I cancelled my service today due to a competitor offering a better speed & pricing. Cancellation with Frontier took about 17 minutes, which was ok as I understood they would try to sell me another plan with 'better' pricing. However, I still cancelled and they are charging me what was explained to me as a standard $50 for shipping and handling for me to return my equipment...when other companies offer free drop off at the end of service! For this reason alone I would not recommend Frontier. I will go to my socials and spread the word of this $50 fee when Frontier has already collected thousands from me over the years.

Once there we had to wait 15 minutes because they didn't tell us before hand that we could checked in online. I mean it is what it is at this point. We were 10th in line. This was around 12:40pm. On top of everything, Everyone coming in was being told to "go to the UPS store to exchange their equipment ", so you guys just don't want to do this? we are paying for the fastest internet. And they said they don't carry that type of modem in store? Excuse me? Is it just this store or all because when we first got spectrum at a different location we didn't have that problem. Anywho, after wasting 30 min we just left. Around almost 3:00 pm we get a text saying we are next in line. So glad we left. When i had equipment malfunctions and needed tech support, I noticed my bill I was getting charged for a DVR. When i talked to the help desk on how to use it, we discovered I did not actually have it or the cable box needed to access a DVR.
