This yard seems to be ok & a safe place to keep our 5th wheel. However, when we inquired about this yard they offered us a $10 gift card to a restaurant of our choosing. It's no big deal, right? But they offered it to us. I have inquired about it at least 5 times. We have 2 trailers there to the tune of $400+ per month. AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR STINKING LITTLE $10 GIFT CARD. If you are not going to honor your gift then don't offer it!!!!!!!! read more

I am changing my review on cherry rv parking I have never been treated with worse customer service than this place. My payments are on automatic pay I am never late ever and have been a customer for about a year and a half. You would think payment would be their priority concern ....wrong! I never visit the facility rare we take the rv out. I am the caretaker of my retired parents property in the rv park and I am listed as so on the office paperwork I make the payments. The one time we actually take the rv out for the weekend and its the end of the world for this one particular employee there on Saturday 10/14/2019. That afternoon i get a call from my folks that the rv storage is threatening to tow my vehicles for parking in our spot. I told my folks not to worry its the first time shouldnt be an issue. Shortly after I received a call from the rv parking office myself the guy prentends to make a first time convo and asks for my folks I say sure whats the issue he then starts in on me saying he gonna tow the cars if he dosent get the insurance and registration info....I kindly said I understand why and we will settle this tomorrow ill cut this trip short. This guy was so pissed he just wanted to argue. I said hey we just will never park our personal vehicles there again ever we did not know the policy we are sorry. Talk about ruining a trip I was now worried about being towed I couldnt enjoy myself. When I returned sunday I decided to leave knowing I would never park my car there again. I then got a call from the same ass hat and he still had a chip on his shoulder accusing me of hiding and not following through with the paperwork.. I reminded him Im never parking there save the paperwork headache he said ok and hung up. Tell me why he calls my parents relaying the situation in full detail making it seem like I had the problem?!?!? My parents are old they dont need to be threatened and harrased over rv parking!! And btw Im 40 years old I pay this bill and on time monthly. The amount of energy put into this one time parking situation was totally uncalled for. I emailed stating I was unhappy and looking for a rv parking soon. He replies "We have set a scheduled move out for you, please be sure to stop by the office to sign the rental termination form." I said im looking!! Jesus no effort in customer service whatsoever! Mind blowing!! Please stay away from this place its not worth your time and money. read more

I have been storing my belonging at Cherry, Carson RV Storage for a few years. There is an employee named Danny who is very nice and helpful. With any question you have. The storage spaces are large and reasonably priced. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking! If you are looking for a safe place to storage you RV or need a storage Cherry, Carson RV Storage is the place. Most of the staff has changed and I know Danny who is very nice. They keep this place clean and freshly painted. They have a dumping station, hose to wash your car off and air to fill your tires. This place has great hours 7AM to 7PM. read more

As the holidays approach, I was in need of storage for a vehicle, so the outlaws can park for the holidays. After exhausting Craig's list, Cube space, Offer Up etc. I found options at non optional prices. I found this places web on a google search. I drove down was greeted by Sam at the office and referenced the web site. Sam was personal , professional and informative. He showed me what I was looking for via golf cart. Upon returning to the office we made arrangements to take the spot, Sam went over the various discount available to me, which was great as they we're already the lowest I had seen. He then went through all the payment options and the rules. They leave no ambiguity of what's expected from tenants and what services they provide. The facility is clean and well kept and no shortage of security both electronic and human.
