The smoothie was good, but watered down. The ambiance is bright, welcoming and full of energy and liveliness. The stools are comfortable and there are outlets and different height seats. The person making the smoothie spilled my smoothie then added water to level it out. I saw it called out to add more fruit but they ignored me and handed my drink. Unfortunately, I had to catch my plane ride, if not a refund would've been requested and waited for. Aside for that I believe the drink selection is amazing. Would love to try another location but I've avoided them because of this situation. read more

At the very end of T-gates terminal by Gate 18. Fairly large setup at an airport with large open kitchen area and bar stools around it with power outlets. Fast and courteous service, although I was notified that only smoothies were available at a certain point in the evening. No worries, I got the Jetty smoothie with strawberries and bananas. Then I was notified that I could not use the Tropical Smoothie Cafe member awards. Smoothie came out pretty quickly and yummy. I have given up on the Jamba Juice at gate T7, as they appear open but no is there. :-) I would recommend Tropical Smoothie instead! read more

My husband got me the beach bum smoothie. It had too much ice in it which made the flavor taste watered down and bland. It tasted like frozen chocolate flavored water with a hint of fruit. It's supposed to be strawberry, chocolate banana but you wouldn't be able to tell. It wasn't smooth or creamy like most fruit smoothies, it was just a waste of money instead. Never again. read more

Extremely slow and ultimately pretty gross smoothies. Mostly water and ice. Doesn't taste like much. Makes me miss Jamba Juice. The staff was fine but clearly couldn't care less and wasn't worth actually checking if they added the peanut butter and yogurt adds we had to our smoothies (pretty sure they were missing) and paid for. Staff probably make minimum wage so you can't blame them for not caring but when you pay $10 for a smoothie you kind of want it to be decent.... read more

I travel weekly for work but hadn't been to the Atlanta airport in a few years. Not a ton of fresh food choices so I was happy to see this spot in the T gates. Line was long but moved efficiently. I got a chia oatmeal bowl - chia, Irish oats soaked in coconut milk, Greek yogurt that wasn't overly sweet, honey, and fresh blueberries and bananas. It was so flavorful! Best bowl I've had outside of Hawaii. And friendly service, too. read more

Upon landing, I decided to give this place a try. There were several people working but somehow it still took nearly 20 minutes to get my smoothie despite the fact only a couple of people were on line. However, the smoothie was tasty, so I was satisfied despite the ultra slow service. However, when grabbing a smoothie before my departure, the experience was not only just as slow, causing me to be delayed boarding my departing flight, but the smoothie had a rancid taste as if there were moldy or rotten berries used in it. I can only hope that I don't become ill from the sips I had before discarding it. Such a waste of time, money and potential digestive repercussions. And oddly enough again, a load of people behind the counter but zero efficiency and ultra slow service - at least on the smoothie side of the operation. Food seemed to be coming up faster and those behind me were served much quicker with their food orders. I would give only 1 star, but the first smoothie the first time was quite tasty. I only wish my repeat business had been rewarded with a decent experience. read more

Worst service ever. The cashier was rude and told me "we out of banana so you gotta get something else." So we ordered something else. Then after a 30 minute wait to make 2 smoothies I see them with bananas in the back. The lady making the smoothies kept telling the customers "if you are waiting for a smoothie you all just gonna have yo wait cause we are getting it all up." I'm sorry, this is an airport. Nobody has time to just wait. They had 5 smoothies ingredients already put into blender pitchers but none being blended for 10 minutes. Frankly the airport needs to hold their restaurants accountable to higher standards when looking at lease renewals. read more

Review for TSC in T concourse, ATL. Yep, fresh food takes a minute to prepare. But take the opportunity to watch the crew work, and you'll see why. There's one girl training a guy who is clearly new. The cashier jumps back to assist every time she doesn't have someone at the register. There is a guy hulking giant bins of fresh ice for smoothies. There is a woman at the back, stone faced, pounding out fresh fruit for prep. This crew is not working at lightening speed b/c they are working diligently. The work is actually detailed. It's organized chaos. It's loud, and yet they seem to tolerate it better than every complaining passenger who was free to walk away. Stop complaining about the prices...it's FRESH food in an AIRPORT. Stop complaining that it took 15 minutes to get your yogurt bowl. There were more than 10 customers in line when you walked up, what did you think was going g to happen? I wouldn't order from here if you're late for a flight. But I am on a layover. I am exhausted and frustrated and coming down from motion sickness. Fresh was what I needed. And the crew is so respectful to one another - which I love to see. They also make concerted efforts to make sure everyone waiting in the throng at order pick-up hears their order is ready. The space looks clean, they look like they do a great job of managing it all without a sacrifice of hygiene or good order. Well done!
