We made reservations and dined in March. Our reservation turned out to be the 'cherry' on top of a fantastic day! While the staff was somewhat disorganized, were training other new potential staff, they all were consistently friendly (one trainee a bit too friendly...) and warm. Our food was terrific! We were somewhat cynical because of lackluster experiences at other 'celebrity' chef restaurants. Not here. EVERYTHING was wonderfully presented and tasty. An upgraded Cesar Salad, the crispy fish sandwich, the burger (the BEST I've ever had), the fries (obviously cooked in a yummy fat 3X!). The staff complimented our fantastic day's event by comping us Sticky Toffee Pudding! WOW! We're coming back to try the lunch special and will be dining in the evening again too. read more

We dined for lunch, sat at bar and the service was on point. What a great guy! Started with the Parker house rolls, cooked to perfection on the exterior with parsley, butter and flaky finishing salt. Inside was soft , melt in mouth. That creamy butter with more finishing salt was devoured. Next we did entrees; lobster roll rich, packed with lobster. So dang good! Chicken Milanese with creamy Dijon sauce and arugula. Would have licked the plate if at home. Lastly, the pureed mashed potatoes. This was as good as ones I had in France. The cleanness of the restaurant is great. The design and atmosphere is very modern and open. The waitstaff is polite and attentive. Very professional!!! Manager came by and checked to make sure everything was going good.Once again we ordered our usuals as it is hard to change when something is working. My wife had fish and chips and I had the beef Wellington and of course you cannot skip the sticky pudding. The last time we were there, the food took over 45 minutes, so we decided not to go back. However, we gave it another try yesterday, hoping the service had improved--but it hadn't; this time it took over an hour, and the food was cold and poorly prepared. Been a few times now and our experience has been consistent. Food is great, pricy but fresh and tasty. Service needs work. It seems like the service staff don't have much experience with which is disappointing for an expensive restaurant experience. We have had items forgotten, or one time our kids were ignored and had to ask the server back to get their drink orders. Hostess station seems confused and disorganized. Drinks take forever to come out... This is disappointing when it costs so much to eat here, service should be excellent and it is not. Will continue to try again. The food is always exceptional. The Beef Wellington is hands down the best thing on the menu and always consistently wonderful.

Dined here for an early dinner on a weekday. The tuna tartare was yummy, and the scallop risotto was excellent! It does have leeks in it, which I don't love, but it was still a good dish. My friend ordered the Caesar salad and famous beef Wellington, she says they were both delicious. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing, I highly recommend. Only nit-pick is that once seated, I had to flag someone down to come to our table and provide us with water. The server finally came up, but this after we'd been sat for 10+ minutes with no greet. There was only one other table in the restaurant, so this was surprising and not a good way to start dinner. Once the server came around, she was friendly and checked in on us appropriately. The place is beautiful, modern, very open. Service is impeccable. Unfortunately for me the food was mediocre for the price. The Jumbo Crab Cake was delicious, but the crabmeat is shredded instead of lumps, but it's a personal preference. Their famous signature Beef Wellington wasn't that special, even though our waiter claimed, "it's to die for". Eh, not so much. The Filet was good, but not worth $62, there are far many more places in OKC with better filets. Both meats were cooked to the requested temperatures though. Our server asked what the occasion was early on, and we said we were celebrating the fact that we just picked out our wedding bands! Not only was the food excellent (crab cake was 10/10, and loved the chilled lobster roll!!), drinks were amazing (white peach cosmo was AMAZING), and timing was great... but at the end of our meal our server brought us this with the check!! Our daughter (20 years old) has had this place on her bucket list. We decided to go the Saturday before Easter. We had no problems with booking a reservation for five and we were seated promptly. Once at our table, we noticed the silverware looked used, like someone had licked my knife. We let our server know and she was prompt in taking care of it and apologetic. We ordered the beef marrow and tuna tartare and both were very good. We ordered 2 of the All Day Prix Fixe and one we added a lobster tail, the fish and chips, and the ribeye sandwich. The fish and chips is THE thing to get!! We had two beef Wellington's and mine was wonderful and my daughter was asking some questions like how is yours? Does yours taste alright? And I thought she was just being kind and checking on me. She finally gave me a bite of hers and it was shockingly nothing like what I had. It tasted terrible. We received two desserts: the apple butterscotch cheesecake and the known for sticky toffee pudding!! The pudding was so good, we ordered one to go. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CUTLERY. I went here on valentines night, everywhere i go i check my cutlery to see if its washed correctly. I saw leftover FOOD on my "washed" fork. No problem for me, i asked the server for the SAME fork back just washed better. She completely disregarded me and said "ill just bring you a fresh fork". The crab cake arrived lukewarm with a distinctly powdery batter texture that was only palatable when completely covered in the accompanying sauce. Perhaps most disappointing was the risotto, which tasted indistinguishable from plain white rice. After just three grains (less than a single bite), I abandoned the dish entirely. Surprisingly, our server never inquired about or acknowledged the nearly untouched plate. The best item and only thing we would recommend is the parker rolls. ROLLS...this should not be the ONLY thing all 5 people enjoy at a nice dinner. **Service Issues The minuscule beverage glasses (approximately 6-8 ounces) meant our waiter spent the majority of his time refilling drinks rather than attending to other aspects of our dining experience. This inefficiency was both distracting and detracted from the supposedly premium service one expects at this price point. **Holiday Menu Surprise What made the experience particularly frustrating was discovering upon arrival that we would be limited to a special holiday menu with no options from the regular menu. This critical information was not disclosed during the online reservation process for a holiday weekend. Had we known about this limitation, we absolutely would have chosen a different restaurant. This should be disclosed with a copy of the menu before people select their reservation time. **Value Assessment While the ambiance was nice and this restaurant is near a lot of other establishments, the food quality and service simply do not justify the premium pricing. This experience bears little resemblance to what one would expect from a Gordon Ramsay establishment. For me, you can't beat Ramsay's kitchen for English fish and chips. The bear battered haddock is fried to light golden brown crispy and the fish is tender and delicious. I'm not a fan of french fries but the chips that are served with the fish are fantastic crispy crunchy on the outside and smooth like a mashed potato inside. For me, a crabcake is a must have my happy and I split it. It's huge no filler just full of sweet delicious crab. I come here for the fish and chips and crabcakes. This place is nice, I love the look and design of the space. Feels warm and inviting for sure. The staff seemed to be nice and helpful, willing to answer your questions and talk about recommendations depending on the food you are interested in. I tried the Butter Chicken, it was my first time trying it and kind of went from a curry dish to a chicken chili flavor from bite to bite. Not too bad. My wife had the Lobster and shrimp spaghetti dish, she loved it, warning though they put red chili flakes and it does get a little spicy towards the bottom of the bowl. The sticky chicken wings were good, reminds me of a spicy/sweet and sour sauce. Very sticky and messy so prepare for that. We also tried the Truffle au gratin and those were a good discussion to go with our meal, I recommend those if you like a cheesy potato dish. Lastly, the Toffee cake was rich and full of flavor. I just wished it had a bigger scoop of ice cream to offset the toffee a bit more. Observation, there are no salt or pepper shakers on any of the tables, so if you wanted to adjust the seasoning of your dishes. Nope not happening. LOL. Menu-wise, the options are limited and leans expensive. So if you are hoping the famous chef would give you a big and nicely rounded out menu for you to select from, not going to find it here. read more

Both rounds of drinks were late to the table and arrived well after our food. The Tartar was delicious. We decided on Beef Wellington for 2 as our entree. When it was placed on the table it was obviously well done on the outside ring , and grey in color there. The potatoes were generously over seasoned, and the vegetables were vacant from the plate. It's one of my favorite all time dishes, so I was a bit disappointed. The meat was tender and flavorful, but not to the Ramsay standard. Especially when you are paying $150. I would probably give the restaurant another try sometime, but not that particular meal. read more

I've been here a few times already and finally writing a review - the staff is always very welcoming and accommodating but the food has always been fantastic. They change their menu based on the season so it can vary depending when you go. Stopped by this past Sunday for lunch and Brandon Ray took great care of us. The drinks he recommended were on point but also the tuna tartar is phenomenal here - not fishy very fresh and just perfectly balanced. Please don't confuse this with one of Gordon's higher end restaurants you'd see in Vegas or New York. My husband and I have eaten here several times. We drive from Raleigh, NC. Normally the food is really good. However, today the food was extremely salty. The Mac n cheese tastes totally different from the previous times It was very bland. The restaurant no longer sells the sticky chicken wings so I was offered cauliflower because the restaurant apparently uses the same sauce on the cauiflower as they did on the chicken.
