I cant say enough great things about this place! The grilled cheese is amazing and the couple who work there are even more amazing! Dove is always so so nice! This place is the best food truck in Eugene, hands down!

A quirky little food shack that will blow your socks off. Fresh ingredients that go well with your grilled cheese sandwich. Service friendly and fantastic! You need to check this place out

This sandwich is absolutely delicious. Customer service is above and beyond and competitive pricing. If I lived in the area I would be here weekly. 10/10!

The food was so yummy for the price definitely a hidden gem in Eugene! And the woman was so sweet, and gave great suggestions. It was also very cool it's was next to a brewery so we got some mock tails very good!

Sorry! Best Picture I got and thats because hes a slow eater. The rest of the family couldn't put ours down.

Great Food! Definitely a have to try for potentially customers reading this review... I have been trying for some time to get there and try them after a coworker had mentioned them. The lady at the window was very cheerful, welcoming and friendly. The menu has options yet simple. And the quality won't disappoint! ! There were a few outdoor seating areas surrounded by greens, plants and shrubbery that is shared with the a Distilling company which is the parking lot they are in.

Beer Cheese Soup, build your own grilled cheese sandwich.

Came to visit our son at school and needed to kill some time while he did some "homework". Found the Heritage Distillery so stopped in for an old fashion flight. Cheese Bliss is located in the parking lot and figured we should have a bite. On a whim decided to try the Beer Cheese soup along with a grilled cheese. The sandwich and soup were sooooo good! Highly recommend stopping in to check it out, plenty of tables outside, great atmosphere and the couple running it were extremely friendly and fun. Just try to soup, you won't be disappointed! (I may or may not have gone back for a second cup)

Two words: Pretzel. Nachos. CHEF freaking KISS. They're located in the parking lot of Heritage Distillery, which by the way is a FANTASTIC place that complements Cheese Bliss and vice versa. My boyfriend and I cannot wait to try everything at Cheese Bliss ... oooor we might not try anything else at all because the Pretzel Nachos was AMAZING! The pretzels were perfectly soft and the cheese was heavenly goodness. Perfect amount of olives, avocados, tomatoes, and ... I am making myself hungry leaving this review!!!! Okay, don't even think about it. Just try this place!!

That delicious franks red hot sammich.

Oh so much delicious food here. I tried a new item today, and it was much better than I'd hoped for. While I can't recall what todays 2 new dishes were, I can say one was a chicken and cheese sammich with franks red hot throughout--and the other was a watermelon salad w/ feta cheese. The service is always incredibly friendly, and the food has been beyond delicious each of the roughly dozen times I've been to see them

    "Fig-etta bout it" sans bacon

There are a few things I have come to learn as facts during this Pandemic. Jeans are overrated, boxed wine is underrated, you can never rewatch The Office enough, Animal Crossing is the ultimate time suck, and there are some meals just not meant for to-go. Grilled cheese sandwiches are one of these meals. When you order yourself one of Cheese Bliss's unique and flavorful sandwiches, eat it pronto, right there, on the spot, as soon as it is delivered to you. Do not do what I did, take the 10 minute drive home to then consume sandwich. No! These are meant to be eaten warm when the cheese is still ooey gooey and melty. Don't get me wrong! My meal was still AMAZING and was gone within seconds of finally getting home. But it would have been a whole other experience if I would have just taken the time to have eaten it there. The staff is so warm and friendly. I ordered the 'Fig-etta Bout It' sans bacon. When the sandwich was brought to me the to-go bag had the wonderful pun 'Fig-etta bout the bacon' written on it. Now, puns are my love language and even though they probably have written that before for multiple vegetarians like myself, I like to think that I was their first. If you ever find yourself in the area, definitely order from Cheese bliss, and then immediately make yourself at home at one of the tables.

So so good. Everything we had was amazing and we tried multiple things off the menu. The customer service was above and beyond, very personable and genuine. Will definitely return next time I am in Eugene.

Dos Banderas - Asada tacos. Bland, and tasted overwhelmingly of liquid smoke.

This was my first real foray into the Mexican food scene in Eugene/Springfield... and I really,…read moretruly hate to be harsh, but I'm sorry to say that I'm not sure it could have gone much worse. With my dad being in town with me, the two of us decided to go on a late-night taco run. We went with a big order that included 2 carne asada tacos, 2 tacos campechanos, an asada burrito, and a chorizo breakfast burrito. Starting with the asada itself: it was just depressingly, woefully bland. The meat was crying out for any sort of seasoning. Somehow, though, this wasn't the worst part -- even more strikingly, it was clear that liquid smoke was likely used as well. If you've never tasted liquid smoke before, it's a horrible, powerfully artificial flavor that should go nowhere near any quality piece of meat. Color me thoroughly impressed if this was not the case here. The asada burrito had almost no asada in it, despite my dad requesting "double" meat. The chorizo had a strange aftertaste, not super pleasant. Furthermore, proper chorizo gives a bright punch of acidity, a stout kick of spice, and a rich unctuousness (aka: that sinful, I-hate-myself fattiness... you know the one) -- this had none of those things. Making a duo of the asada and chorizo in the tacos campechanos did not elevate either meat; it ended up kind of just being a tandem of sadness and regret. My dad -- who never, ever says anything bad about Mexican food -- may have put it best: "Yeah... this was pretty freakin' bad." I will say that the service was friendly and informative... I will always, always appreciate and recognize that in a business. The food, on the other hand, I'm sorry to say might have been the worst I have had to date as far as Mexican goes. I am hoping (praying!) that I find a go-to taco/burrito spot around these parts soon -- I may go certifiably insane if I don't.

They were open late night but food was horrible, should've just opted for an overpriced hot dog instead. Do not recommend the carne asada at ALL, maybe the other meat is okay but everything was super greasy as well, the tortillas full of grease, the torta unnecessarily greasy too. Everything was just terrible, don't recommend especially if you're hispanic and actually enjoy good tacos.
