    Stopped in to test drive the Jaguar F-Pace SUV-Crossover as a potential new car for me when it's time to upgrade to something larger from my Volvo sedan. I had been texting with a younger salesman named John for a few days after reaching out about a model I found on the website and wanted to test drive. I was under the impression that Jaguars had the same dynamic seat massager options as the BMW but it seemed they don't and they didn't seem familiar especially with what I was asking about when I brought it up. The test drive portion was very easy - no questions asked - I just provided my license and we were on our way - the one in particular that I wanted in color and type needed gas so we had to stop and do that while we were out which provided more time to discuss things like warranty and service package. John was not pushy, he was friendly and personable and easy to make conversation with. He was one of the most pleasant car salesmen I've spent some time with. I was also interested in their electric car which they don't often have in-stock so I was told one was incoming in the next few weeks and they'd text me when it arrived. Well, I got the text yesterday so I'm going to look today! The dealership is beautiful and very well-done and classy. There is an area with merchandise with comfy chairs and beautiful, classy bathrooms with frosted glass privacy walls and dark styling. A snack bar area has fruit, snacks and coffee and sodas complimentary while you wait or while your car is serviced. I was impressed with the styling. Everyone seemed friendly and greeted me while we were there. This was a nice dealership.

    Could not have been an easier purchase. We dealt with Mike who was amazing! He was able to get my Porsche ordered and delivered as he said. My custom Macan is more than I could have asked for. Already looking at my next Porsche!

    Not a great experience at this dealership. Was trying to buy a car that we found online but ended up getting a lecture about car pricing, taxes, NADA and Kelly Blue Book. We didn't need that talk about that but more on how they are going to give us the best offer possible. Very pretentious and arrogant. The Used car dealer was talking about how great the deal was and how it was under Kelly Blue Book or NADA. Which is totally irrelevant to the consumer. We were able to find a car a model year newer with 1000 less miles and certified pre-owned for $1500 cheaper. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Will be buying from the other dralership!

    Rawr. There be Jaguars here. This dealership also has Porsche and expensive Land Rovers. Hear that sound? It's what a wallet sounds like when it gets ravaged and violated. Repeatedly. Without mercy. The rich people of Hampton Roads get their vroom-vrooms from here. We middle class plebs need not apply, unless you wanna sell your soul to the Devil and still be in debt to a bank until the End Times. The dealers who work here are the Chosen Ones of salesmen. They smell like flowers from Heaven and wear suits that make me feel like a poor man. I could hear my credit score screaming to run away and never come back. So yeah. This place sells those $100,000+ cars that we all wish we could drive, but know we couldn't even afford the monthly insurance for... never mind the actual car payment. The aforementioned dealers are super nice and the showroom floors are spotless. That's because they've got money out the ying yang. Not my money, cause I'd need to make four times my current pay to afford this place. But a man can dream, and window shopping isn't illegal.

They made sure I was all set before making my drive home by making sure I had a full sized spare tire, when I brought up my concern that there was no front license plate mount they instantly took action to make sure it was fixed for me, and a full tank of gas! However the inventory is staggering! They offer a 30 day money back guarantee on every deal. Who else does this? I was specifically looking for my son who resides in Saint Louis. Scott honed in on two area CarMaxx in the Saint Louis area to find the best cars that suited my specifications. There was never any pressure. The fact they are nationwide is a major draw to me as cars can be reserved and shipped to other locations at no cost or minimal fees of a few hundred. I look forward to doing business with CarMaxx the first time.

If they approve the reimbursement, it will take 3 to 4 weeks. It's been a cluster bomb. I hope to save someone a ton of trouble and Time.

Normally with car inspections, I have to drop my car off at an auto-body shop and pick it up the next day due to the "first come, first serve" policy but I didn't have that option so I booked an appointment with 17th Street Automotive for the same day. As soon as I walked into the office, I was happily greeted by Kristen and another worker. They both were extremely pleasant and personable. I was quoted a service time of about an hour and a half and was offered beverages while I wait, which was a very nice gesture. My state inspection was completed after an hour and a half, just as they quoted me. Kristen was very informative with the things they found during the inspection and with how amazing their customer service was, I would definitely return to get my car serviced with them. I was given a free car freshener once the service was complete and told them I would tell everyone I knew about the exceptional experience I had with their business. If you are looking for same-day inspections or in need of any car services, I highly recommend checking out 17th Street Automotive.

When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

For me, every time I have come here has been an amazing, gracious experience. I was sold my car by the dapper C.J. Morris, who is a man that keeps things real. Each time I came in afterward he recognizes me and shakes my hand. Drivers World has a good policy of "price as marked" with no haggling, since their prices are already low. I don't know about that across the board, but my 2010 Hyundai Accent was a great deal. I have had two issue happen with my car since its purchase. The first was when my spare key came in from the Hyundai Mother Ship. We tried it out and it got stuck in the ignition! Samantha, in their service dept., immediately got me a rental and called a locksmith to look at it the next day. My car was fixed up that next day too, the locksmith had to re-cut part of the key. My second issue was when my car suddenly didn't start one day after work. I took a panicked trip in the tow truck to Drivers World where they got me a loaner car that night. They called me in the morning and told me it was the starter. I returned my loaner and they got me a rental; a few days later I picked up my car from Checkered Flag Hyundai. So far, everything has been covered and I always get treated nice there. I had a great buying experience and their awesome service has continued. Hopefully all my visits will be this good.

And I've bought numerous cars over the years. Buckle up, it's a somewhat long story, but I have to share it. I bought a used 2021 Toyota Corolla from these guys recently, and made my mistake of not test driving it first, and trusted their word, and trusted that a Toyota Corolla is a reliable car to purchase. When I received the car, I didn't even make it out of my neighborhood before noticing it grinding gears when downshifting into 2nd and it didn't want to stay in that gear. Coming from a previous car with endless issues, my heart sank. I called the dealership and the manager (John, I think?) dismissed everything I said and hung up on me. I called Moose again and he gave me the owner Tim's number. Tim was more responsive and understanding and they sent someone to come pickup the car, who also confirmed the issue. Since it was under their 3000mile warranty they decided to put another transmission in it. He claimed it was a new transmission. He offered to put a new clutch in it also, as long as I paid for the parts, which I agreed to at the time, but his "transmission guy said the clutch is fine," so they opted not to. Now, here I am less than 10k miles later, and the clutch has failed. The trusted mechanic I took the car to also told me that they installed a "junkyard transmission." I respectfully and politely called Tim to get some answers and see what they would do about it, and he still claims it's a new transmission, and that he would talk to his transmission guy again, but hasn't sent me any proof of that, and has now stopped answering phone calls and hasn't returned any calls. I do not have and would've never expected to put $3000 into repairs of a car that I just purchased. A 2021 Toyota Corolla with transmission AND clutch failure within 10k miles seems like something an experienced car dealership and "transmission guy" should've been able to catch before it got to my hands. I bought this car for the sole purpose of having a reliable vehicle for my family, and it's been a nightmare since day one. I was (and still am) only hoping they would do the right thing and handle this issue. Incredibly disappointed.

The next morning after buying the car I heard a terrible grinding noise (shown in video) upon starting up. After a quick google search i realized it was a common issue with 2010 Honda Crvs to have the VCT Actuactor fail at 100,000 miles. Since the car was at 107,000 miles I knew this was the issue. I went back to show them the terrible noise, and they told me I was turning the key too far causing the grinding noise as i show in the second video that in fact does not happen with this car, as it has a feature that prevents that from happening. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
