Venue and Atmosphere I've actually never been inside, but the drive through always runs smoothly. Service I have done both orders on the app and in person. In person, the employees are friendly and offer suggestions when asked. On the app, the "ready time is accurate and my smoothies are fresh. Food and Beverage I've sampled nearly everything on the menu, but I usually end up making a custom blend depending on what I'm in the mood for that day. The wait time was too long. People that ordered after me got their order ahead of mr. When I got my smoothie, the consistency was more soupy than smooth. I was so frustrated. I refused to go back in there and wait again. Maybe there is a staff shortage, but I do not recommend this smoothie King. I will go out of my way to Camp Creek. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of lackluster service this morning. I find the disrespect of time to be unacceptable. I not only waited 10 mins at the window, but then walked in and had to wait extra time for 1 protein bowl. After walking inside I understood why everything was moving so slow. The sense of urgency inside seemed to be at an all time low and I was disappointed in the fact there was no manager to address the matter. A smooth experience today at Smoothie King This location is spacious- plenty of seating and areas to enjoy a fresh smoothie. It was a slow day but this location was prepared with 5 staff members behind the counter. The staff were a young group but they were busy cleaning and keeping the store neat(not fooling around) I received immediate service and time to look over the menu which now has quite a few protein, boosting options with coffee. read more

The service here is absolutely unacceptable. Every time I come, they absolutely have no ingredients. They never have strawberries. They never have blueberries. They can't make any of the smoothies that you actually need. I literally come here after coming from the gym right down the street I absolutely can never get anything. The line is always long. I visited this location 2 days ago to pick up my online order. I waited a good 20 minutes before showing up - yet they gave me a completely wrong order for someone named "Amina P" not Amani B, my name. I went to drink the smoothie and it was not only clearly not what I ordered OR my name on the receipt, but also disgusting! Then after having to recite my actual order to them from the app (which I should not have had to do- it was clear MY order was never made) they proceeded to tell me they are out of greek yogurt after the fact. I was already on my way to an appointment, however being pregnant and nauseous I needed to put something in my system so I was forced to park and wait inside for the issue to be corrected. Even with this mixup, my actual order tasted fine and I chalked it up to an isolated incident. Visited again last night and although the customer service was remarkably better, immediately after finishing my smoothie I had an upset stomach, and then woke up with food poisoning this morning. I'd blame my current condition, however I frequent Arden's Garden and NEVER have this issue. There is clearly some type of cross contamination happening . On the first visit what appeared to be a manager or shift lead handed me some coupons as compensation, however I am hesitant to use them after what I've experienced last night and today. I want to love this smoothie king but it's always a hit or miss when I go there. For some reason this location is always running out of ingredients in the middle of the day and they will say that management didn't order enough. Go for a smoothie bowl and they will tell you the base isn't ready and won't be ready until later in the day. You would think things would be prepped before the store opens but that's just my opinion. When they do have the ingredients for the bowls I love them, but I've been disappointed more times going here than satisfied. Please work on this location! read more

Brand new store and location. Staff is friendly. Manager just so so. Store is very nice. A lot more roomy and bright. Nice indoor and outdoor seating area. Good parking. Nice restroom. Getting your Smoothie can take quite a bit of time. I just waited 20min but luckily I wasn't in a hurry. There were at least 5 employees behind the counter but there is no flow. Everyone seems to be a bit confused. There should be 1 person, the same person, working the register. All other employees should be making smoothies. But it seems that everyone is kind of just running into everyone else. I always make sure I have plenty of time when I come here and pray for patience. I do love their smoothies. read more

1. Received a Smoothie King notification to receive $3.49 for a small and it was refused by Michelle saying a bar code wasn't present so it couldn't be honored. I travel frequently and shop Smoothie King in many states, this is the FIRST time a discount was denied from a text. 2. My co-worker, whose smoothie I paid for in my order, received $2 off her Smoothie and I was also denied the same opportunity.... So refused to honor my small $3.49 smoothie offer, them refused the $2 off a large which was the most costly large I've seen nationally. 3. My cup was short filled, and after asking, she filled more. I requested the excess in a sample cup, and the young lady's response, "that would be $0.17 for the cup." So now Smoothie King is charging for the sample cups????? The absolute rudest staff I have ever seen at ANY eating place, wow. The lady told me that the system was down, but may come back up soon. So I waited. The girl in the drive through was still taking orders and swiping cards. During my transaction, I realized that I order the wrong flavor smoothie, which normally causes employees to have a very negative attitude towards the customer. Even after I told him I think that he was the one at fault, he still remained professional with a sense of humor, and corrected my order. Being in customer service myself for over 20 years often the bad experiences are the only ones reported, for that reason I decided to report the positive experience I received from this young man. So far this has been my best Smoothie King location of all time. The staff is friendly, professional and fast. I have been to this location so often that they know me by name and know what I am going to order. I have been to this location on a Monday when they are super busy and the team members handled the crowd well I was very very impressed! I have tried a few of different smoothies flavors including Pineapple Surf, Caribbean Way and my all time favorite is Peach Slice Plus. I highly recommend this Smoothie King location. read more

I have been to so many different locations of smoothie king. Every time I drive by one I have to stop and get their PB power. I have chosen the banana one and the chocolate one and they both are very good. They do not always ask you to choose. You can miss this Smoothie King if you're not careful. The BIG sign is facing a road with no place to park. Drive by it though and turn on into the collection of restaurants and you'll be able to enter from the back entrance. It's a little nicer than other smoothie kings i've seen, complete with apple computer stations for net access and a very nice ordering area with a wall of all your favorite fruits. I like this location and it's a very clean friendly nice smelling (who doesn't like the smell of blended fruit??) environment. I will say, if you get the keychain scan, 10 will get you a free one and a large smoothie (costing about 8 bucks) will get you 1.5 scan points. Here's the kicker...you must purchase them all at one store, i.e. 10 smoothies in 10 stores wont get you a free one, but will get you a scan of "1" at 10 stores. 9 more to go at each! I usually go for the angel food, skinny, but there's so many combinations, additions and subtractions that your head will spin at the amount of smoothies you can walk out of this store with. read more

This is the absolute worst smoothie king I have ever visited. However the store looks really nice. It's bright and roomy and looks clean. Now if they could EVER get my smoothie in a timely manner that would be great. My 1st visit early morning about 8am I sat in the drive thru line for about 20 mins. Ok not too bad. I wanted my smoothie. I waited. So I said next time I will order from my app So My smoothie would be ready. I ordered for pick up at 1:00. I got there at 1:20. Smoothie not ready. They had to find my ticket to make it. Ok so 3rd time I ordered online at 7am to be ready asap which online said about 7:20. I didn't get there until 8:30 and my smoothie still wasn't ready. This time I go inside and they have this long list of tickets and they have to "find" my ticket once again. I can't keep giving this location try after try and they keep disappointing me. It's like the workers have no sense of urgency. They look young and very I don't care-ish. Won't be visiting here again. read more

This Smoothie King is a disappointing waste. Myself and several other potential customers were lined up in the drive through at 8:40pm and the 4-5 workers there refused to take our orders or even acknowledge us. The back door is close to the drive through and was wide open showing some of them running around the front of the store while other were in the back peeling bananas...with no gloves? After saying, "excuse me and hello" several times with zero acknowledgment I honked my horn. Finally a young woman with braids came to the back door and said they were closed. When I questioned her about them closing at 9 and it still being 8:45, rather than responding she smirked at me and closed the door. This is not the first time I've received poor service from this location but it's close to my place of business so if I'm not in the mood to drive far I'll take my chances. They tend to hire young people with little respect for the patrons and clearly give zero cares about their job. This was my last time taking a chance on them. I'd rather pay more for less but higher quality at Arden's Garden a little ways down the road or drive the extra distance to the Smoothie King on Camp Creek or Cascade. The only reason I am giving 1 star is this is the only way to post my review. I would definitely give this Smoothie King "Zero Stars." read more
