From the managers down to the tellers- I feel at home whenever I visit this branch. They are not only friendly and remember you aa a customer, but regardless of my financial needs they have been able to help me with my needs- from traveling in Africa to closing and opening accounts and using their app for paying bills. I've walked into other bank branches only to see they were short on tellers and had a winding line of clients. NOT HERE! Whether you see a teller or one of the managers, your wait is brief.
