The fajitas were packed with flavor, and the margarita had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a little kick from the chamoy. I will say that this time, the fajitas weren't sizzling when they arrived at the table. They were warm but not hot, which was a little surprising (and yes, I know the water-on-the-skillet trick).
