My review is based on disappointment with the service. The bowl itself is okay despite the cheap choice of granola that they use. But be informed of the service aspect that can ruin one's experience. I once liked this place mainly because it's the closest i have for reliable acai and the only acai spot at The Works. The menu and management seems to have changed. I stood at the counter waiting for a worker and had to call to get someone to the counter. It happens people need a lunch break so that didn't stop me from ordering! I asked for "the classic" which is a traditional acai bowl which is usually served with a drizzle of honey on top. Not this time. I asked for the honey and was told i need to pay 1.25 extra due to "changes to the menu" which I was not aware. So I kindly declined and was forced to eat a dry acai bowl unless dishing out extra on a 12$ bowl of fruit. I was disappointed this time and don't think I would go back. I guess they could save money by not putting this flower on top and just improving the quality of the bowl and the service! read more

TLDR: Located in a cool area (The Works) and the service was great! The açaí was a 6/10 - I had "The Works" and it wasn't very sweet but the fruits were pretty sour. The Nutella was my favorite part. If you love açaí you should give this place a try but it is pretty pricey ($17) for a 16 oz cup. The ambiance was amazing. Went on a Thursday and there was a dj playing great music. If you want a healthy snack I'd recommend but if you are looking for the authentic açaí flavors, I'd look elsewhere. read more

This place is in chatahoochee food works and has an assortment of açaí bowls. It's a good option for vegan lovers as they bunch of choices to pick from. I really loved the presentation and the look of the bowl. That said, the bowl was a glass(???) it really needed more fruit and the granola tasted stale and not as crunchy. Looking for a yummy & beautiful acai bowl in the area? You FOUND it! Their acai bowls are great! Essentially the bowl comes a ton of topping & you can remove any of them. I've eaten here once in the past and didn't have the best experience. I figured I'd give it another try and although my açaí bowl did taste much better this time I still wouldn't say it was great. Since it's served in a cup rather than a bowl they barely put any toppings on since there's not a lot of space for them. My sister ordered a salad here and it was almost inedible. The dressing was only olive oil and there was so much oil on the salad that it did not seem healthy. We cancelled our order after the lady behind the counter got impatient with our questions (first time trying them as they are relatively new to the hall) and muttered, "Jesus Christ." My daughter then inquired about the register screen having our order already at 29.00. For one, they charge $1.50 for each fruit topping as they only provide the açaí as a base. I had to request it in a bowl instead of a tall cup. The lady was impatient from the start. She approached the entire interaction as if we were speaking a foreign language. Although I digress the only bright spot was that the sole woman who was waiting in line after us to order turned and walked away and stated she wasn't going to patronize a business that was rude to the customers before who. I Stan for solidarity. And while walking to other food stands I noticed that karma didn't have anyone come to patronize them while I witnessed. Never trying them and I hope they change their pricing structure because it's highway robbery and plenty of other places that offer açaí bowls with extras and aren't charged nearly as much as they are attempting to!
