The cashier named Dana was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her tone and behavior completely ruined what should have been a happy moment. Customer service should never make a customer feel disrespected, especially over something so unnecessary. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better training, because no customer deserves to be treated this way--especially on their birthday.
