Ordered the "surf n turf" which the pepper steak with Cajun shrimp added. It seemed "rebellious" to top a cheesesteak w shrimp. The rebellion worked!! It was great. I actually took half home and it was even better after the ride home. We ordered tots to share. Maybe I wasn't paying attention, because when the food arrived I thought the tots looked weird. Then my son showed me that they are "Tetris Tots" (see pic). So fun!!!! Anyway... get out and support local business serving delicious fun at a reasonable price!!! Totally recommend.

The vibe is fun, energetic, and exactly what you'd hope for from a place with a name like this. As first-timers, we figured we had to start with the Classic to establish a baseline, then added The Falcon for good measure. We rounded it out with the house fries and onion rings. The cheesesteaks were excellent. The bread was fantastic, the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and it's clear they care about what goes into every sandwich. If I had one tiny nitpick, it's purely personal preference. We found our sandwiches just a little on the dry side. There's absolutely nothing wrong with how they're built, and I know that's exactly how many people prefer them. We just kept thinking an au jus or another dipping sauce option would take them to the next level for us. Next time, if it's not considered sacrilege, I may even ask for a little smear of mayo. Overall, though, this was a great first experience. Great food, great atmosphere, and we're already looking forward to coming back to work our way through the rest of the menu.

The app's promotion system has some real glitches, and the three of us found ourselves stuck trying to place one simple order using one promo code. Instead of brushing us off or telling us to figure it out ourselves, the owner stepped in personally and went above and beyond to honor the promotion, even though the technical failure wasn't on us. What stood out most was how he handled it: patient, genuinely caring, and efficient, all while making sure we left happy with our two sub sandwiches. It's rare these days to find a fast food or fast casual spot where the owner is so hands-on and so invested in customer satisfaction. This wasn't a scripted "customer service" moment, it felt like dealing with someone who actually cares about the people walking through the door. This location is run by a family that clearly values honesty and compassion as much as good food. In a world of corporate fast food chains where you rarely see an owner on the floor solving problems in real time, this kind of personal touch makes all the difference. If you're in Green Bay, this is a business worth supporting.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, an open kitchen, wonderful smells, and the kind of friendly service that makes you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. The staff is upbeat, attentive, and genuinely seems to care that you're having a great experience. The pizza is phenomenal! It's perfectly crisp crust, generous toppings, and that ideal balance of sauce and cheese. Every bite tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. We had a pepperoni pizza with hand tossed crust, and a mac and cheese pizza with a thin crust! Both were fantastic. We also had the balsamic chicken and arugula flatbread; another winner! Hands down one of the best places in Green Bay for pizza, we look forward to trying some of the sandwiches next time. Five stars all the way! We'll definitely be back!

What a hidden gem, a half mile off the highway, but you may need your GPS to navigate to it. Being from New England originally, I was delighted to find what they carried main lobster rolls for a limited time, so I had to order one of those and then we ordered a spicy Italian sub and split both for variety. Both sandwiches were superb, and the lobster rolls were significantly less expensive than the small handful of places that you can find them here in Northeast Wisconsin. The place was fairly empty because we got there well after lunch hour, but we were surprised to not see anyone else in there because this place is far better than most other options, including, but not limited to the corporate franchise options like subway, Jimmy John's, firehouse, subs, etc. Nothing beats Local small business owned restaurants like this! The staff was very friendly, and although the place was empty, they were processing a bunch of phone orders and we've watched a bunch of people come through for pick ups. Our sandwiches were prepared within five minutes, and they were absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this place and plan to go back next time we're off the Door Peninsula and down in that Green Bay area around lunch.
