They are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, intelligent, smart, personable, and accommodating to each customer. Instead I got cell phone voice mail. I thought that was a bit strange. Finally a few hours later I received a call from who I assumed was the owner but he never did clarify. The person I spoke to said they were busy getting a hair cut & that they would look into it afterwards. So I waited and never got a call back! The following day I called that same number no response. So now I'm a little worried because my paypal account says purchase & funds were taken out of my bank account. So I called PayPal & they told me that that the seller email address liked to that PayPal account was not correct so they didn't receive the money (thank god). PayPal then refunded my money back!
