We made it through Covid, and to celebrate, we chose to go back to a group favorite. Each chose something different and new to us, and then decided unanimously that the food is still amazing. That's not the only thing that's amazing at Yukon's Cheddar's. Our server, Ronnie B, helped us make decisions about food and drink that were right on. I have never visited a cheddars restaurant before but my family and I decided to take my mother in law out for her Birthday and we decided to try it out. It seems like a very popular place as it was packed busy (granted it was Father's Day), and man, my experience was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible. We all ordered ribs and steaks and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. The prices are really good vs the servings received. Most importantly, even though very busy, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very clean. Even the owner took time out of her very busy schedule to visit with us personally twice to check up on us. I was really surprised. It can be a wait to get in but, trust me, it's worth it! Our waitress, MS. ASHLYN is absolutely top notch. Always there to help, friendly, very nice and professional. I made sure to compliment her service as she excelled beyond MY expectations, but I believe above company standards as well. I've been to Cheddars 3 separate times at two different locations in Oklahoma. It's very average without anything that would be considered a signature items(s). This last time was at the Yukon location. Wait staff was very good. Timely and attentive without being disruptive...that's actually pretty hard to accomplish. The croissant/roll served is under cooked although still enjoyable. Paul Hollywood (TGBBS) has ruined underbaked goods for me! We ordered Queso and chips to start and it was unremarkable although the salsa had a little zip to it. I ended up ordering chicken strips which came out hot and crispy, fries were old and warm at best and the coleslaw is straight out of a can. Very edible but not a repeat for me. My dinner companions had tilapia that collectively "just okay". I don't think we were expecting to be blown away by the food but i would say we were underwhelmed. Cheddar's has a pretty decent menu, but the front of the house nerds tk improve its management. My favorite food to order is the Buffalo chicken fingers or the blackened salmon. I've also had the chicken pot pie and the salmon salad. For apps, I would recommend the onion rings or spinach dip. The problem is that you're going to have to wait. For a table. For a drink. For everything. We got there and they had open tables, but we had to wait for a seat because they didn't have enough servers to keep all of the sections open. If I could give zero stars I would. We used to frequent this place a lot and had good service but tonight was the worst. We sat down and waited about 30 minutes for drinks. After that we waited 2 more hours for our food after multiple other tables were sat and served within 15 minutes. Our server and their manager forgot about our order. I ordered the chicken strips and shrimp with loaded baked potato and green beans. Where do I start? Food was cold, all of it, the green beans are loaded with sugar, and they're so tough you can't stab them with a fork, much less chew them. They consider a loaded baked potato when it has grated cheese and sour cream. Where's the bacon bits and chopped green onions? Had to ask for the bacon bits. Did refills on drinks for three of us but didn't bother to ask if we needed anything else, just set the drinks down and turned around and walked away.Seven people crowded into a round narrow corner booth made it very uncomfortable. I've visited this one dine in and take out. Tonight was take out. I love cheddars because of the consistency as well as the price. I've been to this location as well as one in midwest city and it's consistent. It's the best food for a reasonable price. The portion sizes are really great too! So we pulled into a carry-out spot. A nice lady (+1 star) was running an order to a car and asked if we had an order for pickup. I explained that we were calling but busy phone. I get it. It's Friday night 625pm and all. So my wife was super excited about chips and queso ! So when the nice server came out to take our order we were ready and easy!!! I asked her when she came back for payment settling up if I could add a 6 pack of Dos Equis I saw on the menu for $10 as I would pay cash as she had already run my card. She said yeah if you want beer go to oncue drive thru... I stated well its on the menu and I know it was freshly passed as a state law recently... But ok. Check with your manager and see... She came back apologized for her mistake and to let me know they could do it...but no Dos Equis. So I went Stella. Gave her a $20 she brought back $5 & some change. She says our order should be up in 25-30 mins. We relocated spots so others could pull in and order or pick up. (Notified her where we were parking a row behind carry-out... Food is delivered 45 mins later (- 1 star) 715pm we leave... We live on the north side of Yukon so the car is smelling so good with Cheddar's... We get in the house check all the food. No queso. This is located right in the shopping center where marshalls, below five etc are so it's in a really convenient and abundant amount of parking!! The menu here is huge they have just about anything and everything here for you! Meat eater, vegan, on a diet etc you can find something. I got the chicken tender platter that came with about 6 strips and two sides i chose the mashed potatoes and corn. The chicken itself is delicious perfectly lightly breaded doesn't seem super greasy when you're eatIng it. The corn was awful i think canned corn you buy at the grocery store tastes better than this stuff. Mashed potatoes were okay but again nothing to rave about. My mom got the veggie platter and you got to choose 5 sides who offers this? 5?! That veggie platter was filling in itself and she couldn't eveN finish. The kids meals were large enough to fill my up! I love that they give complimentary croissants here! Warm butter melted on them they reminded me a lot of charlestons croissants and if you know what I'm talking about you know they're good! This is our favorite Cheddars in the area. We really wish they would build one in Edmond.we drove 30 minutes to get here. My husband loves the New Orleans pasta. I love their tenders and chicken fried steak. Their drinks are a huge part of why we visit. I LOVEA their Maui margarita. Its really big and pretty strong, also extremely yummy. Scratch made my tookus. We tried Cheddars one evening when we didn't want to cook and figured since it was always packed, it had to be good. The service was terrible. Took well over 10 minutes to get waters. Took another 30 minutes to get our drinks (that we ordered from the table kiosk). Food also took forever to arrive. Waiter did not check in on us. Atmosphere was a bad take on a pub; bad because there's nothing dampening sound so it gets really loud. Food was ridiculously terrible. We got the trio sampler, which was bland. I got the Monte Cristo, and it dripped with oil. The husband got the country fried chicken, which was mostly batter and some awful gravy. His mashed potatoes had no seasoning and the green beans were mush. The best part was my margarita, and even that I could have made better at home with a store bought mix. The food was good and hot. Our spinach artichoke dip appetizer was super hot and delicious and came before our meal. Our server was super attentive and we got everything we ordered. This was our first time at Cheddars, there were 4 of us. We walked in at 3:45pm on a Monday (1/21/19). There were around 5 cars in the parking lot. As we walked in, an older gentleman greeted us with a look of disappointment and said "oh nuts.." We were confused and let him know we were a party of 4. His response "it's going to be a minute, my 3 servers are full right now and we are slammed" we sat down and waited about 10 mins. No big deal. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of this guy being rude making us feel bad for even coming in. And 4 tables of people in an entire restaurant, I would hardly call slammed.. he could have just greeted us and said it'll just be a minute. Would have not made us want to immediately walk out. Our food was delicious, the honey butter biscuits were the tables favorite. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, our food and drinks came out in a good time. We never felt like we were waiting too long. We were skeptical about the rest of our experience based on the guy in fronts reaction and his poor attitude towards customers. But our minds were changed once we sat down. The prices are fairly decent for the amount of food and it was really tasty food! The onions ring appetizer was huge for $5.99 that ain't bad, and the New Orleans pasta could have fed two of us with leftovers. The blended beverages were delicious and good priced. The Long Island Iced Tea was a bit lack luster.. felt like it was missing the alcohol. But the other beverages were on point. Last month for my birthday, I wanted to try Cheddar's for the first time. My sister and I were seated in a booth in the bar area, which was great. We were the only ones in that area and it was nice and quiet, very relaxing. I don't remember the servers name, but they called her Firecracker, probably due to her red hair. She was the sweetest ever, she answered all our questions and was just a delight and very helpful. The croissants were delicious! I ordered the grilled white fish and it just melted in my mouth, it was so good! I think my sister had the chicken tender platter, which she loved also. She even said the raspberry iced tea was the best ever. We can't wait to go back. Excellent service, excellent food. We ordered the chicken strips which came with two sides for a very affordable price. We also both had a bowl of potato soup. All the food came out hot and all of it tasted good. UPDATE 2.0: okay, this is our 3rd trip... you got 3 stars the first time, 5 the second, because you were awesome... now I'm giving you just 2, and it's only that high because your food is great! The service is horrible. Tonight we had a trainee server, which worries me, because her trainer was the problem. First: our appetizer was a disaster. We ordered the appetizer trio, and it came out cold, with crumbled chips, and missing a chicken strip. I mentioned to the trainer that it wasn't right, and she completely dismissed me, not even an apology, much less getting our missing chicken strip - and those are good strips, you miss them when they are gone. Next: we clearly came in thirsty, we ordered the top shelf margaritas, but weren't asked again if we needed a drink until we brought it up, losing you at least one round. Then: the chicken fried steak steak came out with pittance of gravy, it was almost naked. It was a sad sight. If the manager hadn't stopped by, the steak would have been too cold for the gravy to matter. Then there was the water glass, it kept moving closer to the edge of the table, but never got noticed as the waitstaff were sitting around chatting and looking at their phones rather than filling them up. Overall, the food is fantastic, and because of that alone, we will give you one more shot, but please step up the service game, or I fear the market will get rid of you on that basis alone. UPDATE: Okay, the first time we went a few weeks ago, I was not impressed, but we decided to give it another try. And I'm glad we did. We ordered the more traditional dishes this time like the country fried steak, pot pie, honey butter croissants, etc... it was 100 times better than our last experience. The restaurant has been open a bit longer and seem to have found their groove. Not only was the food better, the wait staff, hostess, and managers were extremely friendly, attentive, and fun. Cheddar's is typically a safe, standard fare option. We've tried this location multiple times with varying but disappointing experiences; however, we've reached the point where we won't be back. It's standard to wait for long periods of time. This last time we placed a pickup order we waited over an hour after our quoted pick up time. When the employee brought the meal to the car, he was rude and dismissive. He tilted and pushed the bag through the window, causing items to spill. Upon review when we got home, our order was wrong in many ways (I.e. smaller steak than what was purchased; incorrect side items). I don't expect a stellar dining experience at these kinds of chain restaurants, but this was just particularly bad and inedible. The device paying system is fine for a table where one person pays the whole bill, but when each person pays there own bill, it's very bad. If they used like one device for every 4 or 5 people, that would be better. I will probably not eat here again with a big group. read more

Trinity took my order to be picked up over the phone. she was very polite and as she was the last time she took my order over the phone. I ordered a kids chicken meal and a vegetable plate to go. I made sure to ask her if it would come with a crossant ... she assured me yes it will. Got there 25 minutes later and called the phone # on the sign because we didn't get a verification of the order on text. She brought out the kids drink and said it would take a few more minutes for the order. we got home and ther was no rice for the kids meal just 5 slices of chicken and a side salad that was charged with a upgrade charge for substituting it for a side that comes with it. Anyway it was all cold and we didn't get a croissant. Called the store and Trinity tried to get the mgr but she was too busy to take my call and said she would put a note on her door and she would call me back before she closed. She never called. I have ordered this kids meal 5 or 6 times and this is the second time the rice had been omitted But no honey croissant really let her down. I'll try to call the day mgr this morning.
