Let's start by saying.i liked feduke/Williams ford until recently...I bought my last 3 vehicles…read morefrom them..as recently as 4 months ago....I went to trade in the second car I bought at Volkswagen dealer right next door and that's where I became furious...when they were figuring out trade In value for my 2017 vw jetta with less than 89000 miles and with another year of warranty left on it..the salesman said carfax said it had 2 owners ago minor structural damage so they weren't gonna give me more than 2500 dollars..I specifically asked about car fax to fedukes salesman and if it was in any accidents.i was told NO..of course I ran next door to williams pissed off..all the same managers that were there when it was feduke...well manager said we will make things right.just have to find you a car on price range because of negative equity..well a few weeks later I saw a car and went there because noone contacted me..started application process and even these people tried giving me 2500 for trade in even after knowing they screwed me..had him double that and lower price of car to make it work...he comes back saying he couldn't get it approved...I find out it's because these jokers only put my app through to visions and one other bank they partner with who are very hard to get approved through..I go back and ask for purchase order so I can take it to a bank.and what they gave me was the original offer and price...so the weekend comes and I call salesman back on Monday to see if he can make that purchase order again ...he tells me they throw away paperwork after a day..this is even knowing I'm trying to get my own financing.... so I have been to 3 other dealerships since and same thing,noone wants to take my car.....because of fedukes/williams sales tactics....they straight lied to me and screwed me....even though I bought 3 cars from them,I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. I had my car towed here because my car would not start. After it was diagnosed, was told it was…read moreprobably the starter. It took about 1+ weeks to get the parts. I was told that the reason for this is they never skimp on the quality of their parts and only get the best. Then the wait for the starter to be put in after parts arrived, around 2 weeks. After starter was installed was told, oops it was not the starter at all but in actuality it is a sensor. Go 5 months on their expertise. Car does not start again. Same symptoms that brought me to them originally. Call them to discuss it they say well it could be the fuel pump. Who would want to allow their car to be used as an experimental science project? Either they use used junk parts, they know nothing about diagnosing a car and play the roulette hit or miss or this is how they survive by charging you for multiple bandaides and never getting to the actual problem. Who needs to waste your investment of time and money with zero guarantees. I'm open minded but on this one DON'T STOP just keep going to another establishment

I just left this shop like 10 minutes ago... I'm typing on the road .... This guy really saved my…read morebutt!!! I had a flat on the highway and had to slowly drive on the shoulder for half an hour with a deflated donut!!! I got out at exit 80, and luckily saw this repair shop! The nicest guy on the planet helped us changed our flat, and luckily he had the tire size we needed. At the waiting area, the sweetest doggie, Ginger, kept me company the entire time. After he changed the tire, he even tested it on the road! I was shocked bc it's the first time this has ever happened for me. I usually get my tires done in queens, and no one cares about what happens after they switch out the tires. He even helped me pump up my donut! Turns out I was lucky bc he was actually about to close shop. This place is wonderful, and I am truly grateful. There are great people on this planet, and this guy is one of them! Make sure to stop by!!! They both have beautiful blue eyes! THANKS A MILLION !!

I dropped off my vehicle one morning, and 24 hours later it was still not fixed. Discovery then told me that they needed 1 week to fix the issues. Luckily, I was going out of town, so I agreed to leave it with them. 2 weeks later, the car was still not fixed. I came to get my car and had to jump-start it to drive off with the issues unfixed. Discovery wanted to schedule me for another time to drop off my car for another one-week period, which I declined to do. I can't believe this happened at a professional facility.

They started to purchase other parts for the vehicle which i approved based on their suggestions and recommendations. Bottom line, i drove away with engine light still on and over $4K out of my pocket. A honest business person with Integrity would of said "listen we were not able to locate the problem on your vehicle or we don't have a skilled mechanics onsite to service your vehicle" and allowed me to drive away with paying only the diagnostic fee. Instead they recommended all other fixes to get money from me or simply rip me off knowingly they couldn't fix my vehicle. And the funny thing, they came recommended - go figure. I tried to stay local in support of my community but i guess that was another big mistake.
