Bacon, cheese & eggs
D'Jillisser K.

While traveling through Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, I came across Charley's Philly Steaks. It was early in the morning, and I spotted it as a breakfast option. I decided to try their bacon, cheese, and egg breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was a generous portion, and I wasn't able to finish it. The customer service wasn't the best. You'd think that, being inside the airport, the workers would be more welcoming, but that wasn't the case during my visit. There's seating available, which I liked. It made it easier for me to enjoy my meal before heading to my gate for departure.

I love they have my mind food ready and great service and I come back soon and the customer service is good

Visited 10/20/2020 This is my first time at this location. The food was decent, but not great. I wanted mushrooms and mayonnaise, but I guess they forgot it. But besides that, my family and I didn't want to walk back to have them remake it, due to us boarding. We may be back if we're flying out on this side of the airport. :-)

Slow slow slow!!! 4 people working, no line, and it takes 5 minutes PER sandwich. All the while the workers are cussing and swearing all about without regard for what they are there to do - make sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Management needs to do some oversight, if they care. Sandwich looks nasty - no care in the world.

The menu is to the right on the wall as soon as you walk in the door. They have brown paper bags numbered for the type of meat/sandwich you want. I was a little lost & the gentleman behind the counter was helpful. A regular sandwich with chips & drink came to $11. You also have the option of a bowl, tortilla wrap, or lettuce wrap for $2 more. Not bad. You pick your bread (white/wheat) sauces, veggies etc. then write your name at the bottom of the bag & the sandwich artist will call them when your food is ready. This location is pretty spacious with indoor & outdoor seating. It was also clean. The reg sandwiches were a pretty good size little over a 6 inch. They have lots of sandwiches to choose from, so I'll be back to try more.

What a fantastic experience!…read more Although I've ordered from Which Wich in the past, this was actually my first time inside of the restaurant and what an experience it was. My intern/friend and I decided to grab a quick lunch while preparing for an experience nearby and I'm so glad that we did. Which Wich is a sandwich shop that has a pretty interesting ordering setup. With a bright and clear menu that welcomes you as you enter the shop, you begin with choosing your sandwich size. From there, guests can grab a marker and begin to craft their ideal sandwich based on the wide variety showcased on the menu. You can choose between various toppings like veggies, spreads, different cheeses, you name it. With all of the listeria outbreaks happening around the US, I was definitely apprehensive, so I went in with that in mind. I opted for an Italian sub with extra hot peppers, spicy mustard, light mayo, etc etc. All of the things I shouldn't have, but was craving. I haven't had a sandwich in monthssss and needed it to be cooked at certain temperature. I was incredibly nervous about that but the sweet woman (I hate that I don't remember her name and it wasn't on my receipt! :-( ) behind the counter assured me that she understood my needs and wow, did she! She toasted the meat for my sandwich first and then put it on my sandwich and toasted it again to be sure that the temperature was correct. What an angel. My sandwich was perfect! Omg. I wish I would have gotten a bigger one how I scarfed it down, lol. It was incredibly flavorful, the spicy peppers, pickles and jalapenos really took it to another level. Beyond the awesome service and sandwich, the restaurant itself was clean, spacious and full of tables if guests wanted to sit and enjoy their meals. I'll be dreaming about that sandwich for a long time, can't wait to go back and have another.

The line was actually long, but their sandwiches are very filling so we figured it was worth the wait. There were three different workers we could see, one lady on register, one gentleman starting sandwiches and setting up the next section for the middleman putting together the sandwiches. For some reason or another, the two gentlemen switched places and some of the orders got misconstrued. I'm not too sure why they switched but maybe a change of pace? The lady on register was only ringing customers up and since some of the sandwiches had to go through the oven and be baked I think that's where the hangup was. All three employees were incredibly friendly and fast as they could be since there was a line of at least 10 people!! Some peoples orders came up faster than others, but I think that was due to if their sandwich was supposed to be hot or cold. I wouldn't mind coming back here and eating, my sandwich was very filling, minus it had pepper Cheaneys and I did not want that on there. I know they were really busy so I'm totally understanding.

The atmosphere is lively, colorful, and full of energy with music and a fun crowd. The interior is cute and welcoming without feeling overly fancy, and it's the type of place that works well for brunch with friends when you actually want a little vibe with your meal. If you're trying to figure out what to order, I'd look at the Salmon & Grits and definitely add the Honey Butter Biscuits. The salmon and grits are one of the menu favorites, and those biscuits seem to be one of the things you really shouldn't leave without trying. The portions here are also pretty generous. Service can depend on how busy they are, but overall the staff is friendly and personable. This is a popular brunch spot, though, so I wouldn't necessarily come during a peak period expecting to be in and out quickly. Parking is better than you might expect for a restaurant on Main Street. There's free street parking and a larger lot behind the building, although obviously the easier spaces disappear when the restaurant gets busy. Overall, good food, a fun brunch atmosphere, friendly service, and a convenient College Park location not far from the airport. I'd come back, particularly if I were meeting friends and wanted brunch somewhere with a little energy rather than a quiet breakfast.

Christina was my server. Christina offered suggestions off the menu. I went for blackened Salmon Wrap(lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese) with seasoned crispy fries. The wrap was so good served with ranch. Fries were crispy and soft on the inside. No they were not crinkle, but so good. I got a strawberry lemonade with Tito's added. Yum!! Deceptive Pricing and Mandatory Gratuity…read more I will never return to this establishment and would strongly discourage others from dining here. I ordered two beers and eight wings for $31.99, but my final bill was $42.79 -- nearly 34% higher! Management automatically adds a 20% gratuity, even for a single customer, regardless of service quality. To make matters worse, the gratuity was $6.96, when 20% of my subtotal is only $6.40. Add a credit card processing fee and taxes, and the charges quickly pile up. I have no problem tipping generously for good service, but the service I received certainly didn't justify this mandatory charge. In my opinion, these pricing practices are deceptive and unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and the freedom to determine gratuity based on service. Never again. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
