my birthday, again I've been excited and totally was prepared to show my ID, I just keep it in my keys lil wallet holder thing. So immediately the dude was telling me kinda aggressively "show your ID" and when I was looking for it in my keychain everytime I even remotely spoke, he'd just keep repeating "show me ID" So I show my ID. Again I just turned 21 today; immediately he says "underage, can't make the sale." I looked at him like what tf you talkin about and told him "I'm literally 21 as of 10 minutes ago what you mean I'm NOT 21??" He just refused the sale altogether and was overall rude. Went down the street to another gas station like 20 minutes later and got blunt wraps and the wonderful woman who was on duty at the other gas station informed me that my ID worked just fine and I'm definitely in the clear and don't have to wait till tomorrow morning like the dude at Arco rudely told me while 2 other customers went "damn" So overall, Fuck you Arco dude, I still got my blunt wraps either way. read more

This place continue to have their pump not able to use atm card or credit card . I hate using my atm because I had a history of theft in a gas station using my atm in the past . They won't even let my Cc to work which I like to track my expense . Also - the pump won't let you pay outside these issues will make you go inside with a bunch of people and touch all kind of bottoms and exposed yourself to covid . And when running late for work you will definitely be more late I sure hope these issue will be fix soon read more

To you people complaining about not being able to use your credit card, ARCO stopped accepting credit cards in the early 80's and became the lowest priced gas station on the west coast. When BP purchased ARCO the federal trade commission required them to continue the low price no credit card system so that gas customers can continue getting discounted gas. When BP was forced to sell off its ARCO stations apparently the trade commission forgot to include the low price guarantee so now ARCO now accepts credit cards (because of crybabies like you) and now the low price guarantee is out the window! My local ARCO is now more expensive than the Chevron a few blocks away! A Chevron!! Thanks for ruining the low price guarantee you crybabies!! read more

Worst gas station experience ever! This gas station DO NO TAKE CREDIT CARD. And there's no sign about that on pumps. This wasted me a lot of time trying different cards. When I asked for help at cashier, the attendant had zero patience and won't help anything to figure out the problem. read more

Prices are at least 10-20c less per gallon than other gas stations and sometimes as much as 50c less, which is a huge difference. The station has many pumps on both sides and the pump hoses stretch a lot so even if you end up coming up to a pump on the opposite side from your gas valve, you can still fill up no problem, just don't park too far out and you'll be fine. It's also great that Costco stations are generally well lit and clean, but this one especially is in good shape since it's only several years old vs older stations in other parts of Sacramento. All in all, it's good that there's another Costco in Elk Grove now and especially that there's a gas station that's saving all of us $ and consistently delivering a good product.

The prices on the products inside are about 25% more than all the other gas stations. For example, I just bought a soda and it was almost 4 dollars when I buy it down the street at the other gas station it's $2.29. There's no cars getting gas at this gas station, one of the pump, Scott of the hose ripped off of it, and it's not even repaired, and it's dirty. When you go inside, you can see that this place is barely holding on. They don't have a whole selection of products like the other stores still in the candy section even has a camera mirror built into it but the candy is all haphazardly put up on the shelf with cheap hooks, I went inside to buy a simple lottery ticket and none of the machines were working. Everything inside looks dirty. This gas station is totally run by somebody who is very cheap person that is not willing to put money into the gas station to get it going correctly.

I brought my car there and they looked over my car and ordered the parts. They would be there in 15 minutes. These guys seemed really knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave me $25 bucks off for paying in cash. Anything off is good. Just a note if you use a credit card the company charges 3% more so cash is much better. Their waiting room has lots of different seats to sit in and there were two really padded chairs so I was really comfortable sitting while they worked on my car. The really nice thing about them is the speed. my car was done in under one hour . that was amazing. They guarantee their work for one year. I love it. I will be coming back for my other cars if I need work done again. Top notch place SO far my brakes are smooth and quiet. I don't think they tested the brakes when they were do because later after driving a while there was smoke coming from the brakes. It happens if the film on the pads are still on there or you leave some grease from you hands heheh. Still working great and I could see that they turned the rotors by looking at them .
