Staff is quite friendly and greets you when you enter. They also have a lot of sugar free options which we really like. There are also a lot of toppings and fresh fruit to add to your frozen yogurt. Given its 0.69 cents per ounce if you add too many toppings your overall cost will increase. THE AUDACITY! Instead of them apologizing on my previous review, they labeled me as "the bad customer." But I am not surprised, she didnt offered a solution then, she wont do it in this platform either. To say that, she asked, "If I could get another cup so they can charge me again," not only do these people have horrible service, but they lie to cover their mistakes! I love frozen yogurt and stopped to purchase a large container. They have a variety of flavors so I asked if I could have tiny cups for tasting. The lady behind the counter asked me how many cups for tasting, I replied three and she said NO, only two! Why ask how many? I wanted to purchase a large container and she only had the smaller cups and a few size that were maybe 6 oz. I grabbed the larger one filled it and walked over to the counter placed it on the scale and said I was ready, she walked past me from behind and started wiping the counter that had the different fillings, moving the spoons as I stood there waiting. I would think she could have taken care of me and then go back to what she was doing but she ignored me so I left the yogurt on the scale and walked out. I felt horrible for doing that but I felt like she was going to make me wait until she finished going around the island that had two sides to it.
