These guys deserve more stars. I've had several instances where I've had a scratch on my car, been in an accident, or had a car part not working as it should. They are responsive, honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and repair everything to near perfect. Hands down the best body shop in our area. They work with your insurance making the process easier. My last visit was due to my neighbor backing in to my car in the street on christmas eve a few years ago. I didn't know which neighbor it was because they didn't leave their information. The damage is shown in this picture. My hood, front quarter panel, and driver side door were damaged and pinched. I brought it to Chester collision. they gave me a reasonable quote and took my insurance information. they made the repairs and went through my insurance. They finished the work in a timely manner and within their estimate. they don't make you feel stupid or make you feel like you're getting the runaround. Their work is impeccable. My mechanic recommended this body shop after I was having problems repairing a broken windshield. I called them on the phone, and the owner, Will, was very professional and friendly. The next day I dropped my car off for the repairs/inspection (to take place across the street). I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car that I was not overcharged. Will was able to take care of my car (via a third vendor) and did not charge me for any extra labor on his part (even though he did spend time on it).
