We checked this out because my friend was pretty stoked to have me try their wine slushy. I was also very excited, so we gave it a go. The area this is in was cool, you get a view of all the trees if you go to the patio area. We were given a menu and had the slushie. It was, meh. Unfortunately, I really did not like it. I was also upset they gave it to us in a plastic cup. I fancy a glass please. We tried one other red and that was also okay. This is another instagram worthy place. The drinks were good and looked picture ready. The food was bland but also picture worthy. The service was ok but not worth a 75 dollar tip. She did try her hardest to get everything everyone wanted right the first time but it was fine. There was a lot of people and a lot of different parties going on. Chateau Diana is one of the more kid friendly wineries I've had the pleasure of visiting in Sonoma County. Our last visit was for the free Easter event put on by Chateau Diana, my friend and I stopped by with the kiddos and had brunch and slushees. Total party of 6. 2 adults and 4 kiddos. The Easter bunny was a total hit, interacting with a kids and had the best energy! We did get to the egg hunt a little late so most of the eggs had been picked already. This didn't stop staff from going above and beyond for the kiddos that missed out which we appreciated. The face painter they had was so talented and great with the kids, (I even exchanged contact info with her in hopes to have her at one of our corporate events). There was one other vendor on site selling cookies that the kids loved. Staff was friendly and attentive but busy keeping up with the demand (it was a busy day!). We ordered two brunch platers for the kids and just enjoyed our Easter drinking champagne and watching the kids play. I often forget that kid inclusive wineries can also be fun lol. The kids left hyped on sugar and we left happy they were happy. Great family event! 10/10. read more

Am I missing something? Took my family from out of town here because they wanted to try the slushies. We frequently go wine tasting all over Sonoma and Napa county. I understand this is different kind of place. The slushies were fine. Very sweet but we specifically went here because we had some non wine drinkers in the group. The ambiance wasn't very good. Looks like they have nicer seating area based off their online photos but we didn't see it. We had a party of 9 and they had a few high top metal tables pushed together on a small patio. Service was fine. The food was absolutely terrible. I was actually embarrassed when they brought it out. This is where I chose to take my family for lunch? With all the amazing wineries and food options available here?$30 for some frozen apps they stuck in the toaster oven? That are literally thrown on a paper plate with a plastic cup full of cheap nacho cheese sauce? Chips with Tostitos salsa dumped on top. What?! Look on their instagram. Nothing looks even remotely close to what we were served. I wish we had pics of everything else. We spent $600 here and can't even get a real plate. Crazy. To top it all off we weren't paying attention that the gratuity was already included and ended up accidentally leaving a $155 tip. That's on us but just made the experience that much worse. Getting service here is extremely difficult. We were in line and were completely ignored for a long time and had to get our own menus while the white family behind us was immediately greeted and given menus. The charcuterie board is very over priced and not worth it, the wine slushies are very bitter but the cotton candy champagne was very good. We were in Healdsburg for a birthday weekend and wanted to try something unique such as the drinks at this place! Of course Wine Slushies are unique but the Sparkling wine and Cotton Candy topping is definitely what I wanted to try after being tempted by looking at some pictures. We walked in early morning without a reservation and they had plenty of outdoor patio tables available. Those are all high chairs by the way, and I did have my kid who doesn't walk yet so all this while I had to keep holding on to him which was a little too much given the heat! We were referred to this winery by a girl at the front desk of where we were staying in Calistoga. This winery was smaller than I expected but has beautiful trees, plants flowers around. There was no seating that was in the sun when we arrived (it was cold and windy!!) but right when we were about to leave, the management offered to open up the back patio for us and it was game on! This place is known for wine slushies, i noticed alot of young folk enjoying those. I personally like just the classic red wines so ordered the red flight and also the pinot that ended up being like a rose'. They have a taco truck on site and i ordered 2 plates of the carne asade tacos that came with slices of potatoes as well! The view of the vineyard across the street is beautiful and we enjoyed our time here and ended up getting the bottle of 707 Zinfandel. I visited here with a couple of friends after seeing so many posts on IG, and we had high expectations. After having the first sip, pure disappointment. Honestly, the slushies were disgusting, it made me sad. I've been recommending and visiting chateau Diana for many years now and always love the relaxed unwinding vibes that the entire property embodies. From the adorable custom parking spots titled things like "love" or "time for wine" you are greeted by a smile before even leaving your car. Inside is a adorable store front with lots of nick knacks and goodies for any wine enthusiast and ironically, a lots of engagement type gifts, such as bride to be or doomed groom. Out the back is a lovely patio that overlooks some beautiful Vineyards and offers a very casual winetasting experience. This place is known for its wine slushy's that are an absolute treat during any of the summer heat, but most surprising and exciting for me. Was there addition of hot apple cider, and a mulled wine that we're both nice and toasty on a brisk autumn day. (Can't decide? ask for samples!) I consider this place a must stop and see, especially because it is so much more casual than many of their environments, and allows you to truly relax, unwind, and smile without the price hikes and pressure! It's such a fun place to be on a hot day and enjoy their wine slushy. The slushy were too sweet for my preference. They have a food menu, but they were out of the stuff that we ordered. Hold up! Check out this review beforehand :) So this place was pretty awesome! If more people new about it then I guarantee it would be a bigger destination winery. If you're into white wines, wine flavored slushees and champagne this is the place for you. The gem of this place is definitely their wine slushees. No other place is doing it quite like this. Every couple of weeks they switch up the flavors and this week they're featuring peach mango, watermelon and grape. Not only are the flavors cool but they also give you cute toppings of candy and/or edible glitter which gives those slushees an extra pop! But the fun doesn't stop there..they even have good music and great snacks like pizza and sandwiches to chow down on. Morale of the story is if you're into wine country skip the tourist trap in Napa and head to this place in Healdsburg! Also if you can get Cheyenne! Ambiance is great. This winery has a very nice outdoor seating area. I tried and enjoyed their lemon lavender slushy although it was a little too sweet. It was the bee problem, the service and the confusion for me. We came in anticipation of a great time but it was not that. They did mentioned they had a bee problem but knowing many people came from far to come try their infamous slushes you won't turn away because it took a good 2 hours to get there. The bees were disturbing and so much so one got into my drink....yuck. the drinks are really pretty pretty pricy and sweet but didn't realize until I got up to leave that it did have me feeling lovely lol. We picked a perfect day to visit. It was nice and warm and surprisingly our allergies wasn't acting up. This place is so relaxing. We chose to eat in the picnic area and it was nice. We had a shaded spot. The only thing that sucked about the place was the WiFi. But then again, that's okay right? We're suppose to enjoy ourselves and conversation with each other. So, my husband and in other ordered the pink hibiscus slushy. It was pretty good. Except for the fact that we didn't think we would actually catch a buzz off one. My husband ordered another drink which was the lavender slushy. That was okay. We ended up ordering another pink hibiscus. Donovan had the non alcoholic raspberry slushy. As for food, my son had the mushroom pizza from their kitchen while me and my husband ordered burritos from the taco trick they had there. He had the chicken Cheetos burrito while I had a regular chicken burrito. The food was good. The service we got was fantastic. We learned in the end that our servers were mother and daughter. I come for the wine slushees! Never actually tried the wine here. Great venue nice staff. I wish the wine slushees looked how they did online. You see them all fancy and dressed up on FB then you go in and it's just a slushee in a cup so not great for pics and never what you think your gonna get but they are tasty. This is not your average winery. It was pretty and secluded, but you're not really looking out at the vineyards like most wineries. We went here the day before Halloween and were stoked about the Halloween themed wine slushees! We ended up getting several slushees, and blending the flavors they currently had - grapefruit, blue raspberry and vanilla. I also loved the little brain gummies they topped them with. Cute little place with a very nice staff! We sat at the bar and we ordered the pretzels which were the perfect snack while trying some wine slushies! I got the eggnog one which is SO GOOD! The peppermint one was also good and tasted like a candy cane! The last one which was like apple spice was okay but not my favorite compared to the others! Overall great experience and will visit again with some friends! Update: Returned here a couple days ago and had a very great time again! The wine slushies changed to Lilly (their signature purple wine) peach and blue raspberry! I got the peach slushie and we got the bread, olive and oil for a little snack!
