The worse spectrum store possible. There is a queue we need to follow. Employees are answering in any kind of order. Almost an hour wait and people that came in after me were seen before me. Horrible store. Wouldn't suggest coming to this location especially if you don't want to wait nearly 2 hours. Had an issue with our equipment. Spoke to someone online and they said to head to the store to do an equipment exchange. Once there we had to wait 15 minutes because they didn't tell us before hand that we could checked in online. I mean it is what it is at this point. We were 10th in line. This was around 12:40pm. On top of everything, Everyone coming in was being told to "go to the UPS store to exchange their equipment ", so you guys just don't want to do this? we are paying for the fastest internet. And they said they don't carry that type of modem in store? Excuse me? Is it just this store or all because when we first got spectrum at a different location we didn't have that problem. Anywho, after wasting 30 min we just left. Around almost 3:00 pm we get a text saying we are next in line. So glad we left. I ended up chatting with someone else online instead and I'm glad I did because I would have just been there sitting wasting time. To the young lady who helped me online , thank you. They told me to wait 30/40 minutes, which is fine. I waited about an hour and a half. I was in line, but my name got dropped because the other people weren't there physically, but they moved them back into the spots in front of me. Spectrum has outages regularly that last 12 hours or more. They do not provide updates on when the issue will be resolved. I do not recommend Spectrum to anyone... unless you are someone who enjoys internet that is down quite often and very poor customer service. read more

This is the worst provider we have ever had. Our internet never works there is always an outage it never fails. We have had an outage every single day for over a month and a half and every other day for some months now. They do not really care much about the clients only the bill being paid. Got rid of cable through them because it kept going on now the internet has to go as well I guess. I do not recommend this company at all period. Not the location but the company as a whole. Came in to buy a phone and open a new line. Upon entering I was greeted warmly by Spectrum Specialist Yolanda Gomez Cruz. She was very polite and knowledgeable and told me about discounts and specials that came with my trade. She even switched all my data, contacts and photos over. It took a while but she was very patient and walked me through the process. I absolutely love my new Samsung S24 ultra. Yolanda is a great asset to Spectrum. The store manager requested that I take the empty Spectrum cardboard boxes that I returned my equipment in , to the dumpster, myself, stating they had no way of disposing them?? Spectrum is horrible especially in the Waxahachie area. Save yourself the trouble don't get them. I called to get internet and was told they can deliver it in week or I pick the equipment up. I opted to pick it up thinking I would have internet that day. So I go to the store they tell we don't have the equipment go to another store so I'm drive for a hour. Then I drive to that store and they say they don't have it go to another store. So I drove around for 3 hours. I get home and the shitty as equipment don't work. I call to get help and they tell me I have to wait a week. Meanwhile I run into two or three spectrum workers at my apartment and each of the lazy workers got an excuse while they outside just hanging out in the truck. I get a email a day before saying we ready to start when you activate your equipment or on July 17, 2022, whichever comes first. SMH, how you going charge me for equipment that don't work. So it get to the day they supposed to come nobody show. I call to figure out why they say nobody canceled it was the automated system. how and then they say we can get somebody out tomorrow at 9 or 930 let me get you to the local team. Switch me to somebody else that say I have to wait at home all day they don't know when they going make it . Ok, and while I'm sleep I wake up to a email stating somebody a be out next Thursday. Spectrum is trash find anyone else! Update today: nobody can't come again till tomorrow! read more
