Called Derek to Install3 car garage door .. sent his son who did a terrible job. did not use new…read morehardware as promised. I called because there was bending after 1 month on the railings again son came out.. The garage door has windows and the struts were installed visibly blocking window again I called and was told by Derek that that was only option for installing ( which was lie) door finally came off track after 2 months. Derek said my husband probably did it... called home warranty company to replace garage door opener and upon inspection it was pointed out all of the errors of my garage door installation... the railings were not even , brackets on bottom where garage closes was not installed, rails were upside down.. where there should have been 4 screws only 2 was used to secure brackets at top... on the single door insulation there were no stuts installed at all!!... I had to hire another garage door company to correct what Calhouns didn't do ...when I called Derek he was very defensive and belligerent.. and blamed the other company of just trying to make money... accountability and professionalism are definitely out the door with this company!!!!!

This young man(Phillip) came on short notice to replace a wall outlet that had my Tesla only…read morepartially charging. Not only did he replace the outlet, but he noticed that the wiring was the wrong gauge (8 instead of 6), and that the wires were wrapped with the wrong casing and not wrapped all the way back to the box and the cover was for a dryer outlet. He left and got the extra stuff needed. Cut the sheetrock to make sure the outlet was snug and after working, HE vacuumed all the residue stuff on the floor (even tho my garage wasn't the tidiest) Courteous, Conscientous and competent! NO-SHOWED APPOINTMENT…read more I wish I could give them LESS than one star. My first clue should have been when their number was answered with "hello"! I waited a week for an appointment as they were "understaffed" that week. I was told I would be taken care of "first thing Monday morning" - actual appointment was for 9:30am. At 10:30am, no one has shown up and I have received no calls. I called the office and was told my technician called in sick over the weekend, BUT they got a sub. "If he has not shown up or called you by now - maybe he can't make it. I guess I will have to call him". After about 10 minutes Mr Olsen called back and INFORMED me that the tech was "not going to be able to make it today" and we would have to reschedule. I don't think so. I called Fisk Electric 972-466-0900 at 11am SAME DAY. They were here at the appointment time of 1pm SAME DAY. My issue was handled by 2pm SAME DAY. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OLSEN.
