I recently approached this dealership to solicit a quote on a 2026 new Infiniti. I also approached 8 other dealerships across the state and a couple out of state just over the border. I've purchased a lot of vehicles, new and used, in my life and I take the same approach most times...We're buying in the next 48 to 72 hours, I want your best quote out the door, I will provide one feedback if you follow-up, and then I make my decision. In this case here, although I directed my inquiry to the General Manager or the New Car Sales Manager, I apparently received a message from one of the salesman with a quote. He then quickly followed up the same day wanting to know where he stood. I am not putting his name here but I do have it in my records. I let him know that, at that time, he was the highest priced. The highest dealer processing fee, the smallest discount on the car, and I let him know the lower out the door price I had from other dealers. As is unfortunately common, rather than trying to compete, I received a snarky response that if other dealers are "bleeding" money and taking a loss, they can have the deal. Oh, and they are "selling the car at invoice." Don't you love that one that they always pull out? I just love it when car salesmen insult the prices other dealers are doing. Gee, I guess these dealerships that have been in business in some cases longer than the salesman has even been an adult, but I'm to believe they don't know what they are doing. I wrote back and asked if he wanted to check with his GM before making a final decision. From there, we go down hill. He says he would not waste his GM's time with a ridiculous offer, and he then started insulting me stating they don't change the price of the cars to fit my budget and clearly I can't afford this new car and I should look at used cars. He then proceeded to send me links to used cars and older model years. Keep in mind, of the 8 dealerships I approached, 4 of them agreed to match the lowest offer I had received. Matching of course doesn't do me one bit of good. I'm always puzzled why a dealership thinks "Matching" an offer gets them something. If anything, the dealer that gave me the lowest number the first time should be rewarded for doing it. When you can't or won't, you just insult the other dealers and apparently the customer as well. In any event, according to the salesman here, all those other dealers are idiots and don't know how to run a business. I wonder if the GM at this dealership would have wanted a chance to make a deal. I wrote a check for the 2026 new Infiniti we were looking for earlier this week to another dealership for $68,350. Apparently I was supposed to pay about $2,000 more to this dealer because, well, they don't drop their prices and would rather insult me and claim I can't afford the car. Ha! read more

My friend just got her car a State Inspection at Priority Infiniti. She was told she needed new wipers as they were torn and streaking. Less than 80 days prior, new Bosch wipers had been installed. When the tech was told this he went silent, then offered to show me the old wipers. Wasn't allowed to go with him but when he returned both wipers were torn. Both were checked before leaving home. Neither was torn and there had been no streaking. This added $105 to the bill. read more

I came to Priority Infiniti with a big problem with my car. It was turning off when it coasted or idles. I was very scared to drive it but I got up the courage and started driving towards the Priority early Saturday morning. I called as I was on the way hoping they could squeeze me in. The service manager (his name escapes me) was great and told me he could do it. When I arrived I was greeted by the woman I spoke with on the phone and she gave me some paperwork to fill out. Jacob was the mechanic that was assigned to my car and he was fantastic. Both Jacob and the service manager took really good care of me by explaining what they found and how to avoid issues like I had in the future (avoiding after market parts lol). Not once with either person I talked to did I feel unimportant or silly. They all did a great job getting to my car in a timely manner. I was prepared to spend a lot more time than I did at the dealership. So I was happy happy! I cannot leave this review without mentioning the waiting room and bathroom. There was a fancy coffee maker that made some great coffee. The bathrooms were very clean and taken care of. I felt confident in their ability to take great care of my car. DO NOT FINANCE WITHIN PRIORITY INFINITI! ***MILITARY BEWARE IF YOU ARE REGISTERING IT OUT OF STATE!*** Four trips, two loans (the first loan amount and tax rate was WRONG), four paper plates, and 89 DAYS LATER I FINALLY RECEIVED MY PLATES FOR A CERTIFIED 2021 INFINITI! It is terrible when you consider and ask the general manager for a REFUND. 26June2022 from get-go my relationship with Infiniti was not the best, as I was informed from the sales' rep that the sales' manager would not go down on the price of the 2021 Q50, but going to "Raise the price on 01July2022" as it was going to be a new month. My family has purchased three brand new Infiniti's from other dealerships and never told this especially with this rudeness. 30June2022 I get a call from the salesman that they are willing to go down as it is the last day of the month, now I am felt like a yo-yo but at this point continue the deal. That evening we race to the dealership and meet Vince, the finance manager, and this was the worst of it. I handed him my driver's license and he misspelled my name not once, not twice, but THREE times and had to re-print on the spot. After we had my name correct, he then MISPELLED my street name TWO TIMES, and after a total time of THREE TIMES with him we left and were on our way. Roughly on approximately 30July2022 I receive a call from Vince (finance manager) saying he made a MISTAKE on the math and tax information. So now the loan was going to be paid off but I needed to go BACK IN AND RE SIGN new documents. As we were about to hang up I asked if the payment was going to go up by any amount, and he said yes it was going to go up $18 a month, so misleading and ONLY INFORMED ME AS I ASKED. Roughly on approximately 03August2022 I spoke to the general manager Dave Catacora to explain my lack of confidence in running back to Chesapeake now that I located over the bridge. He apologized and offered to refill a free tank of gas, which was a kind gesture, but I am still unsure how that is supposed to solve an incorrect loan calculation and now my payment going up by 18$ for 60 months. Needless to say, I went in and asked Vince If I needed to do anything on my end or when my payment would be due. He said just follow up with my bank in a few weeks or so. I got my tank of gas along with my new HIGHER payment, I also asked Vince for my second pair of paper plates as my previous ones were expired. Roughly on approximately 30August2022 Vince called me and explained that I now owed not my bank but, Priority Infiniti $523. I laughed and asked what exactly for (again I had to ask all the details since he continues to leave them out) and he explained to not delay or get a "late payment" they (PRIORITY INFINITI) paid my monthly payment for August and now I owed the dealership. I told him I was not going to pay this, and they needed to figure this out, as my loan (number one) was showed paid off and I did not currently have a second loan. This was never explained even when I ASKED all of these questions prior, Vince then proceeding to let me speak with the GM Dave Catacora again. When speaking to Mr. Catacora (AGAIN) later that day, he tended to not really have a response and I felt like I was annoying him. I explained that this was truly a nightmare process from the get go and now Vince was asking for a "payment" that he "made" and when I explained that this made no sense as I called my bank and it did not correlate. I vividly remember him asking me point blank, and this is the part that got me "What do you want me to do?". So instead of offering to refund this to me, or show adequate proof, or even call the bank on a phone call I just explained I was not paying it and MY PLATES WERE EXPIRED (now needed my THIRD PAIR OF PAPERPLATES). He later called me back and apologized and overnighted me my plates. I explained I was relocating to Florida and needed my plates forwarded to my Florida address, and I gave him the address. 24September2022 again, I had to call Priority Infiniti from Florida (active duty Navy now relocated to Florida) asking about my plates. Come to find out they had not contacted Texas DMV to find and update. Priority Infiniti has been a TRUE HEADACHE since the start. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE and am puzzled how they are even a dealership, especially a LUXURY dealership at that. 27September2022 (89 days later) I finally received my plates. I am giving the Priority Infiniti service department 0 stars (I had to put 1 star) as their customer service has gone from bad to worse. They are slow and disrespectful. If you say that you are leaving the area while your car is being serviced, they consider that as you don't care when your car will be ready. I had an appointment on March 5, 2025, and after two hours, they still had not started on the car. They said they were calling and no one answered...but they were calling the wrong number. I have been getting my car serviced there for over 10 years, and have not changed the number, and no one has ever said that they had the number in the system wrong, as that was the excuse they gave me. I believe they had the wrong ticket attached to the wrong customer, but they did not want to admit that because when I asked them to show me where my car was, they took me to the wrong car. As I was talking to them, one decided to listen to his voice mail and the other one was either texting or looking at texts. I'm TOTALLY in LOVE with this dealership AND 99% of its staff. This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I left a message and Opal called me back VERY QUICKLY and gave me her DIRECT number as well as PROFUSELY apologized for no one answering the phone. Upon bringing my QX80 in to be diagnosed WITHOUT an appointment. I was POLITELY greeted by Opal who walked into the service bay to meet AND greet me!I filled out ONE sheet of paperwork and left. Later that night AFTER 6:35 pm I received two calls from Sayeed to let me know what the problem was. Due to the service department closing at 5:00 pm I didn't expect anyone to call so LATE so I didn't answer the phone. YES, their service department stays LATE to ensure EXCELLENT AND EXPEDITIOUS customer service. Upon speaking with Sayeed the next morning he let me know what the problem was. He was HONEST and didn't attempt to sell me any services/ products that I didn't NEED. I even asked him about software updates THREE TIMES and he told me that it wasn't necessary right now. He told me how much what I needed done would cost and told me it would be done in 2-3 hours. I was TOTALLY AMAZED. I was anticipating a long wait and an exorbitant fee but it was ONLY $92.00!!! I picked up my car the next morning and was in and out quickly. Dennis did a phenomenal job fixing the problem and my car runs smoothly. The battery voltage meter now shows the correct voltage and isn't "fluttering" like before! Thank you Dennis. I had a great & seamless experience with this dealership. They diagnosed AND fixed my problem in UNDER 24 hours. I recommend this dealership 1000%!!!! The staff were clean and well groomed. 99% of your staff were ULTRA polite and efficient. The lobby, waiting area & service bay are super clean and bright. The bathroom was also very clean and tidy. Thank you all for making me feel like a VALUED AND RESPECTED customer . Now for the only negative interaction: I arrived Tuesday late morning 3 Oct. The "greeter" at the desk upon entering the building should NOT be the FIRST person one encounters when entering this place of EXCELLENCE. I don't know who hired her nor how she is still there. I'm just updating on my last review about a month ago. I have now reached out to the administration for the owners of Priority. There has been no return call by the Owners or the admin team. I have left 3 voicemails for on separate days. This service was also soo botched that they have not even sent the follow up courtesy call that they always do at Priority to rate your service experience. This service happened on 11/18/20 and no representative has stepped up to explain why this has gone differently. And it has gotten to the point that the owner and owners reps will not return multiple Voicemails to discuss why this dealership is able to operate out of the normal Priority operating system. Careful, when something goes wrong at this dealer, you will be in your own, don't let the happy faces fool you, it has been 3 years of relationship with them, they don't care, this is the worst, costing me time and money, and most of all safety, attorney's say the lawsuit building here is getting quite strong, as the administrative office for the owner is not even responding and they are handling this out of typical protocol. They will never return calls, or give status updates on vehicles, and will blatantly ignore calls if it's within 30 minutes of closing. Aesthetically among the nicest dealerships I've ever visited in Hampton Roads with a well designed layout in contemporary stylings and finishes including stone, marble, and glass. It's smaller than most but every inch I saw was spotless. Today my youngest son and I parked in their well marked lot where an employee politely welcomed us from a distance (not overbearing); I asked for the parts counter and he insisted on escorting us inside after learning it was my first ever visit. There's a central greeting room, staffed by an employee, that funnels you into the sales side (left) or service waiting side (right). The sales showroom floor is clean and well lit with a grand piano and lots of vehicles, perhaps too many in that space! The service area hosts the retail parts counter, glassed service advisor offices, gender specific restrooms, water fountain, couches, tables, chairs, cable HDTV, large windows to see the work being performed in the 10 service bays, wall mounted HDTV showing specials and bar counters with charging ports. Free concessions include bottles of water, can soda, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit and a variety of prepackaged snack/granola bars. I rang the parts counter bell, as instructed; Mike appeared and offered very good customer service. He had the part pre-pulled (as requested over the phone) and patiently answered other questions about my daughter's 17 year old QX4. Price was what he quoted over the phone and payment via credit card was a breeze. I can't comment on sales or service but I can say the part I bought wasn't locally available anywhere else and was priced adequately (for a dealer). How many master Nissan techs does it take to replace a valve cover gasket? I was told it's 5 (that's the punchline) but I know this to be untrue because the receptionist conveyed to me that only 2 techs were working that week, and by the atrocious lack of competence displayed by those that did service my vehicle. My car was running when I drove it in (obviously) and when I returned after being informed that the repairs were done, I was told that my car no longer ran due to a sensor issue that didn't exist prior their "service." After attempting to reason with the incredibly smug general manager and service representatives, explaining that i should not be charged for additional repairs that were caused by their negligence, I was told that my options were to either tow my car away, or let them charge me to fix their mistake. Following this dead-end conversation, I called in a master tech of my own. He came in, took the keys for the service reps, diagnosed my car, and determined that it did in fact run. For those of you playing along at home, that's the second time they have lied to me. After further diagnosis, the wiring harness was so badly mangled (perfect condition prior to their service) that a new one will need to be installed. Sensors were left disconnected because the clips were broken off out of carelessness, Sensitive computer hardware was left exposed, And as a result, there are more problems with my car than before they got their untrained and negligent hands all over it. My air intake was also hastily ground against metal fasteners leaving awful scratches all over it and they didn't even put it back in correctly. In summary, everything that they could have messed up, they did and then some. If you care about the functionality of your car whatsoever, you'll steer clear of this disgrace to the car world. Priority INFINITI of greenbrier is a chop shop with a nice lobby. I'd trust the dealership from Matilda before I ever went here again. read more

SCAM! Literally was charged $300 to have nothing done. Service Department is not recommended. (Background info) I brought a 2001 infiniti i30 as a commuter car and have been having issues with the Air conditioning. I replaced every component in the system and tried everything with no luck before reading forums about how a failed ambient temp sensor would prevent the compressor from kicking on. The ambient temperature was reading -22F. I replaced this sensor and it still read -22F. At this point I figured I'd take it to the "experts" because with no blown fuses and a new sensor still reading bad i figured that it had to be a wiring issue behind the dash. I dropped the car off explaining all of this and explicitly stated that I only wanted the ambient temperature sensor fixed/ troubleshot and was quoted $150. (The problems) After a few days i was called and told that they would need more time to diagnose the A/c system because "there was signs of freon leakage on several componenets."(probably untrue) I reminded them that I only asked about the sensor and that the signs of leakage were likely from parts being taken off and put back on from earlier troubleshooting. They said that they understood now and would only focus on getting the ambient temperature to read regardless of whether this fixed the A/c. A week later they called saying that it would require more time to troubleshoot and asked questions about where I purchased the new sensor from. I consented to another $150 for the additional time thinking that progress was at least being made now. A few days later they called and said that they were at a standstill and would need more time to take the dash apart and that it wouldn't be worth going any further because infiniti no longer makes the parts that it could potentially be. They explained that the autozone sensor that i used to replace it may be having communication issues with the system or there may be some electrical issue under the dash. So in summary, I took my car in because replacing a sensor didn't work and I suspected an electrical issue behind the dash, and $300 later a few weeks without the car was told that there possibly is a problem with the sensor or an electrical issue behind the dash. If parts were not available to fix my car subsequently making it not worth troubleshooting, one would think that information should have been shared before stealing my money. read more

Worst service experience of my life. Bought an $80000 x80 and sunroof was broken after two-three weeks. Took about 5-6 weeks to get it fixed after dropping it off and getting a loaner because of needing to order more parts (4 times I think)! About every week they would call and tell us they forgot to order some things. Then we were told they would detail the car and it wasn't vacuumed or washed. The only thing they told us week after week was they were frustrated and they were sorry. There was absolutely nothing done to compensate us for a 6 week wait on a window repair. Expectation of service in a reasonable amount of time was definitely not met. I would never come to this dealership again for service and recommend everyone to stay away as well. read more

This place has some serious management issues. There are no other local dealerships so my options are very limited. Last time I was in for an appointment it took over 3 hours to change the wheels. Even worse, they revved my car to the limit multiple times until I sent the person from the counter to complain. They apologized and got the service manager who seemed to blow it off like nothing at all. I filed a complaint on the follow up survey with Infiniti with my contact information but they never got back to me. Right now I am trying to call the service department and spent over an hour with multiple calls just to set an appointment. Before moving to the new location they would at least pick up the phone. My previous Infiniti dealers in Maryland and Chicago had none of these issues. I do give a second star because once work is done it seems to be done well. read more

I called in for a estimate 2 days prior on window motor replacement the lady was nice she transfered me to the parts department so that I can ask the parts employee if they had the part which to this day im still trying to figure out why? I was transferred back over to set up a appointment for 1030 am for a window motor install, and a recall on a airbag. So two days later I arrive at the dealership with the with the impression that because I set up a appointment i should be priority for that time slot, and I should be out no longer than two hours. So intially the service rep was being pretty cool. I let him know I already set up appointment about window motor and airbag recall. I asked him how long it would take he said 2 to 2 1/2 hours i was like ok. I also let him know that i was staying until car was completed. So two hours passed and no one came to give update so i went to service rep asked him how everything was going. He seemed agitated went to the back told me everything is good and that they were working on airbag. I was like coo. I went back to lounge and continued to watch HGTV in their lounge. So to make a very very long story short. At the 4 hr mark I went back to the rep at this point im like sir how long is it going to take. He gets a attitude with me saying i dont like to tell people ETA because if im wong you keep coming up to me. I was like can you please give me a estimate he was like a hour and a half. What i didnt know at the time but now i do he was talking about the air bag....they didnt even start on the window yet. So im outside i see a random mechanic i asked him is he working on my G35 he says yes. He said we just finished your airbag i was like ok so I went inside to the rep he doesnt acknowledge me. He just keeps his head down adding up numbers which i later realize is my work order. At this point I have been there 6 hrs when I was told 2 to 2 1/2, but i keep my cool. He proceeds in telling me the price of the window and how much it would cost. In my head im like i know how much it cost i set up a appointment for that to be done. They havent even started on window yet at the 6 hr mark. I asked him how long would that take he says 1 to 1 1/2 hours im steaming inside but i dont show it i keep my cool. So doing all this time he never gives me a heads up, he never puts me at ease, or give me update he leaves me hanging. He was the worst service rep i have ever seen in all my years. The only people that was nice to me were the sales reps i never once told them my situation. Doing their down time they would come over and we talked sports they were awesome. Kudos to the sales team. So i finally get out of there at like 630pm got home at like 8 because I was coming from Williamsburg. Terrible terrible experience service rep was a bad representative of your business and should be fired. read more

Made 2 trips in one week and both times Service was great. 2nd visit the repair was fast despite the fact they were short 4 techs and my SUV was fixed and repaired in a lot less time than was expected. Jackson, my service advisor was great ...he explained what was actually wrong with my vehicle (because I concluded it something different) what was needed and any collateral damage that needed to be repaired also. Kept me informed on the status of a part that had to be ordered to repair my vehicle. Very pleased with the service I received. read more

I have been a Infiniti owner since 1999. Several cars later Charles Barker sold his dealership to Priority. In the beginning with Priority they treated this luxury brand and its customers with zero consideration and even took away the perks we have become accustomed too like automatic loaner vehicles for all service and service updates. I originally gave Priority a pass as this was their first luxury brand and was learning how to run this type of dealership. Priority doesn't seem to understand that people buy luxury vehicles not only for the vehicles but for the white glove service we have become accustom to receiving. Anyway years later they still fail miserably in that department. In my recent visit for service I had a 9am appointment for Wednesday and dropped the car off the night before. The next day around 4:00pm and not hearing a word from the service advisor .. I decided to call to see when my car would be ready. When they finally picked up the phone I was told it hasn't even been looked at yet and probably will not be until tomorrow. No phone call ... no updates ... no nothing from them ... during the entire day before my 4pm call. Thanks to them I had to inconvenience people to get to work the next day. The next day I finally get my car out of service around 3pm. I go pick my car up and no service advisor comes out to review my paperwork. Instead the cashier checks me out and hands me my keys. I ask you don't drive the car around anymore. She looked at me and told me where my car is parked on the lot. Four hundred and fifty two dollar service bill with no offer of a discount for my troubles or even an in person apology from anyone. Well, I have enjoyed my Infiniti cars over the years but I will be jumping brands because of Priority when I am ready to buy again.
