I guess you cannot expect much from any stores in an airport. We got 2 drinks: Aloha pineapple and pomegranate paradise. For Aloha pineapple, it was very delicious, the same quality as any Jamba Juice (my drink wasn't filled full all the way though). For pomegranate paradise, it's hard to say if it's good as a normal store or not because they ran out of mango, peaches (and many more) so we had to substitute them with strawberries, pineapple and blueberries. It came out to be decent. Not as yummy as aloha pineapple but probably more healthy as it has less sugar. Since it's located in an airport, there's not indoor or outdoor seating. We just bought it and drank at our gate. So not much for ambiance. Service is very questionable. There is only 1 employee running this store when we came. She wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly. She's very busy doing everything by herself that she didn't even look at us. Maybe if she has someone else helping her, customer service would be better? In summary, drinks are good. 3 stars because they ran out of too many things and customer service isn't good. read more

Was okay. Was happy to see a Jamba in Georgia airport! They were out of a lot of things and could only make a handful of smoothies. The smoothie I got was missing 1-2 ingredients. It tasted okay. Definitely very overpriced. Service was okay. It is just a walk up restaurant in the airport. No sit down available in front. read more

Went on a hunt for Jamba Juice because I wanted something refreshing after a long flight. We ordered aloha pineapple and pomegranate paradise. Both drinks were good I would give them a 5/5 for the drink alone. Unfortunately they were out of a lot of stuff, peaches, mango, baked goods, matcha and cold brew. They were allowing substitutions which was nice. Minus one star for the lack of options. I wouldn't say the person working there was rude but she was not friendly either. She was the only one working so she was probably just too busy. Minus one star for service. Ambiance: This is a grab and go location in the airport with no seating. I would probably come back if I happened to be in this airport again and craving a smoothie. read more

I absolutely love Jamba Juice! But, this airport location leaves a lot to be desired. I was really excited to be in this terminal and have the opportunity to grab a smoothie for my airport dinner. I travel for work, and eating in the airport is part of my life, but it's usually difficult to find something healthy-ish. I thought this was the perfect opportunity to pack some fruits and vegetables into my otherwise fast food and takeout trip diet. Plus, I no longer have a Jamba Juice close to my home, so it was a great opportunity to have something I don't often experience. Unfortunately, the service at this location was terrible. Not only was it extremely slow, but when I approached the counter and gave my order the person working informed me they were not even supposed to be open, but their manager had hung them out to dry by disappearing, and they couldn't close until they came back. When she said this I replied with something like, "Oh, I'm so sorry! Should I not order? I can go somewhere else." This was all occurring while there was a line of three others behind me. Instead of responding with something like, "Thank you, but no," or anything along those lines, she got upset with me. She huffed and rolled her eyes and starting slamming items around the counter as if I had instead said, "I don't care about your sad story, make my smoothie!" I understand we all have bad days. And it did sound like her manager wasn't offering her the support she needed. But, working in customer service calls for a certain level of etiquette (I'm speaking from experience) that she definitely wasn't displaying. I walked away feeling terrible, and I don't think anyone should have to feel that badly just because they ordered something from a clearly open restaurant/counter. The positive is that the smoothie was tasty! But, based on my experience, unless you're absolutely set on this Jamba Juice, I would suggest ordering from just about anywhere else. read more

Posted time for closing is 10 PM, and coming from a restaurant manager standpoint we always serve guest until the time of closing. Straightforward: this location was across from my departure gate, which was very convenient for me. When I arrived, I was the only customer, and there were two employees behind the counter. My daughter waited in line for half an hour to order a smoothie, and when she got to the front of the line was informed they didn't have fruit to make smoothies, which seemed odd, seeing as that is essentially their only product. She then just ordered a cup of juice because she didn't have time to go anywhere else, for which she was charged almost $9. But the worker took so long just to simply pour a cup of juice that after 15 minutes she had to leave to catch my flight. They assured us we would be refunded, but to date we still have yet to get a refund. For an airport, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a lot of options on the menu, and even let me customize my order. I got the pb love smoothie, with strawberries and extra chocolate. I have never had a problem with the actual quality of product, although I typically purchase a bowl, not a smoothie. That said, I have more than once been told they can't make my preferred item because they don't have an ingredient they need. Still, went out of my way to stop in Terminal T today to pick up my favorite bowl on my way to Terminal D. Google says they open at 6a. Yelp hours list opening at 7a. Being a flight attendant I am often in the Atlanta airport and I love Jamba Juice. However, this one has yet to impress me after going several times. I usually order the same couple of smoothies and they never taste right at this one. For instance the peanut butter mood never tastes as creamy as it should and does at other locations. Also the last time I tried to go, on October 3rd, the three girls working asked if I could come back in 15 minutes and when I asked why they said they were all going on a break. I've never worked at Jamba Juice but I have worked for multiple food and customer service companies and have never had all the employees go on break at the same time. I've been trying to give this place a chance but I always leave disappointed. The last 3 or 4 times, (not including the time they were closing the gates at 8:30) I've had an issue. When I walked up, there were no other customers and the 1 employee was slouched on back counter looking at phone. Waited a minute or two before interrupting her from her phone and asked to be served. She never said hello or how she could help. We just stared at each other until I placed my order. Normally Jamba Juice is great service and smoothies, it's just this location that's an issue. I have had many issues with this Jamba Juice in Terminal T. Ever since there was some change ( about a year or so) they put people in with no training. The poor ladies were trying to figure out what ingredients and how to make the smoothie. I continued to give them chances. Now to the most recent issue was the lady at the counter tonight obliviously does not like her job. I walked up and she was upset that i came to the counter.
