Of course, the increase is the result of factors outside of Costco, but it hurts regardless. I filled up today, even with half a tank left. If I waited til it was close to empty, it will probably be higher. So far this is the best price I've seen, so I thought I'd let you know the current price.

Prices are at least 10-20c less per gallon than other gas stations and sometimes as much as 50c less, which is a huge difference. The station has many pumps on both sides and the pump hoses stretch a lot so even if you end up coming up to a pump on the opposite side from your gas valve, you can still fill up no problem, just don't park too far out and you'll be fine. It's also great that Costco stations are generally well lit and clean, but this one especially is in good shape since it's only several years old vs older stations in other parts of Sacramento. All in all, it's good that there's another Costco in Elk Grove now and especially that there's a gas station that's saving all of us $ and consistently delivering a good product.
