We've been coming to this location the past few years and the food has always been delicious. The service can be a little hit or miss but usually it's pretty good. Brylee definitely gives the best service she's friendly and attentive! Restaurant and restrooms are always clean. Beer is always good and cold. We're always seated quickly. This was a very frustrating visit. The customer service was extremely poor. The waitresses spent most of their time engaging with one table while other paying customers, including myself, were barely checked on. What made it worse was seeing the manager sitting at a back table eating and talking with several waiters instead of ensuring guests were being taken care of. Leadership should set the tone, and that definitely did not happen during my visit. I was seated near two other tables with paying customers, and we were all being overlooked while staff stood around talking. That's unacceptable in any restaurant. The only positive thing I can say is the TVs are great for watching the games. Unfortunately, that's not enough to bring me back. I won't be returning. read more

Just once I would like to come here and have a positive experience. Only half full. Got my beer and then sat 20 minutes before I happened to catch the eye of the bartender who couldn't seem to drag her eyes from her phone. I have come here a couple of times a year since they have opened. Probably my fault. If the bartenders are attentive and friendly then the food sucks. If the food is good the bartenders are not. We'll I finally ordered and will wait and see. I was pleased when they announced they were opening here and with no exception every visit is a disappointment. The only redeeming feature of the place is the double stacked brisket nachos which I order about half the time, mainly because they are very hard to screw up. I would post a picture of the bartender on her phone from behind which is what I spent the time seeing for the majority of my visit but the post doesn't allow it. And just in case I have sat at a table or booth about 1/3 the time and it was the same. I actually came to this area to go to Texas Roadhouse but most of the time there is a line out the door and I am by myself and don't feel right taking a whole table to make families wait. read more

On Friday, November 21st at 2:00 pm, I went with a friend to celebrate his birthday. Good steaks, beers, and friendly service. The bill was US$105.85; I paid with my debit card and we left a US$20 tip in cash. Later at home, I realized I hadn't picked up my card from the bill holder and returned early Sunday morning to look for it. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was informed that it wasn't there and they hadn't found it among the forgotten items, so I assumed it had fallen somewhere else and immediately requested a cancellation and replacement from Chase. Yesterday, Monday, while checking my accounts, I found that the charge for Friday's purchase had increased by US$30.00. So my card charge went up to US$135.85. In short: $105.85 for the meal, plus a $20 cash tip and a $30 unauthorized surcharge--that was the summary of Friday's lunch. I filed a complaint with my bank, and I don't know how long it will take to resolve. What I do know is that I left with a terrible impression of the staff there, and I don't plan on returning. The food was great! My Server was not! I came in by myself so I understand my order ticket wasn't going to be high if she was just trying to rush me out or what. She was very short with me and felt like I was being rushed from the moment she approached me. She didn't smile, barely introduced herself. Probably the worst server Iv had at any restaurant let alone somewhere like twin peaks. I left her a nice tip just because I know that's how they make their money but Amira (hope I spelled it right) was pretty bad. We went to Twin Peaks because it was 10:00 at night and the only place open at that time. There was hardly anyone there but the servers were still very nice for it to be so late at night. It is a manly rustic vibe with a focus on beer and bodies. I don't mind it but if you are shy and don't like to see skin, this is not the place for you. People do bring their family and kids but be aware of small shirts and short shorts. The food was okay. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and my husband ordered the chicken fried steak. My chicken fried chicken was very tasty and flavorful. My husbands chicken fried steak was also tasty but our sides were not so good. The mashed potatoes were dry, fries cold, and grilled asparagus was hard. I would go back but might stick to a burger and beer. read more

Can't make a zero star rating! Was there Oct 10th, day shift, bartenders are a joke. Waited over 30 minutes and never got to order food. Had iced tea but never got lemon or even a coaster. They left a tap pouring a tall mug for over 5 minutes before they remembered but, they had a good laugh. I just can't even refer to them as bartenders. I love twin peaks. One thing you can ALWAYS count on is ice cold beer. The chipotle chicken is my personal favorite, but hangover burger or the wings are always a win. Girls can be hit or miss but that's anywhere. Going to the bar will promise you the much needed attention you deserve! read more

After watching the firework show, we decided to grab something to eat. Since it was late we only had a few options. Twin peaks stayed open the latest, therefore we chose to try them out. Upon entering it wasn't busy at all, it reminded me of hooters. We had a trainee as a waitress. She did a very good job, if it wasn't for the waitress and fried pickles this would definitely be a one star review! We ordered the chicken fried chicken, tacos, wings, and a soup and salad. The tacos came out colder than an ice box. Chicken fried chicken meal was a disappointment the mashed potatoes and veggies cold too. I almost thought they just took the food out the freezer, thawed it out then served it. I told the waitress about the cold food, she got a manger. The manager seemed a little defensive. As if people come into the establishment to complain. Instead of talking I asked her to feel my food, she was a little hesitant at first. After she touched the food her attitude changed! My experience at this location was my first time eating at a Twin Peaks. I had an amazing time. The food was great, the bathroom was clean, and the overall vibe was excellent. However, what made my experience so fulfilling was the service I received. My waitress was Krystal and she was absolutely amazing. The bartenders that night were so sweet explaining everything to us, but we could tell just from the 10 tvs playing the news on every wall that it probably wasnt gonna be a fit without the karaoke. The world is bleak enough right now without the wall-to-wall reminders of why. I'm sure as I'm writing this one of the crew members is going on a multiple day coke binger right now but I literally just got that phone and the staff didn't seem to care. I work up the morning after with a pit in my stomach knowing that I accidentally put the phone on the table we were sitting at before we left. I know for a fact it was there because I remember texting a friend about how weird of a strip bar the place was. My friend spent 100 bucks on booze and low shelf shots. All in all it was only like three beers and three shots each for 100 dollars. That has to be at least a 500 percent mark up. The girls were decent except for one that was actually pretty. But there were only three of them and were constantly having to run back up on stage. The girls were the only decent thing about this place. I lost a 600-700 dollar phone and we only went here because we ended up nearby on a fluke. Go here and you'll be robbed in one way or another!

When we had finally had enough of him coming up to our table and just staring at us, setting his empty beer down on our table, and once actually lurching at my friend (who is also a female), we went to the bartender and asked them to stop our drink order because we felt unsafe. We also told the doormen, but they didn't seem too concerned. I actually was uncomfortable walking to the car because I was afraid drunk dude and friends would follow us. If this hadn't happened, I would probably have already gone back, but it will be a while if I decide to return.
