Coco Bread

This place must have been calling my name because as soon as I stepped inside this establishment, I felt like I was at home. The food was incredible! The service was excellent. The ambiance was perfect. The photos don't lie. Everything was made to order, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. That Chicken Broccoli roasta pasta will drive me daily from Richmond to Baltimore. It was that good! My wife loves the veggies, and my son ate his food as if he hadn't been fed in years! I am coming back very soon!

Crab Stuffed Tilapia with shrimp

A cozy place for awesome comfort food. Both the oxtails and the crab stuffed tilapia were delicious. The shrimps were very large lol. Service was also great. Will definitely come again!

Some kind of pasta

Went for the first time months ago. I forgot what I ordered but I ordered several things and it was good!!

Cajun Shrimp Pasta - The image shows a serving of Cajun shrimp pasta with large, seasoned shrimp on top of pasta coated in a creamy sauce. The shrimp are spiced and garnished with herbs, and the pasta appears to be penne or similar. The dish includes green peppers and is likely served hot, with a rich, flavorful appearance.

Visited this location 3x , each time food was amazing ... So far we've tried shrimp Rasta pasta , Cajun shrimp pasta , Jerk shrimp pasta and salmon Rasta Pasta, never disappoint, service always on point , establish always clean when I pick up my order which is a +

Ribs, Mac & Cheese and vegetables
Kellz W.

The food was so delicious!!! The ribs do actually "fall off the bone" and are juicy. The Mac & cheese was goodness and veggies were seasoned very well. I would say give the customer a little more veggies to match the cost. I will definitely be back! Very nice establishment

the Fried Plantains were so good and cooked and seasoned perfectly!

everything's amazing here, from the customer service to the food it's amazing! i've been here multiples times and never disappointed, the people who work there are the most kindest and friendliest people and will do so much to make you happy! i had even called about 15 minutes before close cause that's when i got off work and she still was able to get me some of that amazing pasta!! and not even to mention the beautiful outdoor seating it's so nice and is perfect for taking pictures! i can't recommend this place enough to and try everything it's so good!

ST LOUIS BBQ RIBS, Garlic Mashed Potato, Cajun Corn
Kymbaly W.

I told myself the next I order from here I am going to get a whole slab of ribs. And I did!! I was not disappointed! It tasted just like the first time I ordered a smaller portion or ribs. Delicious! The meat is just so tender and then the smokiness from the grill comes out as well through the bbq sauce that is smothered on top. The ribs are just so good!! Not too much fat and a good amount of meat on the bones!! Highly recommend! The mash potatoes were just okay. Not anything to brag about. They could have been seasoned a little more especially for them to be garlic mashed potatoes. The corn, I won't be ordering that again. It was just way too much "Cajun" seasoning on it. It made the texture a little weird for me. I think the corn is grilled, at least it tasted that way. Which I would have preferred without the clumps of "Cajun" seasoning/bits. I didn't like it nor finish it. But taste it for yourself. Everyone's tastebuds are different. I'll continue to try other things on the menu!

Coconut bread - A piece of coconut bread, with a golden-brown crust, is inside a white foam takeout container on a dark wooden table. The bread appears soft with a slightly uneven edge where it was cut. In the background, there are decorative plants and objects, indicating a casual dining or takeout setting. The image emphasizes the bread as the main focus, with a neutral and simple presentation.

The food is amazing! From jerk chicken to plantain to the Cajun shrimp pasta-all are amazing and all are like flavor bomb! There are so many things we want to try on the menu. Will definitely come back

The image shows several pieces of grilled chicken with visible char marks and seasoning, arranged in a black plastic takeout container. In the background, there is a clear plastic bag containing a salad with lettuce, broccoli, and other vegetables. The food appears to be prepared for takeout or delivery.

Got 12 wings with a side of veggies and was shorted a wing which I was sad about. I asked for them plain because I wanted some true grilled wings with a side of ranch but when I got them home (which I live 7 min away from the location) the wings weren't crispy like they been on a grill at all just smoked and had a char on them. They didn't have much flavor on them what so ever and to me where somewhat dry not as moist as I would have hoped. The veggies of the day were ok but I was told it comes wit broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and squash but honestly it's was more cabbage than anything, three pieces of broccoli, a few thin half moon slivers of carrots and I think maybe one piece of squash. My total was 26 dollars which was a lil high for the quality of what I got. The service wasn't bad but the lady who rang me up attitude could have been a little better. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and clean which I liked. Would I return honestly prob not but try for yourself and make your own opinion.

Small Shrimp basket with fries

The food was SO good. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The oxtail were nice BIG and meaty. They did not play around with the oxtail. The peas and rice had a beautiful aroma of coconut. The shrimp basket with fries was devoured by my child. The fries were perfect. The flatbread was very flavorful. And the wings were a generous size, smoked with great flavor. Mac and cheese was pretty good also. We would love to come back when there is good weather because the restaurant has a nice outdoor dining space. Inside has a few table for eating we were comfortable and the spot was clean. Service was pleasant, friendly, patient and attentive. Looks like it's get busy with takeout orders but the place is ran well.

Jerk Chicken pasta - A pasta dish with penne pasta and grilled chicken breast, topped with a dark sauce and shredded cheese, served in a white bowl on a dark table. The dish appears to be a creamy pasta with a savory sauce and cheese garnish.

My wife wanted us to come to this restaurant because it had been getting great review. Because they don't do reservations, we came another date which is today. We ordered from the menu and it was quick and easy. The lady at the registered had greeted us warmly and was knowledgeable about the menu and what was popular. We ordered Jerk chicken pasta, Curry chicken bowl, and wings. The cost was a little more expensive but after eating my meal I would say that it was well worth the extra cost. I enjoyed the pipped in Jamaican music and the place is very clean with outside sitting next door in a small courtyard. They only have one bathroom for guest that was very clean. The food arrived. My Curry Chicken was very good. Fresh and delicious. The bowl came with fresh mixed vegetables of broccoli, carrots, and squash. Usually I would get Calaloo but they don't carry this item yet. When we ordered the cashier said the menu was limited in some traditional items. The steamed vegetables were delicious and taste. The peas and rice were very good. Instead of using long grain rice the chef used Jasmine rice. A change that surprised me but I liked this change. I think the change added to the appeal of the meal and gave it a new spin on the Curry Chicken. All in all the Curry chicken is a win and I would by it again. Very nice. My wife had the Jerk Chicken Pasta she said her meal was also good and taste. We had ordered another plate for my son who was not with us but later he found it and said it was very good as well. We also had Jerk wings as an appetizer. They were cooked on a grill and smoked well and very taste. The sauce was good as well. My wife and I were both delighted and enjoyed the our meals. We will be back soon. Thank You, Cheers!

Curry chicken - A takeout container contains a serving of white rice, fried chicken pieces with a golden-brown coating, and a variety of steamed vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, and potatoes. The container is open, showing the food inside, with a plain background and natural lighting.

Have been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally got a chance. It turned out to be worth the anticipation. Food was great! Got addicted to their coconut rice instantly. It was perfectly made with well cooked rice and just the right amount of sweet and salty coconut milk. Chicken curry was a delight! Also tried their ribs and wings combo. They were some of the best ribs I have tried. Cannot wait to try the other items on their menu.

The food was delicious and very well made. It did not take long for it to be made either. This restaurant has fast service and a very lovely aesthetic inside of the building. The interior is visually stimulating and comfortable! The perfect place to go out to lunch or dinner with friends.

The food was so bad...mushy rice and peas, the callaloo was baby food, and the baked chicken was well coated in the store bought sauce. I also sat and waited an extra 30 minutes for beef patties which never came. Adding insult to flavor injury, this place is a hip hop nightclub! Sat there for over an hour and nothing came on but old school hip hop. I asked for my money back and the lady said "I don't know about island food but that's what trini greens look like." I hate bashing minority businesses but this place is disrespectful. Hopefully they improve drastically in order to survive but, for right now, never come here for food. Sorry...and not sorry.

Caribbean Dynasty Restaurant & Lounge - Baltimore…read more I stopped by Caribbean Dynasty for a lunchtime bite, and the owner was pleasant. The restaurant is easy to find, with close-by paid parking. I tried the sample plate with curry chicken, white rice, and cabbage. The curry chicken was flavorful and tender -- truly delicious! The cabbage was seasoned just right, adding that authentic Caribbean touch. I was a little surprised to receive white rice instead of rice & peas (which I usually expect with Caribbean dishes), so that was a little disappointing. I was expecting $18 value platter but received a ($15) value platter. It appears it may come alive at night -- with a DJ, happy hour specials, and a lounge vibe. Overall, Caribbean Dynasty offers great flavors, friendly service for a grab a go lunch order .

I also tried a beef patty, which was really good and a nice addition to the meal. Everything was so good that I'm already planning my next visit. I've got my eye on the Rasta pasta next time!

We started with the beef patty which was amazing! I love a good beef patty. It was nice and soft with ample filling and flavor! Super fresh. I got the jerk chicken plate with rice & peas, cabbage and plantain. Idk but the jerk taste more like barbecue sauce then jerk sauce to me and the chicken wasn't falling off the bone like it should have been. Almost like it wasn't cooked long enough. Everything else was delicious. The cabbage was cooked to perfection. My husband got the Rasta pasta and he wasn't impressed. Instead of the meat being mixed into the pasta, it was placed on top and also tasted like barbecue sauce. He also complained that there weren't enough noodles in his dish but that they were very flavorful. Lastly, the waitress we had wasn't the greatest. Seemed like she had an attitude. Perhaps because it was a little late, or maybe it's because my husband wasn't pleased with his food. I've had a lot of jerk chicken in my life and this was my least favorite. Wasn't horrible just not what I'm used to.

The line was out the door--even with a reservation, we had to stand outside in the cold. And I'm anemic, so standing out there shivering felt like punishment (at this point, I'm basically an ice sculpture by the door). When we finally got seated, they put us at the table right by the entrance--every time that door opened, a breeze hit me like a slap from Elsa herself . The bar was packed too, which sucked because I would've loved to sit there with my partner and vibe. It was clear they were super short-staffed. No waitress ever came to our table--we had to scan a QR code, order through our phones, and even pay before the food came. Felt more like a fast-casual spot than a nice dinner date. Our drinks took forever and when they finally arrived, they were watered down and weak. By that point we were ready to go, but since we already paid through the mobile menu, we were stuck. It took about 45 more minutes to get our food. By now I couldn't even feel my fingers or toes. But when that food hit the table? Whewww... it slapped ‍ Everything we ordered was chef's kiss. My partner and I both agreed the food was the one saving grace of the entire experience. It was flavorful, fresh, and worth the hype. Just wish we could've actually enjoyed it. We spent a good amount of money and left feeling like we would've been better off just DoorDashing it and eating at home with some Netflix. My partner, who never complains, was genuinely upset about the lack of a server. And I get it--dining out is supposed to be an experience, not just a transaction. So overall... this is a mixed review. Food? 5 stars, no doubt. Experience? 1 star, and I'm being generous. I'll probably try them again on a super slow day (whenever that is), but as far as this visit goes, I'm leaving a 3-star rating--and that's only because the food was so good.
