The only problem is they use such cheap straws mine broke after barely one sip, useless. Don't go here, highly frustrating experience for an $11 smoothie, not worth it. They told me I could wait for the manager to come down to the cafe. When I said I would wait, the manager eventually talked the person through how to do a refund. The place is small, so the counter can get crowded at times with ppl ordering and waiting for their food. The line is usually out the door and into the terminal, so make sure you have the time to wait and still catch your flight. I normally get the Pineapple Kale, it's my all time favorite! And I get the chicken ceasar wrap. I went there once for breakfast and got the breakfast wrap, it was good... however, the tomato where only on one end of the wrap and the cheese on the other. Got the avocado cream first then the panini and wrap, they forgot I had a juice and when I asked about it they asked if I wanted something else as they had to change out for the pomegranate blueberry pineapple so I settled on the passion orange guava juice. I regretted the passion orange guava as it tasted awful, the avocado cream was decent, my tuna melt was average but would have been better with Swiss instead. The turkey pesto wasn't bad. The restaurant is very small, there's no seating, and it wasn't very clean looking. The workers did not care. They were on phones, eating while preparing food, and talking among themselves. The smoothie I ordered has more ice then fruit. With maybe 3 strawberries and 2 large scoops of ice as the ratio. The consistency was thin too. Close to water. The wrap I got was simple. I visited Fresh Healthy Cafe while waiting to board a flight in order to grab something substantial and quick to hold me over, since it's often difficult to sit and have a full meal while traveling for work. The service wasn't fantastic, and the location wasn't as clean as it could have been, but overall, this spot is fine. I'm at the airport waiting on my flight so I think there's no better time to write my review on today's experience with the cafe. I walked from end to end of terminal C in search of something to eat. I had free time on my hands so I stopped and looked at the menu options of every place in here. A couple of places caught my attention like the Links spot and Brews and Blues but I wanted to get something kinda healthy. I was getting ready to head back to the other end when I looked across and saw this bright, welcoming establishment. It's small so I almost passed it but I'm really glad I didn't! I stood outside and viewed the menu as best I could. I had to step inside because the writing was kinda small (or maybe my eyes are just bad). Unlike every other placed I stopped at, they greeted me and told me how the menu works. I (of course) asked the cashier what she likes and she recommended the southwest fiesta panini with a pineapple paradise. I chose everything she recommended but the only thing I didn't take her advice on which I wish I had, was ask for no black beans. While I waited they offered me a sample of Avocados and cream. It was really good! My pineapple paradise with immune support was really tasty. I drank half of it before I made it to my seat on the other side of the terminal. My sandwich was really tasty but I think the beans muted the flavors of the rest of the sandwich. Overall I enjoyed the whole meal as well as the customer service I received. I'll be back! read more

I had a layover at lunchtime in Atlanta and only 30 mins to get between gates. This café was located close to my next departing flight in Terminal C, and so I hurried in to grab something to eat/ drink before boarding. I wasn't super hungry so decided to get their Half Size Combo which consisted of a half Hummus panini and a medium super smoothie - total cost was $12 and change. So my rating for the Hummus panini (I could also get it in a wrap or salad instead) is 2 stars. I wanted there to be more filling, esp of the feta. Also the description said romaine lettuce - u can see my photo, there is no romaine lettuce! However the Kale Pineapple super smoothie gets a total 5 stars!! It was all just superbly perfect measurements of pineapple, mango, banana, and kale which blended together to give me a massive energy boost while tasting super fresh. The kale had been perfectly blended in and it was robust, with a perfect kick of sweet for me. So it averages out to 3 stars for me between the two items I got, but you betcha when next in Terminal C, I absolutely plan to go back here and get another dose of that energizing Kale smoothie - highly recommend this item on the menu for sure! Just watched the clerk make my smothie... They were touching everything with thier gloved hand; face, computer, key card, etc... then reached the same hand, same glove into the blender and grabbed fruit and ice out of the blender touching all the food with the same hand before trying to blend and serve it. The other employees were watching the whole time. They did the same thing to the customer before me because they messed up the recipe. The bananas looked rotten and the smoothie was brownish. If that's how they roll when we're watching, what happens when we aren't? I don't blame the workers, the leader sets the pace. read more

Finally, somewhere in the airport that serves healthy food. I'm so glad I spied Fresh Healthy Café before my morning flight. Smoothies are my favorite morning drink and I decided on a Raspberry Blast smoothie to get me going, just one of many fruit based smoothies like Tropical Peach, Strawberry Banana Supreme, Mango Mania, Pineapple Paradise. You can really kick it up a notch by ordering a Super Smoothie with ingredients like kale, avocado, Acai berry, spinach, wheatgrass and dragon fruit. They also have healthy, and tasty sounding, paninis, wraps and salads that include vegetarian options. Lines were minimal and service was quick. This seems to be their only airport operation, as most of their three dozen locations, spread across the United States and Canada are stand-alone stores. It's definitely worth checking out if you're at the airport and you want healthier options. read more

The cashier had to ask us THREE times to confirm what we ordered even though only 5 minutes had past. She seemed confused, however there were no other orders placed. The man taking out the trash made our salads.. that is after they forgot to make one of the two salads and we had to ask where it was. I was SO happy to find a healthy place at the airport. After searching 3 terminals, I stumbled across this hidden gem. This tiny restaurant is location in terminal C towards the end of the terminal. They offer freshly juiced drinks, salads in half or full order and lots of flavor. I was particularly impressed with the quality of their ingredients. I got the bacon, avocado and chicken salad. It was SO delicious. I almost regretted getting the half order. The half order was plenty of food but it was so delicious that I wanted more. They will package your meal however you want: sandwich, wrap or salad. Do be warned that they don't actually have bacon. It was turkey bacon but it was still good. Prices are reasonable and the quality is actually pretty good. I highly recommend this to anyone as a healthy alternative. Although, if I had my choice, I would have had Chick-Fil-A but they were closed. This was the next best option and I am glad I stumbled upon it. read more

While they do advertise some lighter, "healthier" breakfast sandwiches, those things were pretty gross, and still covered in oil. They also tasted a little cardboardy. Customer service was average, although I do give them props for moving through the line as quickly as they did. But if there were any other cafes where I could have gotten a bite to eat as well as a coffee, I would have chosen that over this place. read more
