When we arrived we were greeted by Marcus, one of the owners. He told us about the place and the menu. We got 2 cheeseburgers and added onions, my daughter got the JBC burger and we got fries and onion rings. Everything was fabulous! I could not finish the burger it was so big! We also met Alex who told us about plans for some new additions. It is all open with a covered area near the bar and picnic table seating on the opposite side of the building. It's like sitting in your best friend's yard. We loved it and will be back the next time we are in town. read more

We were greeted before we even walked in -- talk about great customer service! We showed up last minute, just half an hour before closing, and they still made us feel welcome. The PBC hamburger was fire -- perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. Even the ranch was on point! The owner was super hands-on and genuinely engaged with customers. We stopped in on the first night of our trip from Ohio. I found Randy's on Facebook while researching places to eat. Being a chef I usually base my vacations on location first and food second. Wow! I can confidently say these are the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. They are smash patty's cooked to perfection. Thin and crispy. I ordered the Randy with Conecuh sausage on it as well. Topped with grilled onions, shredded lettuce,thin ass pickles (their name not mine), and their house sauce. From the first bite you know you're in for a great meal. The fries and onion rings were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The staff were so friendly. The ambiance too was like you were at a friend's patio for dinner. Such a great place. After a lot of word of mouth and YouTube videos about Cheeseburger Randy's, I tried it last week and all of the rave reviews were justified! I had the Randy Burger and the loaded fries with Conecuh sausage! The Randy Burger was like a dream come true...Conecuh sausage on a burger is the ultimate! It was the best burger ever...and the loaded fries were awesome, too! I must try the J.B.C. burger next time...I'm sure it's just as awesome in its own way! My wife and I stop by had a couple of smash burgers and they were the best I've had in a few years. The onion rings were also really good and the shoestring french fries were good also. I had the one with cream cheese diced jalapenos and I also got sauteed onions on it. We will be back. Dang, guys, what a serendipitous find! We drove out to see the medical museum, and the family had gotten a might hungry. Our birthday girl wanted a burger, so we searched for it and found Randy's. This place is a total vibe. The atmosphere is really fun and well ventilated (outdoor seating). The workers and owners were super kind and friendly. But the burgers, good Lord. Where do I start? For one, the staff was nice, although it was a bit of a wait to order, I was greeted with sincerity and genuine kindness. The prices are a bit overkill, over $10 for a burger and $4 for a singular cookie. The ambiance felt constricted with not many places to sit (if it were packed) other than that it was alright, (wasn't that hot as they had fans blowing everywhere so that's a plus). As for the quality of the food; the burger.. the burger was good, bun a bit soggy, bacon was too thick as it took away from the burger, jalapeños were pickled and had no flavor to add (would be better fresh), and the cream cheese they added was good but overkill in my opinion. It took away from the burger like the bacon did. If they added thinner bacon, less cream cheese, and fresh jalapeños then you have an absolute winner. The onions were shaved thin and grilled which was amazing considering this is the only place that has them like this, the patty's (smashed) were good, had nice lacy edges but I wish I had more of the burger taste rather. The cookie, being $4 I don't truly know what I was expecting to be honest but it was oversized, the texture was consistently in between soft and hard so it was alright. The sea salt wasn't a presence to taste on top but the idea was there. I feel they could do better with a thinner, soft baked, chocolate chip with a more course grained sea salt to accentuate the contrasts of the cookie. Will I be back? Most likely to try just a regular cheeseburger. Simplicity is king, and with this experience and my optimism I feel I would get that with just a plain cheeseburger rather than an eccentric over the top counterpart. I would recommend them, truly. But if these changes go unnoticed or unchanged or even untried, then we know they don't care and only care about THEIR ideas. Food for thought read more
