They are the only independent company local to Berlin, MD, that I found that expertly installs (by their own installers) framed doors. Alumax framed doors are solid, sturdy, and don't rattle against each other like semi-frameless. Company is responsive and informative, from initial contact with multiple product inquiries, to the estimator to the installers. They are tucked away behind a grove of trees and you barely notice the "Charles Brown Glass Co." sign by the road. However, having prior experience getting a shower door from a glass company for another bathroom years ago, and no luck finding any "shower door company" that installs framed doors (to replace the new semi-frameless doors that I bought which I quickly found out do NOT contain water), I checked out Brown's website - SO glad that I did. I could not be happier! Excellent value and exceptional product and company performance!

The staff was friendly and suggested that we return at 1pm as they were busy and would be closing early for the holiday. We met Mary who was most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. After 90 minutes we had chosen the new flooring, shower tile, sink style, and counter tops for our 2 bathrooms. Tile Market has an an extensive inventory to choose from, and I cannot stress enough how great Mary was in guiding us with our selections. I cannot comment on price because our bathrooms need to be measured, however I have no issue paying for value. If you're remodeling in the Rehoboth Beach or Lewes environs, I highly recommend Tike Market of Delaware!

We literally walked all around the store for a half hour with sales associates walking by the entire time - all ignoring us. Not so much as a welcome - someone can help you in just a bit. With that, my husband (who was milling about in another aisle) said, "no one wants to wait on you." Kidding - not kidding me and said let's go - I'm not buying anything here. There were at least five or six sales associates waiting on one customer. We walked out. I'm returning to my fantastic store in my previous home town. It will be worth the three hour drive after experiencing this shop.
