I was trying to ask a question and she cut me off. Second, I waited for almost 45 minutes just for 2 cheesesteaks and cheesy fries for my friends and I. There's genuinely no reason for it to take THAT long. Thirdly, I ordered a small cheesesteak with fries and they literally forgot my fries. $3 for a regular fry that I didn't even get is insane. And lastly, the sandwich was SOO salty?? I didn't alternate it at all and it was just overly salty. I'd rather I didn't come back to this location.

Staff were friendly. Lower your expectations and the food is "good" raise your expectations and the food is "bad". We ordered the Fat Jersey - came w/ fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken strips, cheese steak and lots of honey mustard.. chicken strips were gas station quality, fries were soggy, mozzarella sticks didn't even notice them, and the cheese steak was flavorless. Only reason I'd say it was edible would be it was drenched in a lot of basic honey mustard. Should you eat here, yes. Will you come back, probably not. If we come back it'll be to try the fried Oreos.

My favorites are the Rooster Tails (fried onions) and the chips and queso, but the real stars of the menu are the burgers. They're always fresh, hot, and juicy. The free peanuts are a nice touch, and they offer daily specials as well. I really miss the Bloody Mary bar, which was always a lot of fun, but their Sunday special makes up for it with a generous double for just $7. There's always a game on TV, which is a welcome break when you've had enough politics to last a lifetime. The servers and bartenders are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There's a full bar on both floors as well. The staff was pretty attentive, but the wait for food took a long time. I was happy the cocktails came pretty quickly and were well-made. The food was all pretty good for the most part not wowed but good! I have no complaints about my plate; it came with a great portion of food and was reasonably priced for BBQ. I ordered pulled pork and a side of corn and tomato salad and coleslaw. The sides were different from what I've had before, but I did enjoy them. Their coleslaw is more vinegar than mayo-forward. The pulled pork was well-seasoned, and the side of BBQ was the perfect match. My margarita tasted as if they made the mix in-house, and I prefer this. Store-bought mixers are usually either too sweet or too sour. However, if it is store-bought, I'm impressed! This was not a sweet margarita. My partner went for the Tennessee Texas Hot Sandwich; I did try it. There was hardly any heat despite it being their spicy chicken sandwich. I'm not sure if they make their chips in house but it seemed so.

We ordered some Fried Pickles, which is ALWAYS a hit, especially with that Jalapeño Ranch dipping sauce... Hot Damn that was good! We also ordered the Potato Skins that were filled with mashed potato (like a twice baked potato) and queso cheese. That too, was a perfect start to our experience. My wife and I shared The Flo aka a Mushroom Swiss Patty Melt, with some house fries. I also had dessert, which was an American Pie Old Fashioned. All of it... all so good. My son ordered The Jaky, which was a pork schnitzel topped with gravy. He also had some Mac n Cheese to go with it. He seemed pretty impressed by it. In the past, the Loophole burger was served with a steak knife so it could be cut in half. Ketchup would be served in its own container. The fries were soggy and lacked the previous seasoning. On the positive side, the discounted price appeared to be available all day on Sunday.
