If that doesnt say how good it is then let me summarize it a little bit. The lobster feels Fresh, the bread its the perfect ratio for the BIG amount of lobster that they put on them, awesome flavors, great service and the price even though at first glance you may say its a little up there... LOOK AT THE PICS! They dont shy on the lobster meat, its well worth it. 'You wont finish the roll and stay with bread on the hand with no lobster, you may finish it and then use the fork for the lobster that fell on the plate' Highly recommend them!

All three of us went for a lamb gyro with fries. There was only one guy working the truck but he worked fast for sure. And how were they? Excellent! They definitely didn't skimp on the meat! I had to eat half of the inside before I could fold it together. The fries were very well seasoned too. Glad to see more food trucks in Amelia and this is one absolutely worth checking out.

The finished meat is sliced to order on a standard deli meat rotary slicer, and goes from the slicer to your sandwich, nachos, taco, etc. In theory, this is all good, but the meat is cooked to a well done, which means it is very dry, and the slicing process seems to produce pieces that are more like shreds than actual slices of beef. To make matters worse, the beef - tho tender - isnt very flavorful The bun it is presented on is good quality, but it is stated that it is a garlic buttered bun and I didnt taste any garlic whatsoever on mine. More like a bun brushed with melted margarine. The mild catsup-y bbq sauce that is included on the side helps with the moisture issue but it also overwhelms the minimal flavor of beef on the sandwich. The potato chips also included with the sandwich help the value proposition a bit - many food trucks charge extra for sides, even chips - but these are straight from a Kroger bag, nothing special, just filler Service is on the slow side. Expect to wait 2-3 minutes per person ahead of you. I ordered the sandwich, which came with a side of chips and drink. Cost $10. Now I've had Tri tip before so I know how flavorful it would be, but man this flavor was spot on!! I don't even know how to truly describe how amazing it tastes except that all the spices meshed perfectly. The Tri tip was super tender and not dry. It came with a side of bbq but not sure why you would need it!! Overall so glad I finally got a chance to try and will recommend to others!!!

I ordered a Connecticut role deemed as the classic role with warm meat, butter, and lemon on a new England roll. The roll was small, with 2 hearty chunks of lobster. I also ordered the lobster tots. The tots came with chopped lobster, cilantro lime sauce, pico de gallo, and a lime wedge. I'm not a tots fan, but the sauce and pico really took the dish to another level. Although I prefer french fries over tots, I will order this dish again. I enjoyed my food from Cousins Maine Lobster. I'm not sure I will get the roll again, but I'll give them another chance in the future to try the grilled cheese. I spent a little over $30 for the roll and tots. Living in FL, I have my go to places for comparable lobster rolls and dishes at a cheaper price. I understand this lobster is from Maine so there's added cost associated with that. I guess we were expecting it to be a little bigger and a little better for the price. It was ok but not worth what is being charged. We both got the warm with butter lobster roll. We each also got the lobster bisque when my husband went back out for more food because we were both still hungry after eating the roll. I also had the Root Beer. I think the root beer was the best part of the meal. It was really good. The lobster tasted good and only some of it was rubbery. I wouldn't seek them out again.
