This was far from a classy place without a line out the door during the week which made it even more alarming. Interesting experience as our last taste of Philly.

While My Loup's menu frequently changes--stated on their website as changing daily--there are some items that seem to stay consistent. The Green Garlic 'Escar-roll' seems to be a staple menu item. And for a good reason! Who would have thought a garlic knot of bread in a green sauce could be so tasty. A lot of other menu items went above and beyond expectations like the apple stuffed cabbage with winter crunch and the roast chicken. On the flip side, the pickled shrimp with aioli and saltines is a popular menu item that I found very uninteresting.
