The whole experience was not good. I ordered online, picked up curbside. She was not nice when she brought my product to me. No hi, no smile. It was here you go. I was wondering how she knew she got the right car. On top of that, they gave me a used rare beauty blush. Like a nasty tester, there was dried up liquid blush on the top around the ring of the tube. So....I'm an avid Sephora shopper online as well as in store . It feels great to be able to shop again , safely of course . But , this is my second time coming into this store this year , feeling as though I'm constantly being watched or asked if I need anything . I'm pretty sure they all heard me being asked before by another associate . I was sniffing fragrances and looked over and caught one of the associates glaring at me . I spend a good amount of money on fragrances and they lost a sale today . And honestly , the selection is a bit sparse . If you look at other reviews , it mirrors what others are saying . I doubt if I come back . Head over to The Scent Room for unique niche scents that puts this store to shame for fragrances . Do better . read more

This location just opened in May 2018 near Sur la Table and TJ Seafood. I stopped by because I didn't want to fight mall parking or mall crowds at North Park. It looks small from the outside but don't let size deceive you! It looks like a regular Sephora on the inside. I needed help with shade matching and was helped by Christi. She was so friendly and approachable. I enjoyed her assistance ! You should definitely check this location out. (The whole shopping center is revamped from early 2000's if you're familiar). read more

Sephora customers at this location Beware: "I purchased over $5,000 worth of makeup and perfume from Sephora , the NORTH PARK location on December 1 for Christmas for my 3 daughters, myself, friends and family. (I know crazy but I like to stock my daughters and myself up for a few months.) My 18 and 21 year old daughters then on January 3 went to the Sephora location at ROYAL and PRESTON. WITH the receipt and the items never opened or used (all still in original packaging) they wanted to return a few items and have the money put back on my credit card . (At my instruction) According to the store sales people the kids were told they could not do the return because it was 2 DAYS past their "30 day return policy" (which is NOWHERE on their receipt.) You have to go to their website to find out. (See photo) Remember this is a CHRISTMAS return. And the girls were doing their returns January 3. (We were out of town for a few days right after the holiday) The store wanted to give them a gift card /store credit. Obviously I had overbought on a few items. And with all I had given them they were not going to need anything for some time so a store credit wasn't a good idea. Remember this is January 3 and they r doing this. (Maybe 7 days after Christmas) I was furious !!!! I then took the items back to the Sephora store at ROYAL /PRESTON (THIS LOCATION) They were soooo rude and were almost annoyed that I had come into their empty store and broke up their conversation time. The POSITiVE side to the story . I went back to the mall location. (NORTH PARK LOCATION) and they were soooo nice and took care of me and put the money back to my credit card. They were so great! So moral of the rant/ post . Do NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. TAKE THE EXTRA TIME AND GO TO THE MALL LOCATION. Just a bit of an add to story not that this should make a difference, but I do a lot of business w Sephora . They could have seen it in my history. (But that is clearly just a side part. Yes!! I can breath again!! My energy is screaming, " I'm free, I'm free, Thank God I'm free! I felt trapped in a box with limited space to move at will. I've never considered myself claustrophobic until today. Nonetheless, the size of the store wasn't the issue. My personal space was invaded X10. Every move I made, someone was in my face or on my back unecessarily, not asking if I needed assistance, just as a domineering adult babysitting a toddler needing constant supervision. Strangely, I was meet at the door which was cracked JUST ENOUGH TO PEEP inside. I was asked " Is there something you need? I explained, I was there to get a specific item and planned to shop around for a few things. The door keeper gets the associate to grab the foundation before opening the door completely. She then informs me they don't give out samples anymore because people abused the privilege in the past. I NEVER ASKED FOR A FREEBIE. I have no idea why that was communicated to me. I foolishly continued inside. I should've left, but I was determined to be served. Once I get inside it gets worse. On EVERY single aisle an associate is blocking the end of it. I have to actually say "excuse me" to get down each aisle with an advisor tailing closely behind me the ENTIRE time. Good freaking grief, I understand keeping everything germ free, but what about my space. What happened to 6 feet apart? Heck, there is a word called boundaries. I should've been in a play pen looking at all the toys nearby, wishing I could play with just one. At this point, I purchased what I came for fearing I would have a tantrum, or fall out in my play pen because the babysitter is holding me hostage in a cage. Needless to say, I have a better appreciation for toddlers now, and why they fall out screaming for dear life. They're really saying, " Let me outta here, you're energy is chocking my vibe!"... The location here is great. Plenty of parking space and not a lot of traffic. Everyone here is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The main service I like to use at Sephora is the full face makeover and I like to try many locations in the metroplex. I felt like this location has less experienced artists or are less confident than the artists I've had in locations such as Northpark. My artist was insecure and kept asking me to look in the mirror and check her work. No tightlining, no mascara before my lashes, no highlighter, and the bronzer she used did not go with my skin color. The service took an hour and a half which is way too long. I felt like I was her first client ever because she just didn't seem very knowledgeable. My friend was also dissatisfied with her makeover and artist. Overall, I would come here to buy products but most likely won't book another makeover service here. read more

Received a packaged from Sephora you that I had ordered through app. The contour stick was broken and I had ordered the wrong eyebrow pencil. This is the nearest Sephora I found. Bought another contour and was even showed how to use it. Yes. I'm just starting to contour. Lol. And they swapped my eyebrow pencil for the right one. Very good and friendly service.
