I am leaving a review however because at about 10:00 on a Thursday morning, I called these guys because my wife is sitting on the side of an exit ramp off the highway with a flat tire and I needed someone to either tow it, or change it for her, and I figured a nice 24-hour towing place would be able to get it done... Only instead of answering the phone it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I thought that was kind of odd. I've used 24-hour towing places before and typically there is at least an operator or someone that answers the phone, or one time I remember a voicemail box that said if nobody calls you back in 5 minutes here's another number. But anyway yeah, yelp is where I typically go to share my experiences, and luckily we found someone else that I basically threw a stack of cash at to go change her tire for her.

I had my car towed here because my car would not start. After it was diagnosed, was told it was…read moreprobably the starter. It took about 1+ weeks to get the parts. I was told that the reason for this is they never skimp on the quality of their parts and only get the best. Then the wait for the starter to be put in after parts arrived, around 2 weeks. After starter was installed was told, oops it was not the starter at all but in actuality it is a sensor. Go 5 months on their expertise. Car does not start again. Same symptoms that brought me to them originally. Call them to discuss it they say well it could be the fuel pump. Who would want to allow their car to be used as an experimental science project? Either they use used junk parts, they know nothing about diagnosing a car and play the roulette hit or miss or this is how they survive by charging you for multiple bandaides and never getting to the actual problem. Who needs to waste your investment of time and money with zero guarantees. I'm open minded but on this one DON'T STOP just keep going to another establishment
