AAA needs to stop dealing with these reply to every tow but won't get to you in any decent amount of time. As a matter of fact, I got a call from the dude who was supposed to pick up my car...that they are busy with tows and he's had a car on his truck since noon. REALLY!?...then that means someone's car has not been taken to where it should have gone for over 8 hours. Don't use these folks, AND neither should AAA give them any business. ZERO stars if I could give that.
