The food seemed like most chain Hispanic restaurants and was ok but I was more than a lil disappointed in service both times we went there.

Cooper was a nice waiter. The menu had lots of options. I was a little worried at first bc the place was not busy at 430pm, but it quickly filled up while we were eating. I had the tilapia tacos with a side chili rellano. The food was very good with big portions. Prices were mildly high, but it was worth it overall. read more

Can't believe this guys are not in Yelp... Although it makes sense since they are a hidden gem. This truck is right when you get off the Interstate in the Crittenden exit, behind the BP gas station. I don't know what they do differently but their tacos are on another level from any other that I have tasted. They feel fresh, the tortillas don't get soggy like many others, the seasoning its obviously Mexican but still feels a little different from the many others generic ones that you taste on pretty much every Mexican restaurant. Maybe is the quality, or how they cut it, how they clean it, how they cook it, I dont know, but it just tastes better than the others. They have a long list of different proteins and have a few plates that they do as well, apart from the street tacos. The Guacamole!!! Lets just say this... I am not supposed to eat any type of onions due to a health issue, specially raw onions, but for this Guacamole I make an exception. It's that good. And you want to know whats the best part of all this?!?!?!?!?! They are going to be opening a restaurant soon in this same location and start moving the truck to different places. Came here today for Mother's Day on the suggestion from friends. This place was great. They had a small army of staff to attend to all of our needs. Even though they were busy the food was fairly fast, hot and tasty. Prices were on par for local Mexican restaurants. Serving sizes were very generous. Where I was seated I got a view of the kitchen...it was spotless. We were all very impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! read more

We stopped at McDonald's to grab my kid some lunch and saw this spot across the road. Read reviews and knew we had to try it. It was excellent!my husband and I ordered carnitas and chorizo tacos and they were some of the best we've ever had. Legit flavors, served simply with just onions and cilantro. They lightly toast the corn tortillas for an extra level of crunch. All the staff was super friendly and they set us up in a spot inside their warehouse space so we could eat since it was raining outside. They served us out of the food truck but They are on the verge of opening their restaurant right behind next to the BP gas station. The service was great and employees very nice but the food was just ok. I had tacos al pastor - the pork was tough and tortillas did not look anything like the photos. Ordered rice and beans and the plate was warm but food was not. My sister had taco salad and there was a pool of liquid at the bottom of her tostada shell. She said the salad had very little flavor. My husband had chicken fajitas and he said they were pretty good. Chips and salsa and my horchata were good, but the rest of the food was just meh. read more

the salsa and queso are some of my favorites. a close second to my favorite mexican restaurant in richmond, ky (el mejor). the meals that i have tried have been phenomenal. i loved the food when it was just a food truck and i love it even more now. the drinks are good and do not taste super strong but have an adequate amount of alcohol. the service is always amazing and i have become friends with some of the staff. restrooms are also clean and i love the ambiance of the place. i feel comfortable there and enjoy the time i spend there, i'm never rushing to get out. read more
