I died and went to cheese heaven. I am so glad to have landed on the review that made me plug in the address of this treat truck and head over to give her a shot! The smell that was coming from the truck was like fish hooking every one of my senses, it was pulling and reeling me closer to this food truck dream. You can pick your toppings or select from a list of several other sandwiches. I had a turkey, provolone, pepper jack cheese on texas toast with a side of pickled jalapeños. So cheesey! So perfect. The turkey was tasty and looked like it was carved off a whole turkey after Thanksgiving. Bread was delicious. You have the option of a side salad or tortilla chips. My husband had a ham melt with cheddar and provolone. Very tasty ham slices with cheese that about about slapped your face or was so stretchy! Dreamy. Did I say yet how great and amazing the service was? I didn't. So let me just say...humor was a bonus. A down to earth gal with a spicy funky soul. Loved the vibes radiating from her. I always place standard very high for customer service...I've worked in it. I know how it should be. The cheesey queen nailed it! Came to visit our son at school and needed to kill some time while he did some "homework". Found the Heritage Distillery so stopped in for an old fashion flight. Cheese Bliss is located in the parking lot and figured we should have a bite. On a whim decided to try the Beer Cheese soup along with a grilled cheese. The sandwich and soup were sooooo good! There are a few things I have come to learn as facts during this Pandemic. Jeans are overrated, boxed wine is underrated, you can never rewatch The Office enough, Animal Crossing is the ultimate time suck, and there are some meals just not meant for to-go. Grilled cheese sandwiches are one of these meals. When you order yourself one of Cheese Bliss's unique and flavorful sandwiches, eat it pronto, right there, on the spot, as soon as it is delivered to you. Do not do what I did, take the 10 minute drive home to then consume sandwich. No! These are meant to be eaten warm when the cheese is still ooey gooey and melty. Don't get me wrong! My meal was still AMAZING and was gone within seconds of finally getting home. But it would have been a whole other experience if I would have just taken the time to have eaten it there. The staff is so warm and friendly. I ordered the 'Fig-etta Bout It' sans bacon. When the sandwich was brought to me the to-go bag had the wonderful pun 'Fig-etta bout the bacon' written on it. Now, puns are my love language and even though they probably have written that before for multiple vegetarians like myself, I like to think that I was their first. If you ever find yourself in the area, definitely order from Cheese bliss, and then immediately make yourself at home at one of the tables. read more

This is going to be a really weird review (pair of reviews- also see Easley Does It). For those of you that don't know, the 2 food trucks mentioned are a part of the Cider Station area next to Graffiti Alley on River Rd. Kinda cool setup and nice vibe. Since it is close by, My wife and I were excited to try it out after a positive review on FB. She ordered one of the grilled cheese sandwiches on the menu and some Beer Cheese soup. I ordered from the other food truck mentioned above. Her food took about 15 minutes and looked great...but that was unfortunately where the positive portion of the review ends. Soup was cold and honestly the worst cheese soup I have ever tasted. The sandwich was cold and tasted like grease. I cannot recommend this place based on our experience and we will likely not be returning. read more
