This place is a straight up scam and the people running it are nothing but bitches. They took my money, gave me trash service, and left me with a car so messed up the damn motor fell out. They do not care about anyone, only about robbing people blind. Worst excuse for a car company I've ever dealt with -- avoid them at all costs.will be taking them to court for the damages. Avoid this shady, pathetic excuse of a business at all costs. read more

Well worth the 14 hour trip to see Mr. Bowman! After unexpectedly losing my car in Florida. My sister, who has been financing a car with them for three years, suggested I try my luck with Darryl and Mr. Eric Bowman of car choice. I'm expecting a baby any week now and being car-less was the last thing I needed. Mr. Bowman negotiated day and night on my behalf until we found the car within my budget and safe for my family. Thank you Darryl and Eric! Y'all are blessings to my family and me! read more

Should be titled Worst car choice, my car broke down while I was getting off the interstate almost getting into an accident and oncoming cars coming my way. My ABS and TCS keeps coming on and off and they won't fix the problem. They Attempted to fix this problem over 6-7 times and it's yet to be fixed. The owner threatens to call the police on me when I ask for paperwork of the work they claim to have fixed. The owner also refuses to give me paperwork no invoices or anything. Save yourself the time and trouble and headache and stay far away from this place!!!! Also they won't allow me to return the car so I'm stuck with this piece of crap car I wish I could do negative ten stars read more

very unprofessional place, seen a car i liked there & drove it around it had problems with the sunroof and the window did not roll down .. the guy there told me they would send it to the dealership to get fixed and they would call me when it was ready , never got a call back and when i came back they had the car that i was trying to buy that day they had her sitting in the front like it had to go asap since i had found out what was really wrong with it read more

Got a car here in September and it has already broken down and will need major repairs. They got me so messed up right now!! Stay away they are super shady. The finance guy also does shady stuff to get you approved like lies about things to the finance company. Stay far away from this place unless you want a very expensive lemon. read more

Called Saturday about buying a car I saw online, stated was sold last week, spoke to a gentleman who ask me about down payment and financing me over the phone for another car and I never heard back, maybe because I have a lower credit rating but I have $3k down. Called back to speak with the manager and they said he was unavailable..Very rude to not get back in touch with me. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

They will promise you one thing and then come up short on their promises. Do not trust the finance department, not trustworthy.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. We dealt with Alex and he went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted. The other staff members were also very patient with us, talking and playing around with our 3 kids (age 2-8) during what is already a not so simple process. They have a wide selection of very nice cars with low miles. We will absolutely recommend them and would love to do business with them in the future! read more

To the owner: I appreciate you quick response however my feedback only confirms the reason for my concerns. We have two things going on. We are not refering to past purchases. We are talking about the 535i BMW purchased on 03/22/2021. As a Loyal customer only impacts that you have no value of repeat customers. You say you have proof that this car was serviced. I have documents from both the repairman and the warranty Company that I choose and the condition of the car is confirmed by two different vendors that inspected this car. It will be posted on your site along with the photo's of the oil and leakage from gaskets that clearly would have red flagged this BMW. It concerns me that you have compared your warranty to an outside company. Trying to strong arm your warranty only validates that You feel like something could go wrong with Your automobiles and only Your warranty could resolve my issue. If you can't stand behind you vechicles not running aleast a year then maybe you need to think about the 90 day warranty offered when a car is driven off you lot. If this happened to someone in your Family. Meaning a Loyal customer has an issue with a car within 7 months and they happen to choose an outside warranty. I'm sure you may look into the warranty company however if they expressed to you the issues regarding the car, meaning locked motor. Servicing your car for an oil change does not lock a motor or damage gaskets within 7 months.... You would go back to the Dealer as I am. If these issues were identified at the Auction you would have left it there. The car was beautiful and you took the bait and threw it back in the water and then I brought the bait you threw out. Sham on you for this insulting apology. Well I have to go and figure out how I'm gettting to work today and make my car payment on Friday. I'm sure your bank account allows you not to have these issues. PEOPLE PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS! read more

Came in on Saturday and picked out a Van and had me approved by Monday. Smooth and easy. Thank you for helping me so fast

Archetypal sleazy dealership! I was at least prepared to deal with the usual used car dealership tactics. I wasn't however ready to deal with there sheer incompetence. They couldn't even fill out their own paperwork. I had to drive back there FIVE (!) times to bring copies of stuff or sign things they messed up. They wrote the paperwork wrong putting the loan under my wife's name but registering it to me causing me problems even after I left. Finally, when I realized that the inspection paperwork (pink slip) was blank they told me I had to pay for my own inspection if I wanted it. I don't even think it is legal to sell a car that they can't prove has been inspected. WORST CAR BUYING experience in my life. Please don't encourage businesses like this...buy a car somewhere else! read more

Do not buy here ! I repeat do not buy here ! They will give you the RUN AROUND! SAM is very unprofessional! He seems like a nice a guy AT FIRST but don't let that fool you. He has been giving me the run around since January to get me approved (WITH FAKE PAYSTUBS, guess he needs business) for something. I ended up leaving there ass alone because who wants to get lied to and bullshitted everyday? Then, on Valentine's Day I get a voicemail from Sam claiming he got everything worked out for me . So I go up there to pick out another car because the one I initially wanted was SOLD to someone else. He said that It would be ready by today around 4pm. Around 4pm I haven't heard from Sam . I called him and he said to give him till 6pm. 6 pm came and I still haven't heard from him. The next morning I called asking about what's going on and Sam said and exact words " I'm doing all that I can for you I don't need this SHIT!" So why the fuck would you call me saying you got shit worked out for me, tell me go pick out another car , then say it would be ready for me around 4pm when I left y'all asses alone the first time y'all was giving me the run around and lying!!! I will never ever recommend this dealership! read more

Excellent sales and subsequent customer service. Every staff person I met was friendly and professional. A special thanks to Sam who did everything he promised and was not a hard core sales person. Good place to buy. Bought my wife's tsx from them. Had to work hard on negotiation part, but got what i wonted.

I went to purchase a car I have in writing all the things they said they would fix they never fixed now refused to fix they sold me a warranty that they claimed could be refunded for us to call and find out there is a 9 page warranty claim saying no refunds they only showed us 3 pages out of the 9 I have spoken to people who have worked their in the past to find out they tell their employees to lie to customers about the cars and the cars history they handed me the keys to a car to test drive at the time I had no ID. On me they let us take the car to drive very sketch the car had a big tranny leak they must have cleaned it and then the next day told us there was no leak today the leak has gotten worse we cannot cancel our 2 year warranty I will never recommend this place I hope no one comes here to buy a car always go with a certified dealership with pin point inspection our car had illegal tint they sold to us we got pulled over went to court paid to get the tint removed they have not paid us for that when we told them before we bought it ,that it was not okay with the state they didn't care the customer service is terrible they don't call back no matter what when you need service done they hold your car for hours and nothing gets done please don't waste your time here read more

Worst car dealership EVER ! I went to this guy name Kevin and he sold me a used car and lied about everything. He told me the heat and a/c worked ....that was a lie none of it worked. He told me there wasn't an oil leak ....that was a lie the oil was leaking from a seal which I had to pay a THOUSAND dollars to get fixed. I had to put so much work into the car I brought from this dealership ball joints, wheel bearings, ABS senors, O2 senors, brakes, and a new radiator. When they sold me the car it had a brand new inspection sticker ....which was def illegal because there was no way possible it could pass inspection. A couple of days later my check engine light came on after I brought the car. All they did was turn the check engine light off and told me nothing was wrong with the car. And to throw salt in the wound as I was paying for the car and leaving out everyone was smiling in my face telling me "I brought a good car". SMH snakes in the grass. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE EVER !!!! don't care how good the deal sounds there all liars. Dear Car Choice I hate your guts. read more

Bought 2008 dodge ram from sister store car choice II. Virginia beach VA. First the mechanic there told my wife the first time we brought it back im talkin 2 days after we took it home. He told her we never even had this truck in shop for prep before sale. It had a check engine light that came on while we were driving it home . we brought it back to the dealer. Mechanic said all fixed, all he did was clear the code. I could have done that with my obd II scanner myself. When we pointed that out to dealership, they did nothing about it. All they kept saying is there is nothing wrong with truck. While there we did get oil changed mechanic said oil was like sludge and looked like it had not been changed in a long time. They also sold truck with tpms but no sensors in the tires. So my light wont go out. Now u can buy from these crooks if u want. But i wouldnt go anywhere near this dealer. read more
